Always get such great and quick service at this store! 3rd tome buying all new set of tires. They always have me in and out or I can drop off and pick up same day. I got a price quote from another tire store that was a little cheaper but I've always had such good service so stuck with this store and very pleased yet again!

Always friendly, professional and super fast. Easy to schedule an appt. Very happy with the service here. Have even fixed tire issues for tires that weren t bought there for no charge. Overall great service.

Employees were knowledgeable, friendly, and were able to help me on short notice after I got a flat tire on the highway. Aaron, the store manager, was quick to help and very easy to work with. Within 24 hours, I had new all season tires installed, a replacement winter tire (for the one that went flat) on the way, and an alignment check completed reassuring me everything was in order, all at a great price. I highly recommend the Burnsville Discout Tire.

Very pleased with my visit. This location is busy but they don't make you feel rushed to make a decision. Extremely hard working staff. Lines go quickly. Staff worked quickly to find what I needed. I enjoy the education they offer while waiting, wall decor and signage. Staff are friendly. Location is easy to find. Popular location, I always call to make sure I'm not walking into a jam. Pleasant experience!

One of my tires was installed incorrectly and when I returned, I was told I had to wait an hour because they were very busy. I didn't have that kind of time so Marvin figured out how to get the job done quickly.. I appreciate that he corrected the mistake on a fully booked night. His manager, however, offered NO apology for my tire being installed backwards. Thanks to Marvin for helping me out.

I have been going to Discount Tire for many years and will continue to give them my business. The staff was wonderful to work with. They kept me informed on the work being done, and they finished the work in record time.When I went in to order my tires and make an appointment, I had my 2 year old grandson with me. The staff was amazing with him and gave him a rim to take home with us. When I returned for my appointment, the staff remembered me and asked about my grandson and the rim he was so excited about!

I went in for tire inspection and was told my tires were at 3 tread but I just bought them last November 2022. Not trusting them made me go to Walser Honda and they checked my tires and confirmed they were still at a 7 tread life. So glad I went and got a second opinion since they obviously just wanted to up charge me and hope I didn t know how to get a second opinion almost spent $600 on new tires that I did in fact not need. Lost this customer for life can t trust a place trying to get a fast one on a cancer patient.

Every time I have come here I have been treated with nothing but kindness and respect. Their team is always quick and thorough with their work and I always leave a happy customer. Definitely recommend this location over any other!

Stopped in for air due to cold Temps and none of the compressors at gas stations working... great costumer service, friendly, I sat and listened to their interactions with others and was impressed how they interacted with costumers. They got mine done as fast as they could for their work load

Paid $84 dollars for a balance and rotation. Today I found one lug nut not tightened and one lug nut smashed to hell. And scratches all over my $300 a piece wheels. I'll update this review after I see the manager Saturday morning.Edit: Changed my rating because they made everything right.

They saw me pull up and immediately came outside to check my destroyed tire and see what they could do for me. They even noticed an alignment issue and got that fixed for me in only 1 hour

Fantastic tire vendor. Ours were well worn and needing replacement. Stopped in and the very friendly and helpful staff provided options a d best of all, discounts! We only waited a short time and were pleasantly surprised at how fast our car was done. Can't say enough great things about this store. Do it!

This shop looks clean and bright. However the working shop in the back needs to be rearranged. Currently looks clustered and too busy so car in and out not so smooth. Also, the salesmen are a bit rush to sell tires without explaining in details pro and cons of each tire model ( I have 6 cars in my family and i have been to more than a dozen Discount Tire stores so I know a bit about them :)

We are from out of town and I needed a patch for one of my wifes BF Goodrich All-Terrains for her Jeep (purchased from a different discount tire location out of state) and I also needed to swap rims on my RV tires because the dealer mounted the spare on the axel instead of the proper tire like the others. I stopped by this location seeing if they could get me in and it was a breeze. Very professional run shop. Staff was very helpful and accommodating. I was able to drop them off no problem and picked them up a few hours later. Definitely would recommend! Thanks for the quality service!

Very good customer service. I just went in this morning to get the spare replaced and they did it quickly which was great as I don't have much extra time. I will be back for the rest of the tires!The only negative is I didn't like the car salesman approach the extremely young boy projected or being talked down to. Be careful with that.

Went there for a flat tire patch, they patched my tire very quickly. The staff is helpful & careful with your vehicle/tire. I recommend going to this location if you need a quick fix on your tires!

I came in to get four tires on my minivan. The guy behind the Counter was absolutely useless, and you could tell that he had no clue what he was doing. I had to repeat the same information over and over again. Supposedly the person could not find any tire from any manufacturer for my minivan. I have been coming to this location for ten years. After this experience it's time to find another tire installation place. What a joke

Micheal was beyond amazing and helpful and was very attentive and knowledgeable about my tire and even helped me with my tire when I showed up at 5:01 and managed to help find a size up for my tire I would highly recommend this discount tire as well as Micheal s service

Good place to get your tires done. They are super busy, so make an apointment online and show up on time to your appointment.Their customer service is outstanding. Their expertise on tires is very professional that I feel confident I paid the values I am expecting. If you want quality works done for your tires and have feeling of safety while driving, this is the place for you in Burnsville.
