Its a fairly good business, took my van in because it wouldn't turn on, was told is was the fuel injector not pumping out oil. When I got it back it ran great! They wanted to touch my tires, but the only people who touch my tires is Crosstown Auto. Two Thumbs Up! Cost me $5,000. They are friendly and easy to work with, They kept me informed of all the repairs. This Review is late when I got my repairs done.

Have had my car serviced here twice and have no complaints. I love the link they send that allows you to keep track of the work being done on your vehicle. Everyone who works here has been cordial and friendly. The warranty they provided on my initial repair covered me when my vehicle experienced the same issue.I will certainly be a returning customer.

Working with these guys has been one of the best car working on experiences I've had. I scheduled my work online giving details they were able to reference and follow up on when I dropped my car off. They gave frequent updates, giving me peace of mind, and explained things on a way that made me understand what was happening and why. They were able to work with me on payments and plans going forward for future work. (During their routine inspection they gave my car a full work up and were able to flag some issues and broke down the repairs as "fix today" and future work.) I would recommend them to everyone! They are also all super friendly and kind!!

Joe my service advisor did a very thorough job giving me details on the work that was needed for my car. I appreciated his honesty and opinions on what was necessary and urgent and what could wait. Everyone was very professional and my experience was positive. I will definitely would recommend.

Super satisfied with my experience. Upfront and to the point with their work. They even paid for uber to take us home and return us to the shop to pick up my car. I got bad news but that was no fault of theirs. I felt like i was treated fair and with respect. Ill definitely be a returning customer when i can afford to fix my car. They even recomended ways i can get the most out of whats left of my transmission. Killer service. Oh yeah and joe was great.super great.

I highly recommend this business! I wanted to ensure my car was in good shape for the winter and the team at Honest-1 Auto Care did a very thorough job of checking out my car. They address my concerns in detail and even included pictures of the different areas of my car in their report. The advisor, Brennan, was also incredibly helpful! He worked with my schedule and helped get me a loaner car (for free!) to use while my car was being serviced. The prices for labor and parts were very clearly laid out and seemed fair. Overall a great experience, and I will be going to them again with my future car needs!

I recently visited Honest-1 Auto Care with concerns about my car s alignment. However, my experience left much to be desired. After a diagnostic examination, I was given a quote exceeding $5000 for various supposed issues, including the need for a nearly $800 CV axle replacement.Feeling uneasy about the steep price tag, I sought second opinions from other automotive service providers. To my surprise, their quotes were significantly lower, less than half of what Honest-1 had proposed.Ultimately, I opted to take my car elsewhere for further inspection. Contrary to Honest-1 s assessment, it was determined that the issue was not with the CV axle but rather with the alignment. The problem was efficiently addressed, and the repairs were completed at a fraction of the cost initially proposed by Honest-1.I m disappointed by the discrepancy between Honest-1 s diagnosis and the actual issue identified by another reputable service provider. While I understand the importance of profitability, the lack of transparency and fair pricing has left me questioning the integrity of Honest-1 Auto Care s business practices.In conclusion, my experience with Honest-1 Auto Care was unsatisfactory, and I cannot recommend their services based on my experience.

Dropped off my truck because I had heard a rattling sound coming from the front drivers side of my 2013 ram 1500. They went through my truck with a fine tooth comb and found the underlying problem. They recommended what needed fixed with what will be coming up for mileage service. They had my truck done in no time at all and now it rides so much better!

Hi everyone, my name is Maria, I'm posting this post to let you know that I was looking for someone who I could trust with my expense Ram truck. Well I ran upon a brochure that mentioned and called "Honest Auto in Burnsville. I was very reluctant to try anyone until I realized that I really needed to get it done, so it was something about" Honest Auto," caught my eye. So I gave them a call and the politeness and confidence that I felt was truly helpful in trying them. When they fixed my truck it was truly fixed and road like new again. They are amazing. Had my brakes looked at, at a place before them. Brought it to these guys and they fixed the issue on the spot for a lot less and didn't need to do all the work the previous place had asked to do.Highly recommend.

I always feel taken care of here. With both my old and new car. Its nice that they give you the car check-up so you can better predict future car fixes. They are also nice in that they recommend work but never force you to do it. I appreciate the uber/lyft service a ton. I have no plans of going anywhere else.

Scott was amazing! He provided excellent service to me and provided a full inspection to let me know what services I should plan for with my car! I am happy I stopped in safe to say I have found a new auto shop I feel extremely comfortable with! Thank you again Scott

I really don t appreciate when businesses nickel and dime you anyway they can. They charge $89.99 to even look at your vehicle. This was back in late October 2023, so they may have even raised their fees. I understand being charged that if I didn t get the service done, but no after I questioned why, they said that is a charge. Then my sedan was towed to them and was not able to be driven into their garage from their parking lot, so they were going to charge me another $150 to move my car a couple of feet, I refused and I got AAA to get out there and do it for free (yes I pay annual membership fee but still less than $150). After all said and done with the repairs, my bill was over $2,000. I had service done for the same thing on the other side of my sedan somewhere else in Burnsville and that was just shy of $800 total. WOW!! What a ripe off they are and not even going to get another chance from me and I am sure everyone else I had told. Nice facility and staff, but that s it and not worth 1200 more

I brought my car here to get it fixed as my engine light was on. 4 days later the light pops on again, so I take it to the Eagan location to repair 2 more issues that this location missed somehow. Engine light never shut off after that repair either. Maybe it was a fluke, but after 1.5k drained from my bank account between 2 failed repairs at the same company, its safe to say I will not be coming back to ANY of their shops.

Had an oil change... From a coupon mailer...Called for an appointment... They got me in less than two hoursFair priceFast service I was in and out in about 40 minutes...Did a check over of my vehicle & gave me a few recommendations with no pressure.They found bad headlight and got that fixed.Great service.... Thanks Joe!

I popped in there spur of the moment because my car alerted me that my tire was really really low again.... I had my dog with me... And I just went in to see if they can maybe get me in in the next couple days.Scott said Hey if you can hang out for 2 minutes ,I think my 2: 00p is going to be a no-show and then you can have that spot!That was a great and all but I said I have a dog in the car I just need to run her home and he said she can come in here, no problem!So it all worked out They took care of my tire bead and something on the wheel, like sanded down the corrosion?I got out of there for about 50 bucks and @abbythecrazydingo got to be the greeter and get a bunch of treats!Great experience, I'll be back.& thanks for being so dog friendly... My wife and I have. taken our cars there for the past year or so. They've always been very professional, friendly and stand by their work. When we bring our cars in they provide us with the estimates and don't push us into anything. They let us know if something can wait or needs to be replaced right away! Last week I was driving home and my headlight was out and the cops pulled me over. They gave me a warning but told me I need to get it fixed. I drove to Honest 1 in the morning and asked Scott if there's any way they could put a new headlight in as soon as possible. He said come by tonight before we close and we'll take care of it for you. They were able to get it fixed before they closed that evening. Scott even came by just to say hello and made sure that everything was taken care of. Thank you Honest-1! 3-2-24 Our minivans oil light went on but weren't due yet for an oil change! Honest One took a look even though they were very busy. Thank you Honest one for being available!

Came in for an oil change. They are really nice and they took good care of my car. They did an inspection to make sure my car is good and to let me know about any minor things I need to look into. And their pricing is good.

The employees at Honest-1 are, well, honest. It is refreshing to go to a auto repair shop where the employees have wall-to-wall integrity. I have, so often, almost gotten burned by car shops at dealerships. Those places are overpriced and they insist that they replace parts and do maintenance that is not necessary. Honest-1 is absolutely not like that. The employees are friendly and actually remember you, too.

I took my car to honest 1 auto care to have it looked at for my power steering. They looked over my car and gave me their honest opinion about what needed to fix. Also told me it was better for me just to get a new car because what needed to be fix would cost me more then the car is worth. I appreciated their honesty. Didn't make me feel pressured to fix it. This was my first experience with them. I will be going back their in the future for my car repair needs.

I wish I didn t have to keep coming back, but every time I do, Joe, Scott, and everyone else here always take super good care of me and my aging car. I first came here from South Minneapolis bc they were open on a Saturday and I had an emergency. Now I drive an extra 20 minutes bc I trust they will give me an honest appraisal and great customer service.

Friday, 11/24/2023The short version: great service, great value, great waiting room. I felt listened to!Want more details, read on Just came home from having my car serviced at Honest-1Auto Care in Burnsville. Walked into my home as happy as can be! Not a typical feeling after having your car serviced!I called and explained the situation - something dragging under my car. A lovely trucker had stopped to help me and had wired the piece onto something else under my car. He told me it was extremely temporary.I had first called my regular mechanic, with whom I have had some oil changes, some small repairs, etc for over a decade. They explained that they could do it because getting the part would be difficult. Wouldn t even answer my questions. I was thinking, you haven t even looked at it, what nearly impossible part do you even think you won t be able to find. He instructed me to go directly to a Fiat dealer.Got an appointment the earliest one three weeks out! I cautiously drive with the temporary fix, limiting my trips to only essential ones and don t play my radio so I would be able to hear the sure-to-be painful death of my temporary fix.Day finally arrived and I got an email that morning saying the distance to my home was out of their pick-up range! You d think they could provide that information somewhere on their website, you know, like some place near where you sign up for the pick-up service!So, I start Google searching again: Fiat repair service near me. And up pops Honest-1 Auto Care. I call, they schedule and explain they have shuffle service that can take me home. WOW! I m even in their range!!I go in, and Joe invites me to have a seat as they look under my car. Very comfortable waiting area, complete with a special place for kids to play!I m not even finished with my first Block Jam 3D game on my phone, when Joe and the mechanic, Jeff, invite me into the garage so they can show me what is wrong and to discuss the options!We make a collective decision and I return to the comfy waiting room, contemplating a cup of their free coffee. I m into my fourth round of Block Jam 3D (fun game, by Noahaaaaaa the way - I highly recommend!) when Jeff walks back in and hands me my keys!They replaced my temp fix with a permanent solution! Their fee was extremely reasonable - especially since they could have selected one of the other options and charged me a mortgage payment without ever telling me about any other good options!!So, home I drive. NPR blaring on my radio! Feeling safe, secure and very, very happy!BTW, I am ending my 10-plus-year relation with my old auto shop. I wish I could say we are parting as friends. But I haven t felt much trust in that relationship lately anyway. So onto a brighter future with Honest-1 Auto Care of Burnsville!!Thanks Joe! Thanks Jeff! I am not a fan of all H-1 locations, but this one (Burnsville) has been really fair to me. I've been looking for a dependable garage in the cities since I moved up here about 10 years ago and I finally think I found it.Thanks for all your help Joe.

I want in there to replace my back brakes for my car . What they told me was out of control price almost $600 hundred dollars for brakes so expensive. I just bought the car from a dealer and some how they found 20 other things that needed work done and it was up to $3800 hundred dollars. I would never go there again. And I would tell anyone not to use there service so expensive.

This shop is conveniently located. The service advisor Joe was very professional and clear with his explanation of the process they use to assess your car and any issues needing to be diagnosed. I needed an emergency battery replacement around Thanksgiving and no other shops in town were willing to squeeze me in, and fortunately this shop was open on weekends. I was also recommended by a friend to visit this location and im very happy that I did. To my surprise when I called Joe spoke with me about my situation and offered to get me in on Saturday. This was the best news ever since my car was down over the holiday and really needed to get to work on monday. My wait time was short and the technician was very efficient. He even did an additional vehicle inspection for me and we decided that I should come back for further diagnosis. This is a wonderful place and the staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. My service was also affordable and I'm very satisfied with my car's performance.

The staff were very friendly and explained what services they suggested for my vehicle. I never felt pressured to have anything done that I didn't want performed. They were also very good at communicating about the status of my vehicle and when they would be able to fit it in their schedule.
