I walk in the door & I was out with a new battery in my truck in about 15 minutes. He knew exactly what I needed, was very friendly & your batteries I ve been using for years. They never let me down!!!

Always a great experience with Interstate. I stopped in for a free battery test, and it confirmed my thought that I needed a new battery before heading into the winter. I didn t feel pressured or upsold, as they were very knowledgeable in explaining my options. They even offered to install the new battery for me!

The employee was extremely helpful and explained my options. It turns out I had a little bit of warranty left on it that I didn t know. After discussing my needs and what I could expect in the future with the battery I already had, I went with a new battery with a prorated discount. I know just the basics but i wasn t made to feel dumb for not knowing more about my cars electrical system. I came away with with more knowledge than when I went in. I m very happy with that.

Checked my battery and alternator right in front of me. Swapped out my battery in about 10-15 minutes and it was about $80 cheaper than I was quoted at another place.

On Christmas Eve, the manager, Garrett, was working and helped us out when our van battery was having issues. Even though he was the only employee of available, he spent time with us looking at our battery situation. He acted with integrity and informed us that selling us a new battery would not truly solve our larger issue. We appreciated his display of character and highly recommend this store!

These guys are fantastic! Spoke with Caleb over the phone looking at some different batteries for my '06 Camry and he was able to guide me in the right direction. I felt fully confident with my purchase and I was impressed with the friendly service! Showed up and was in-and-out in no more than 10 minutes.Caleb even gave me a heads up about the first start-up that my car might shudder as the computer resets & adjusts to the new battery. Upon start-up, I found that to be true, but within a minute or two everything was back to normal. Since then, I've had nothing but strong, reliable turnovers - I feel confident going into this winter! Thank you Caleb!

Always been pessimistic about battery stores and this week's visit confirmed why. I stopped in because the previous owner of the vehicle bought an Interstate battery and there were 22 months left on the 72 month warranty (30%). The battery physically won't hold a charge and since they couldn't charge and load test the battery, they wouldn't honor their warranty. Offered me 10% off shorting me 20% of their warranty. When I inquired on price, they wanted double the price of their competition. To top it off, they didn't even have one in stock. I'll stick with automotive stores. They honor their warranty and don't price gouge their customers.

These guys are fantastic! I have an older digital camera and lost the charging cable over a year ago. I gave up on finding a new cable but trying to find an alternative charger for the battery has been a nightmare! These guys at Interstate were incredibly helpful! Testing my battery on their chargers in store and even adjusting the one I ended up buying to make it easier to work with. So glad I found them

The staff at this location is first-rate. They have helped me on multiple occasions with my vehicle battery issues since moving here from CA....the cold weather takes a toll. Garrett is a gentleman and a prince....extremely helpful and polite. I highly recommend Interstate Battery Burnsville.

Friendly staff. Walked in with my old battery, employee came right up and helped me in seconds. Was in and out in less then 5 minutes, very satisfied. Always was hesitant on Interstate , because I hate Kyle Busch who drives an Interstate car, but I was very pleased to see they had a Bobby Labonte car there, much classier! Sometimes it's the little things.

Wow. Never been there before but went in today to have bad battery replaced with one of their used ones (won't be keeping car much longer) and literally 15 minutes later, I'm back on the road. Knowledgeable professional and friendly to me a woman. Thanks!!

When Walmart said they don t change RV Coach Batteries and Gander wouldn t answer than said they d call me back when I FINALLY got through...Josh answered the phone right away AND said sure bring it in...even when he initially thought I might have my own battery. It was so nice just to have someone answer the phone and talk to me and so nice to have someone say sure we ll look at it when I wasn t exactly sure what I needed and so nice to just to drive over right away and have them take care of it. And it will REALLY be SO nice to have enough battery to start the generator and grind the Rainforest blend coffee beans and brew a pot of coffee tomorrow morning!!

Stopped in to have a watch battery replaced on am inexpensive watch. Only $8.99! Took less than 5 minutes. I'll definitely be coming here for watch batteries from now on.
