I took my Toyota Sienna van to get the flat tire fixed. Despite not having an appointment, they asked me to wait for approximately 2.5 hours, and I reluctantly agreed since I didn't have any other options at the time. Once they completed the job, I discovered that they had simply left the spare tire inside the car instead of properly securing it back under the vehicle where it belongs. Frustrated, I returned two days later to have them fix their mistake, only to be told to wait for another 2 hours. Their lack of attention to detail and poor customer service left me disappointed with their overall performance.

This couldn't have been easier! I purchased the tires and set up the installation appointment online. Dropped off the car and waited in the snack area. After an hour and a half I called to check if the car was done, and it was so picked it up. I do advise anyone waiting for their car at the store to check periodically. I assumed someone would let me know when it was done and that did not happen even though I told them I would be waiting at the snack bar.

Been an costco member for 6 years now big fan of Costco as such.But Costco tire center is the worst when it comes to service. Extremely slow service with no sense of urgency or professionalism , not worth it. Costco tire center is charging 62$ for winter tire exchange. Even with pre booked appointment asking for 1.5 hours and what s surprising is even after 1.5 hours the car is not ready. This is during non busy hours. On checking at the counter, they say car is almost ready that s it, took almost 2 hours for tire exchange. If you have plenty of time to waste in hands , and want to save 18$ then it s fine. But discount tires charges 80$ for the same, and did if within 15 mins in and out off course with a pre booked appointment.Costco good for everything else but I am not doing my winter tire exchanges at costco ever again.

I do not recommend taking your cars to this tire center. They will do everything very badly for you I will never come here again. I broke 2 bolts on my wheels. and refused to change or return the money.

Well let's just say theyveont have very good people skills. I came in to have a tire mounted and the kid working the register said we don't do that, I told him yes you do because I just had it done here last n8ght. He went back to his manager and came back with an attitude and said we will do it this last time but your going to be the last thing we do. Really and yes I had to wait till 8:30 to get it done. I arrived at 7pm. I spoke to the manager and he said he talked to them and they are working on it right now. I don't understand how it takes an hour to mount and balance a tire. I have called Corp and being friends with their ceo, it will be talked about next time I speak with him.

Unfortunately "0" stars isn't an option. The tire department is a joke. They refuse to answer the phone so you will need to drive all the way to the store for any type of question. The tire warranty is worthless if you can't get in for several weeks. Do not waste your time or sanity with Costco tires.

I had a tire blow out on the freeway, hobbled to the air pumps since they usually work at Costco even when freezing. Didn't realize tire was a goner. Tire/service center had just closed and employee Malachi offered to change my tire to the donut in below zero temps after he clocked out. Didn't want any money etc. Thanks!!!

people don't know how to work with their hands. something that will be broken for you. You will not be repaired or refunded. young inexperienced boys will work there. Be careful, after their work your wheels may fall off.

The tech dinged my rims then told me that the dings and scuffs were curb rash (what a joke). I asked to talk to manager who took down my name and number and he d get right back to me never did. No accountability.I paid around $1200 for tires and this is the service that can be expected.. not good.

Chris at the Tire Center is very knowledgeable and kind. I highly recommend taking your vehicle here to get serviced.

Trash! This place will mess your wheels and tires up. Slow and probably need more training. If they say 15 mins it s probably going to be another 2 hours.

Person at the counter made sure I got the battery I wanted, I thought I had the correct battery, but the one I wanted was around the corner from were I was looking. Costco moved and changed the battery display, and not for the better IMO!

Dropped my car off at the scheduled appointment time and they did not get started on it until over an hour later. This location has been in business long enough to know how long appointments take and should not be offering appointments that they won t be able to get to in a reasonable time. I had a poor experience a few years ago as well but decided to try again because they stopped having lines 10+ people long at the desk. There s clearly a history of mismanagement here and I would not recommend.

The customer service here is top-notch. I was told at my last oil change that I needed new tires. When I went in to get that done, my Costco technician told me my tires were still fine and that I could wait till at least this winter. He even offered to rotate and check my tires for free.Thank you, Lucas, for your help and honesty.

DO NOT GET TIRES FROM THIS LOCATION! Techs couldn t loosen the lug nuts on my Mercedes GL450. I sprayed them with WD40 and loosened them by hand. When I told them I loosened them they refused to work on my Mercedes without me bringing it in to a mechanic shop for an inspection at my personal expense. I am guessing they didn t like that a 55 year old woman had to loosen the lug nuts for them! They were also kind enough to offer taking off the install on my purchase which would void my 80,000 mile warranty on the Bridgestone tires that I was paying over $1100 for. I basically spent two days dealing with their three ring circus only to have the store manager say she was sorry. I WON T BE GOING BACK THERE TO GET TIRES!! I ended up going to Discount Tire down the road in Burnsville and they gave m better price and had no problem installing tires on my Mercedes.

These guys are always super helpful anytime I have a tire issue, which is quite often! Fast, friendly, and personable staff. I've taken my car in have 3/4 new tires fixed (brand new in the last year) and they've done it for free. The only time I was charged was when had to completely replace a tire, but it was still really inexpensive under the warranty!

Just used Costco for the first time for tires. Bought them at Costco.com with an amazing deal on winter tires and made my appointment online with no issues. Had them installed today and the workers were very nice and helpful. It only took them 37 minutes to put on my new winter tires. I would definitely recommend Costco tire in Burnsville and will absolutely use them again. Thank you!

Have loved my experience at Costco since I put on 4 new tires a year ago. I get like they weren t trying to get me into buying something I don t need and just trying to educate me. I recently got a flat tire after having the tires for 8,000 miles and they took my car and replaced the tire the same day. So glad it was covered under the road hazard warranty! I would highly recommend Costco Tires.

Tire center always provides exceptional customer service. Today I returned after a noticing a very subtle vibration after tire rotation. Lucas took care of me, Made it a top priority and was able to fix issue with rebalance. He apologized for the inconvenience several times and expedited service. Couldn t have asked for more, he went above and beyond.

Needed a new car battery and they fixed me right up. And I was able to use a gift card I received as Christmas gift. I would recommend them. The battery even had a warranty on it.

The Costco website says they "encourage walk-ins" but this doesn't seem to be true. I showed up and was told that people with appointments got through quickly but mine would be about 3 weeks before I could get tires. I took time off work to go there and wasted that time. At least the woman working there gave me my tire size so I could take it to a place that could get me in right away.

Bradley was very kind and taught me how to fill my tires with air. He also helped me by staying and making sure I filled all of them correctly. I am very grateful for his help.

The best customer service experience ever! The team went over and above to keep me safe on the road until my special order tires come in. These young gentlemen CARE about their customers. Making a sale is not first and foremost. Very refreshing. Thank you Tim, Carter, Jesse, Justin and Kurt.

Communication isn t that good. A woman told my husband to drop off his car at 9:30 and when we went at 8pm his car wasn t even touched. Then another man who actuallyWorked there explained that walk ins go last on the list and that is understandable but other people shouldn t be making up things and telling customers. Carter is also the only one there running the tire service and he works hard. He definitely needs someone else helping him around the shop. He s a helpful man for sure.

This review pains me as I am a faithful Costco customer. The tire center at this location does not answer there phone and gives inaccurate estimates of the timeframe tires take to be installed. I have purchased 2 sets of tires from this location and both have been a very disappointing experience. I will no longer consider the Costco tire center at this location when purchasing tires.

The men who work in the Tire Service Center were wonderful. They went out of their way to help us. They were kind, understanding, and extremely helpful. I would give them 10 stars.

Terrible service, rude, and charged my wife's card before even asking, much better places to get tires and the cost difference is minimal
