I was looking for a vehicle to lease as my current lease was ending in March. The staff reached out to me, was flexible in meeting time, and had vehicle options ready to go that matched what I was looking for. At my visit, the team approach was great as multiple people stepped in to respect my time. We were able to pivot from my original vehicle I explored and found a better fit for features to match my budget.I was offered great value for my existing vehicle and equity and I did not have to overly negotiate or work harder to make a deal happen. If you are looking for transparent and people respective of your time, this would be a good place to explore your vehicle needs.

Nick was fantastic to work with. He listened to my concerns and talked to me about a few things I didn t know to assist. His team serviced my vehicle quickly and professionally, including a wash-and even cleaned the inside windows. He also had a few other things checked for me and then explained what they found in a meaningful way. I felt like my concerns were taken seriously. And another thing, which cannot be overstated, was that he was happy and treated everything in a positive and upbeat manor. I recommend Luther to anyone that asks, and look forward to a long and positive relationship. Thanks, Nick! (You should give this man a raise)

Did not pressure me. When the car I wanted was a little past my price point I was shown other cars. I was there for a long time but they did not pressure me to hurry up. In fact, they didn't even show body language of impatience even though they would have been justified to do so at least once. They just showed me cars until the features I wanted and my price point was met.

I purchased 2 new vehicles and am very happy with each of them. There was a minor issue with one of the vehicles and the staff here went out of their way to resolve the problem in a satisfactory manner. I would recommend them to family and friends.

We were very happy with the purchase of our new 2024 Hyundai Palisade at Burnsville Hyundai. Our experience with saleman Maldini Zambrano Mora was very pleasant and he worked hard to make sure we were taken care of and informed with what we were buying. We were kept informed, and did not find any hidden or vague additional charges. This is our fourth new Hyundai, we will always recommend the brand and the dealership!

Absolutely amazing people the management , my sales guy John S. They were super helpful, attentive, guided me through the whole process. John my sales guy was willing to work through numbers with me. I went to 2 other locations who weren t helpful what so ever. They would only try to make me get a car I didn t want. Sold another vehicle to a different person when I had already ran numbers with them . This location does an amazing job AND willing to help you get the car you want. If it s one location I recommend would be them & John S as your sales guy.

Just purchased a Hyundai Tucson PHEV and the team at Luther Burnsville Hyundai were amazing to work with and made special accommodations for us due to our schedule and distance we had to drive to take possession of the car. From start to finish, the service I received was top tier. Andrew did a great job of walking me through the entire process of fixing my engine, pricing, timelines, and how they would take care of me and my vehicle the entire way. I felt as if I was more than just a customer with a broken vehicle and that I truly mattered as a person. I would 100% recommend them to anyone needing work done on their Hyundai.

Come at this place for pick up! But they say that I block some traffic on they parking lot it sounds like funny because they have enough space for parking to pick up they car! This foto like they say I blocked some traffic which they don t have! I must park at red circle

My husband purchased a 2023 Hyundai Elantra hybrid and we couldn t have been more amazed with the car buying process as a whole at this location. Romero helped us with finding the perfect vehicle for my husband and then Ryan was amazing with the finance side of it and helping us navigate the best route for us. We couldn t recommend this location and Ryan (finance) and Romero (sales) more. I now definitely plan on coming here next year when I get a new vehicle and working with those two because it was such an amazing experience. We were never rushed, pushed to purchase anything, and felt both Ryan and Romero were transparent with us through the whole process. I highly recommend going through them for your next purchase!

Found car on AutoTrader. Made arrangements to purchase the vehicle the following day. Asked several times, do I need to put $ down to reserve the vehicle? Sent pic of my drivers license. We arranged the time I would buy the vehicle. Asked AGAIN if I need to put $$ down to hold the vehicle. 4 hours later, receive a text saying they just sold it. Why would you sell it when I asked to pay to hold it? Their response, "Well that would not have mattered anyway. My manager does not like to reserve cars for out of state deals until the day when you start coming basically. We have got burned a lot of times and people just don't come." I'm coming from 3 hours away, not Australia and that's the point of me paying to hold the freaking vehicle. It protects us both. I've bought from Luther before and paid to hold the vehicle. If this is now the case, tell me right away so I don't go get a freaking cashiers check (as instructed). I didn't know the exact amount w/fees, etc. so I got cash for the rest. Luther now: "Oh that was a smoker vehicle, you didn't want it anyway." I must've missed that description of the vehicle on the website. They will happily sell from under you due to incompetence or indifference.

Just bought my electric car. The Ionic 6. I am loving it so far. Everyone at the dealership was amazing. Never felt pressured to buy something I didn,t want or to buy a service. I most worked with Mike and Hector. Both talked to me as if we have known each other forever. This will be my 4 Hyundai but the first time at this dealership. This will be the first time I will go back to the same dealership. As long as Hyundai keeps makes great looking cars I will go back here!

Knocked it out of the park! I traded in my 2020 Sonata and made the switch to a 2023 Tucson. So far I am 100% satisfied. I like the size, AWD, safety features, comfortable ride, rockin radio, panoramic sunroof, cargo space, and height.Luther Burnsville Hyundai is a dealership that really cares about you and what you are looking for. From Charlie, Mike, and Barry - the car shopping experience was painless and smooth. Tyson, my salesperson, is professional, patient, and always friendly. He is very knowledgeable about the Hyundai brand and all the different vehicles. He really cares about you, your needs, and your budget. This is my 3rd vehicle since 2017. I just signed a new lease on a Santa Fe and I am really enjoying the SUV AWD experience so far. I have always purchased a Sedan but wanted to try something different and the sales person Porter made it happen! He was very knowledgeable and easy to work with and didn't try to sell me something I didn't want. I highly recommend working with him!

See Tyson!! You won t regret it!!Growing up around the car biz all my life, & also having tons of sales experience myself, I ve seen quite a few interesting tactics to just get a sale done by talking smooth. Working w/Tyson was a great experience & he was always straight to the point for me, but most of all didn t treat me like I was just some quick sell. He was patient but was always on top of looking out for me when we had to wait for the right fit for me to come in from the factory. Great family man down to earth w/honesty, kind of mentality, that took care of me like I was a family friend of the biz. He helped me find exactly what I needed plus a little more to fit what I really wanted & love in a vehicle that will also keep me as safe as possible. Highly satisfied with my experience, so I would highly recommend going to Tyson & at least let him see what possible opportunities he might be able to find you & what you re curious about. I came here to get an oil change as a walk an appointment and was told that walk in appointments were 2 to 3 days out. That just doesn't make any sense. Walk an appointments Don't have reserve times so I asked how many cars were in front of me the person said 4 carsI ended up staying and getting an oil change. It took about 3 and 1/2 hours which isn't a big deal because I was a walking appointment. But it was the fact that the guy lied to me about being 2 to 3 days out.overall,Nice people and good service

Bought a new car today here. The salesman (Scott) was great. The only thing that left a bit of a sour taste in my mouth was a remark from the financial officer as I was handing him the check, "this isn't going to bounce is it? ". Did not think this was very professional.

Had a bad experience with the people here. They were passive agreesively sleazy and not upfront about some features that get tacked on at the end for an additional cost. They even tried to cover it up by saying they did go over it when I asked about it. My salesperson would also randomly disappear somewhere during our session, which I've never experienced at other dealerships and found very strange and unprofessional. Would recommend taking your money elsewhere.

We had an incredibly bad experience with one of the sales reps here who used many predatory sales tactics. He didn't listen to what we wanted, constantly tried to upsell us, tried to pressure us into making a purchase we weren't ready for, lowballed our trade-in value, and literally bowed at us sarcastically saying "I hope your car makes it" when we left. We were able to receive twice as much on the trade-in at a different dealership and made our purchase there. We worked with another salesman who did not display these qualities, but I'd recommend caution at this dealership.

After taking my vehicle here for service for years I decided to stop here to look into trading in towards something newer. I worked with Grant and Mike in sales who treated me very fairly on a trade and vehicle purchase. I will definitely be bringing my new vehicle here for service and would recommend anyone looking for a Hyundai to stop here first.

Made an inquiry online, got a call and I told them I was just looking, didn't want to come in due to not having a down payment ready just yet (though I had options of my own) and I didn't want to waste his time or mine. He told me to come in anyways because it was super slow and he'd be happy to help figure out all my options. Fine. I go in, everything starts out great, I find my dream car, and then on the test drive, he gets a call that someone else showed up looking for him. As soon as we get back, he completely ditches my appointment because of this other person. I ask for print out of the info I need so I could just leave and not only did they not even bother to run real numbers (they told me they estimated) but they printed out the info for the wrong model. I feel like the end of my appointment was completely unprofessional. I am glad I found the car I want, I will just be going to a different dealership to get it.

I visited 4 separate branded dealerships to investigate, test drive, and educate myself about acquiring a new suv. I lease and that was my primary goal. The manager and sales person at Hyundai exceeded my expectations with honest communication. The Tucson was also my favorite suv, and I test drove 4 other vehicles. Grant was a great sales person, and the manager handled all aspects well!

Took my Santa Cruz to Luther Burnsville Hyundai for an oil change and talked to Nick about some warranty issues I was having with another dealership. He checked out the issues and said they would take care of them. Within 2 weeks they had the parts and installed them. That is awesome customer service. I tried for 3 months to get the other dealership to take care of the issues and got no help.

Best car experience in my life. Aaron was amazing and so was the financial team. They have earned a customer for life. I will only get Hyundai cars from now on, and from this location.
