So happy I came across Mike and Fusion Auto Glass. I had a windshield replacement - Mike was beyond knowledgeable, a great communicator, prompt, personable, more than accommodating for my busy schedule, and most importantly he provided outstanding workmanship! Recently I needed to fill a chip - Mike squeezed me in the following morning. Happy to report it was another wonderful flawless experience. Thanks Mike!

While driving through Minnesota on a road trip I needed help with a cracked windshield. Mike from Fusion Auto Glass was able to help to get us back on the road in a timely manner , was affordable and as a bonus gave us a couple of good ideas of local sights. Mike at Fusion Auto Glass is top notch! I had a shattered windshield that made my vehicle unusable and after countless calls to other auto Glass repair shops that couldn't help replace my windshield for weeks I was fortunate to finally find Mike and his A+ service. Not only was he fast and courteous he was able to replace my windshield in a timely matter! He was able to help me navigate my insurance claim with ease and the job he did was beyond my expectations! If I could give him more then a five star review I would. If you are looking for the best and fastest repair of any of your auto glass needs Mike is your guy and he is a local and small business. Hands down the best auto glass company. Mike handled replacing my rear power slider in my super duty no problem. Showed up on time . Very clean ,organized and professional. I highly recommend him for everyone who needs auto glass . Very knowledgeable and you can tell by watching him work he knows what he's doing. Very fast and efficient. My windshield was so pitted that I could barely see out of it when the sun was shining. It was becoming a huge safety issue! I called Fusion Auto Glass to inquire about getting it replaced ASAP. Mike was very receptive to my urgency and was able to fit me into his schedule the same week! It was incredibly convenient as he came to my work to do the replacement. This saved me so much time! I had my windshield replaced with fusion glass and I was very impressed with the prompt service. Mike made it easy getting it covered by my insurance. The windshield is holding up excellent. After a couple bad experiences with the companies referred to us by our insurance agent we tried using Mike with Fusion Auto Glass. Best decision we made (when you're talking auto glass). We've now used Fusion several time and It's always been an incredibly simple process. Mike's extremely prompt and friendly. We've had him come to both our home and our work. He takes his time making sure everything is perfect.As absolutely annoying and inconvenient a broken/cracked windshield is; Mike makes the process no more difficult than ordering take out. We will continue to use him in the future no matter who our insurance adjuster recommends as his level of service is impossible to replicate.Service: Auto windshield replacement

Mike is very destined orientated. I have known him for years and he takes great pride in his work and guy who cleans up after himself what else can one ask for. Can t say enough great things about Mike and the work that he does! Very responsive, comes to wherever you are, his attention to detail is amazing and he does not leave any part of the job unaccounted for. I love small businesses, I called to have the windshield replaced on my truck. Mike was very straight forward, honest and you can tell he knows that he is talking about. He was on time and even took a couple of minutes to explain a few thing about my rain sensor and the job.The windshield turned out great. Mike made this job very easy for me. A+

Fusion Auto Glass is extremely easy to work with. Absolutely no hassles. They assisted with the insurance authorization, handled all the paperwork, had the windshield replaced in less than four days and didn't interrupt my vehicle needs in any way. First off, let me tell you that I Love fusion auto glass. Mike and his team are Great people. I've had 6-10 windshields installed over the past years with them, and have had no issues. Mike was so great to work with! He came to my house to repair what I thought was a chip in my windshield while I was at work. Once he got there he called to inform me that it was more of a permanent mark on my windshield, not an actual chip and that there was nothing he could really do to improve it. He didn't charge me for his time or the trip to my house when he could have charged me for a chip repair and I would have been none the wiser. I appreciate his integrity and will definitely use him for any glass repair needs in the future!

Mike was quick to respond when a rock left a giant chip in my windshield. He was professional, reliable, & reasonable and you would never know a rock took a chunk out of my windshield. We will definitely use Fusion Auto Glass again!

Great Service, my wife had a rock fly off a truck and crack her window. Called Mike at Fusionand he handled everything with our insurance. He even traveled to her work to replace the windshield. Very convenient and great customer service. Would recommend.

Fusion does an amazing job!! Every time I have needed glass replaced, they are my go-to! The process is always fast and they take care of all the insurance side of things. I just have to call them, then BAM - it's done! Whenever someone I know needs glass, I give them Fusion's number. My mom uses them, my girlfriend uses them....I definitely HIGHLY recommend them!!! If I could give 10 stars I would!

When I 1st called I spoke with a gentleman named Mike I explained to him that there was between a 1/8 inch of rust 111 On the top middle part of my windshield.and they refuse to replace my windshield because of that even after they were paid. Biggest waste of time ever I will never go back there again
