Beware of Classic Collision: Overpriced and Unethical Auto Body ShopI am utterly disappointed with my experience at Classic Collision auto body shop. Not only did they grossly inflate their prices, but they also kept my car hostage for days longer than agreed upon. My simple request to remove a few scratches from my car door ended up costing me a whopping $3,282.11.What's more concerning is their apparent partnership with Progressive car insurance, which seems to facilitate their scamming tactics. It's appalling to see a business exploit such relationships to take advantage of unsuspecting customers.I urge everyone to steer clear of Classic Collision unless you want to be overcharged and mistreated. This establishment exemplifies everything wrong with the auto repair industry, preying on individuals who simply seek honest and fair service.Save yourself the headache and find a reputable auto body shop that values integrity and transparency, unlike Classic Collision.

I was given an estimate on how much it would cost to fix my car that was hit. I was told they would order a new bumper. I was shown where it would be removed and where the new one would be put on. That never happened. They repaired the old bumper. They never ordered a new one. I was lied to by Classic Collision Burnsville. Never bring your car here for repair.

Was first time using Classic Collision for repairs. They were friendly and helpful when discussing the process of the repair. The final product was done very well in the time promised.

This place did a decent job on the body work but do not let them near your speaker system. I dropped my vehicle off for body work and that required them to rewire the speakers in the door but they did a terrible job and now my speaker system work on intermittently after never having an issue with it at all before I dropped the vehicle off.

Very professional and timely. Quality work on my vehicle. Very happy with the the repairs done. They have software that sends automated texts with updates on the status of your service. I found this feature really nice for planning the logistics on picking up my vehicle. Would definitely recommend this establishment and the work they do.

Sooo happy i found this place! I was working with Jim and he was very helpful and very kind as well! I think after them repairing my car they even cleaned it lol. Anyways, i recommend this location it didn t disappoint!

I would highly recommend Classic Collision of Burnsville. Top notch service and I was treated very fairly as a woman. They sent text messages to keep me updated as to what s going on with the car.Super helpful and pleasant to work with. Jeremy and the team were great. I was not happy that I had to have my truck into a body shop already after only 10,000 miles but Crystal Lake took great care of me and my truck. Looks just like it did on the lot 6 months ago!They also helped me when it came to facing down my insurance company that was trying to cheap out on the repair. They stood their ground and made sure that the right repair was made...I will recommend everyone I know that is in need of body work to these guys!100% worth the drive south if those of you north of the river are in need of anything.Service: Body & Trim

I got rear-ended from a guy who did not have insurance and my insurance policy did not have rental reimbursement. I got a couple of quotes and the average time to fix my back hatch and bumper was around 7 to 10 business days. That adds up at $30 a day for a rental car! Jeremy and Michael at the Burnsville Crystal lake automotive got my car finished in three days. They were professional and communicated the repairs on the process with me. I have world's worst luck when it comes to driving so I will certainly be going back to them when I get my next accident (knock on wood)

Very positive experience working with Michael and his team at Burnsville CLA. They went above and beyond my expectations on fixing a minor issue from a repair their shop did 3 years ago. They made it painless, fit me in very quickly and delivered ahead of the date promised. My vehicle looks like new again and I will definitely be back next time I need a repair.

Great service. They worked with our insurance company and the car rental agency. It was simple and easy for me. Save me a ton of time. And they did high quality work. I highly recommend them!

These guys know all about customer service. I was running late to pick up my car (after it was finished), and I arrived 5 minutes before they're closing time, but they agreed to accomodate me for my late arrival and did make me feel like I was a burden at any point. Jeremy showed full professionalism and care to make sure I was happy with the result. These kind of guys are a rare Jewel out there in this industry.

Had a frost plug heater installed a few years ago, and when started getting really cold outside, I plugged it in, and smoke started rolling out of the engine compartment. It's a good thing it happened right away, otherwise our vehicle would have gone up in flames. A similar thing happened to a Mustang my buddy took there for repair, they did carb work on it, and that evening at the MOA, the engine started on fire. They repaired their mistake at no charge for my friend Matt.

. I asked to have my brakes bled and They require you to pay a 100 to look at your car and then 135 to bleed brakes. So 235 to bleed brakes. COMPLETE RIP OFF
