I just bought the truck I had been wanting for the longest time, Red Ram 2022 night edition CPOV. I test drove it and instantly loved it. Tab the sales associate even called me at home, once I got it home, to help me with a technical issue, and he helped me resolve it.I also have to mention with the utmost admiration and appreciation the Sales Manager, Adam. I noticed and issue with my truck 2 days after bringing it home, and he took care of it for me, and threw in some oil changes for my inconvenience. Adam truly made me feel respected, appreciated, and also that my business was wanted. Thank you Adam, Thank you Tab. Thank you Dodge of Burnsville. I recommend them to anyone seeking a new vehicle. I live in Rochester and I feel that Dodge of Burnsville was 100% worth the drive. Again, Thank you Burnsville Dodge.

AJ and the Dodge team have been great to work with. I have leased multiple vehicles and have bought one recently! They worked with me on rate and terms to make sure I was getting the best deal!I cannot give them a higher rating! Great Experience I was not a normal buyer I live near Memphis Tennessee had to make deal over phone then fly in. They stuck to our deal. Tab was a great guy picked me up from Airport and Got my deal done I drove truck back home 12 hours.

Honesty and integrity are important to me. Robert Hannah (Sales) and Bob ( Finance) were the only people who were honest and transparent about buying this RAM TRX Final Edition after speaking with about a dozen dealers around the greater Midwest. They did everything they promised, on the terms promised, and delivered the truck on time. I d highly recommend Dodge of Burnsville (particularly if you are an out of town buyer of high performance cars/trucks) - you can depend on them based on my experience.

I picked up a new Ram Laramie last Thursday from Adam Saba and was thoroughly impressed with his communication and professionalism throughout the process.I found the truck I wanted at a different dealer and Adam didn't skip a beat to help get it bought and shipped to his dealership for me. When it arrived, he even had a tonneau cover installed that I requested the day before pickup so I could put the truck to work right away.Even thought I picked up my truck late in the day, Adam and his entire team were so friendly and helpful. Adam even went through all of the features on the truck to make sure everything was dialed in for me before I even left the lot.I highly recommend working with Adam Saba and his team at "the DoB" to purchase your next Dodge product.

Lost my business on 12/13/23. Charged me 475.74 to replace both fuel filters on my 2022 Ram 3500. I called my local Ram dealership in Oklahoma to see what they charge for replacing them and was quoted $325-$350. I definitely don't see where there should be $125-$150 difference in cost and installation! I only gave 1 star because I had too, in order to post this!

Dealership was great even with the delay getting the part that I needed. I was able to get the part replaced about 5 days after it was delivered to the dealership. The job was done in a short amount of time. (This pertains to a fuel tank replacement on a Ram 1500.)

Took my Charger in because the engine light came on. They replaced my thermostat and all sounded good. On my way to pick it up I got a phone message there was an update. To make a long story short special shout out to Mike, Matt , and Tommy for going above and beyond to fix the problem that same evening. Tommy stayed late to get it done. Much appreciated and saved me tons of stress. Burnsville Dodge is my go to. Thanks guys.

I recently took my 1997 Dodge Viper RT/10 into have service work performed and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. From start to finish, everything was on point from the total bill to the quality service and the timely turn around. The price was more than reasonable especially being a dealer. I'm very happy with Dodge of Burnsville and will continue bringing my Viper to them for service. Not too many dealerships perform at this level of professionalism. Kudos everyone

This is the 2nd truck I have purchased from DOB and 25 between family and friends. John Wiegand was my Sales Professional and he knocked it out of the ballfield. We were looking at new but John said we have a few very nice equipped preowned on the lot. Needless to say we have our new to us 17 Ram 2500 with low mileage in our garage! The finance team got a better rate that our credit union which made the sales process seamless and easy! Thank John and team for another great truck to our collection.

Service area - First let me say, I am the employee tries to give 100% customer service in my field- so I expect 100% customer service with great communication when I am out in the world. I communicated that expectation & the staff at Dodge of Burnsville went above and beyond to make sure my family was safe and we had a vehicle while my Jeep Wrangler was being cared for. Having car troubles is so stressful to begin with, but to have it when the world is having staff shortages and part shortages - it is even harder to meet customer expectations in a timely manner. Dodge of Burnsville really did everything they could and when they hit a road block, they communicated and made sure I was never wondering what was going on. Thank you to everyone for working together to always keep my world turning while in and out of your service area. Hopefully we will not need you for anything more than regular maintenance anytime soon, but we will return if we do. We appreciate you!PS- The rose you gave us at check out is still alive and beautiful!

This review is about the service department. I first start dealing with this department when I moved to the area in 2019. The service was always good up to now. The service department seems to be going downhill. I took my vehicle to dodge because it was not starting. Days went by where I heard nothing about my vehicle. I finally called the service department and was told that it was my starter. Gave them the permission to change the starter. Went to pick my car up and took it back home. The next morning when trying to leave for work, the car did the same thing; the car would not start. Had the car towed back to dodge and stated that the car was not fixed. Once again, never heard anything back so I had to make the call again. Was told this time that nothing was wrong with the car and everything was fine. I stated to the service guy, who car just doesn't start. At this point I replaced the starter, alternator and the battery so I knew something had to be wrong. Once again I took the car back home and the exact thing happen. This time I told the service department that I was not paying for another tow because they stated that nothing was wrong. Dodge did pay for the tow and this time around they told me that it could be a wiring situation but they were not sure. At this point I was done with the service department because I felt like they were telling my anything and didn't want to take the time to actually find out what was wrong with the vehicle. I took the car to another shop just to find out that it was just a simple piece that needed to be replaced and the car has been starting every time since the replacement. I really hope the service department makes a change because the service they gave me was horrible.

They did a nice job on the oil change and tire rotation. I'm a multi-vehicle customer at Dodge. I was pretty shocked when they apparently took away the free first oil change when you purchase a new vehicle from them. Without a lot of perks, I feel this one should definitely stay for repeat customers.

I have no particular allegiance to Dodge of Burnsville, but after I purchased my last RAM 2500 diesel HD pickup from them in 2017, I knew I was going to stop in there again when I needed a new one. That experience was amazing, and I was looking for a repeat performance. I shopped around a lot for my new 2023 RAM and stopped in there last to see if they could beat the other offers. Because I got used to the features of my prior truck, it was a bit tricky finding another one to match. They didn't have one on the lot, but worked hard to find one for me via dealer trades. The perfect vehicle came up and they beat the best price I had found at the other dealers for the same vehicle! The salesman (cudos to Robert and the Sales Managers!), financing, and vehicle walk through made this another exceptional experience. I also want to mention the Service Department here -- every time I brought my previous vehicle in for maintenance or service was a very pleasant experience. Overall, Dodge of Burnsville is a great crew to deal with.

First and for most, I have never been treated with such amazing customer service. from the moment I booked my appointment online until the day day I drove out of the lot with the vehicle I purchased. The day that I walked into the showroom and was met by Paul Talbot to be my representative of Apple Chrysler, I would have never imagined the experience i would have.After speaking to Paul for a few minutes, we were walking out to test drive my dream vehicle. On our way out the door all I could say to myself was " If this is not the car for me, I will never but a car from any other dealership hands down!" I have been in customer service for years and the customer service here is beyond words.After test driving the vehicle with Paul, which in these days is unheard of. Considering I have test drove 30 + cars since June. And not one rep has ridden with me, say a lot!! Not only did he take the time to show me extra feature of the vehicle, but also shared the companies values and history. Huge brownie points in my book.Needless to say, I test drove the vehicle that I test drove that Saturday afternoon, and purchased it three weeks later with the help of five key member of the staff at that dealership. I will never buy another vehicle anywhere else! I will always refer Paul and Apple Chrysler to everyone I knowIf you are looking for the no pressure no crazy bidding back and forth, amazing customer service, you need not look any further. I was able to pick my vehicle out via text messaging from the salesman. Cory Gustafson, salesman of Burnsville walked me through different models and payments and rebate. That helped me make informative choice on my purchase. I plan to be a repeat buyer and recommend him to my friends. My experience was stressless and painless. also Tim also did a great job doing the paperwork.

I have known AJ, who is a salesperson at the Burnsville Dodge Dealership, since about 2014. I have visited the dealership many many times since then looking and inquiring about the Dodge Hemi Challengers. But then in 2015 the Hellcat was born and I became even more interested .... and then in 2019 the Hellcat evolved into the Redeye and I knew I had to do something about this desire. Well, on 6/9/20 my wife, two adult children and myself went down to the dealership and I placed an order for an a BRAND NEW 2020 Challenger Redeye Challenger with almost all of the options selected with AJ's assistance. The car arrived ahead of time on 7/22/20 with AJ calling me immediately when it arrived. I went down to see the car as I was leaving for work. He carefully stored the car in the back garage for me and left all of the stickers and plastic protective wrap on everything as he knew I was very particular and meticulous with my vehicles, especially this one. The next day, with my wife by my side, I picked up the Redeye and drove it home. This moment was amazing!!! All along this journey, as it began many years ago, AJ has been very patient and courteous with me as I have had many questions and some concerns about different things about this car that I just ordered. He has been exceptionally patient and took all the time in the world to answer my questions to the utmost best of his ability, which was outstanding!!!. For example, I was very concerned with the appearance of the Alcantara interior and Wild Wheel in which he was able to find an excellent example of these in a different Challenger that was just traded in. He called me immediately and I brought the whole family down to look at this example. This helped to calm my anxiety down immensely. Another example was when I wanted to protect my exterior paint with the application of Xpel paint protection film. I was very concerned, again, on the appearance of how this would look because I have two carbon fiber stripes on the top of my car and was overly concerned on how this would turn out. Nick, who works in the accessory installation department, was also amazingly patient with me as I had many questions and concerns prior to the application of Xpel to my Redeye. The end product was AMAZING!!! I am very appreciative and amazed by AJ, Nick and this dealership on how they have treated me as a valued customer. I cannot say enough positive comments or remarks about this dealership!!! Everything was perfect or even better!!!

Every aspect of the Dealership is Top Notch. Starting with the sales team. They are not a high pressure Dealership. You are treated with much respect. If you are looking for a Ram I would stop in. They have many Trucks to choose from. I would rate them a 15 out of 10.
