First off the lady has the worst attitude on more than one occasion, is very short with you and has no problem hanging up on you. We've used this business off and on for a few years but this last time for brake service was unacceptable. Was told the price was higher because he was using better/heavier parts but in the end caused dust and grease on rims. He told me I could come back and put better ones on but still have to pay for it again. The lady hanging up and yelling made the situation worse than what it needed to be. Don't recommend using this business.Service: Brakes

If you go to this mechanic they will fix the damage but they will damage your car so you can come back to them

I was recommended to this mechanic by a friend and this is by far the best experience I ve ever had at a repair shop. It can be very intimidating getting your car fixed as a woman but I ve never felt more comfortable than I have with this repair shop.They made sure to explain everything. I now trust them with all my auto care needs.

Great prices. Honest and fast service with high quality work. This is a local small business that truly deserves to be supported. I really can t say enough good things about this business and its owner/proprietor, Hoang; with whom I have only had good experiences. He is an amazing person who will do what it takes to make sure his customers are taken care of.Are you tired of over spending on your auto maintenance at the big dealers or at some other auto repair chain? Are you tired of your mechanic pressuring or scaring you into paying for services or products you don t want and didn t take your vehicle to them for in the first place? If you demand honesty and integrity from your auto mechanic, stop by and see Hoang, at Hoang Auto Repair. He ll do the repairs or maintenance you came in for, and give you honest no pressure advice without using scare tactics to make a sale. In my experience his prices are lower than the competition, and his quality is equal to, if not better than that of the big auto dealer service centers, or the large auto service shops.For my money, there s no better deal in the south metro, if not in the whole Twin Cities metro area. If I know one thing for sure, it s that I will be getting all of my auto repair and maintenance done at Hoang Auto Repair.

Very knowledgable and fast fast, my 03 caravan stumbled, cough sputtered until they looked at it, put in new spark plugs(i dont think i ever changed them from new, actually), wires and a ignition coil, was about 100$ in parts and like 100 in labor, runs really well now, mpg back up to 21, was 12 mpg with misfire cylinder error codes, very good job, high satisfaction
