Our experience working with Caliber was outstanding. They communicated clearly, had the repairs completed before the promise date, detail cleaned the vehicle inside and out, including the windows and delivered it to our home so it would be there when we returned from vacation. We are very impressed with their service and highly recommend them.

Very pleased with Caliber! The repair done on the hood of my car was immaculate. Got the dent out on the body line and painted it beautifully. And they got it done before I was even expecting it! Also, they detailed my car which was icing on the cake. Definitely recommend going with Caliber for your repairs!

The team in Bloomington did a great job on the repair, and the team in Apple Valley, "shout out to Eric", did the follow up care, which really showed how much I can rely on them for any future needs. My side mirror had fallen off and. I had called Caliber Collision they told me the estimate would be $50. I dropped my car off and by the time I made home the car was ready to be picked up. Upon my pickup I was ready to pay the $50 and I was told that the job was done for free. I definitely appreciate the will be back as needed.

In my opinion, you should really consider going elsewhere for your autobody repairs. It appears that this shop is working for the insurance companies, and do NOT have your best interest in mind. My repairs were less than the value of the car, but they still totaled my car and then Caliber fed information to Allstate that reduced my payout because I had a 'stain' on my back seat (not true) and 'pealing paint' on my hood (also not true) - judge for yourself in the pictures below. So for my car that had a value of closer to $14k I am receiving a check for $11,548.You have other options for repair and I would recommend going elsewhere.Service: Body & Trim

My mint Toyota Tacoma TRD Off Road was hit and run by Amazon driver. The truck had substantial damage to the rear bumper, tailgate and protective plastic tailgate molding.I worked with Kevin Cafferty who was absolutely incredible, his customers service skills went above and beyond. He was very educated in the repair process, kept me updated and was an absolute gem to deal with.Caliper Collision did flawless work.Kevin made this so easy it was effortless. I have dealt with many body shops over the years but none came close to the level of service you get from Kevin.I highly recommend Caliber Collision in Burnsville on South cross. Ask for Kevin as he is that one in a million when it comes to customer service professionalism and keeping you updated throughout the process.I will be using them again as long as Kevin is working their.Thanks Caliber staff for the outstanding work, the truck looks perfect.

Out of all of the body shops in the Cities, you cannot go wrong with Caliber Collision-Burnsville! The staff were very helpful and friendly from beginning to end, and thoroughly explained the whole process of what to expect. After I dropped my car off to have it repaired, I left knowing that I would be in good hands. I picked up my car today, and it looked brand new. A tree fell on my car in August and I finally got scheduled with them for repairs October 17th. They were awesome! Friendly and honest. It ended up being a one day turn around time too!Thankfully, they were able to buff out and polish the scratches perfectly. They even vacuumed my car floor, cleaned my mats, and dusted my, admittedly VERY dusty, dash board! I 100% recommend.

I had multiple repairs needed on my Ford due to an accident. Everything was done with Ford parts and the repairs were excellent. When something wasn't perfect I was notified that they were working on making it so and I was so impressed. Keith is awesome to work with. He kept me posted on everything! Everyone that we met at this location is amazing. We had our two small children with us and everyone made us feel comfortable! Seriously the best service I've ever experienced anywhere.

My car was side swiped and I was really hesitant to get it fixed anywhere else than Acura due to a bad experience with the insurance claims agent.After speaking with the manager of the location in Burnsville, and telling him my experience/fears. He was really understanding and he went ABOVE and BEYOND to make sure that my car was fixed in a timely manner. (I work 2 jobs and I was getting my car fixed over Thanksgiving week). He also made sure that he could get all the Acura parts I needed to the shop PRIOR to me dropping the car off since my schedule is insane. He ALSO made sure my car was ready on my 1 day off a week that I have.He also assisted in replacing a second tire for me at cost, painted the ENTIRE car, not just the spot I was swiped.. Upon arrival I was shocked, my car was already in 'mint' condition but now woooow, it's so beautiful inside and out with no dings, dents or scratches.I have already sent 2 of my friends/coworkers here to get their cars painted/fixed. I would 100% recommend this specific shop.I am SO thankful for the team here and what they did for me. I can thank these wonderful people enough! I needed a quick look/suggestion on how to treat an area on my car that had been swiped in a parking lot. The very sweet female at the front counter took a moment to see if someone could come give me a ballpark cost for body work. Johnny took initiative to come take a peek and extended his knowledge, experience, and skills to help us out in just a quick minute! He absolutely made my day so much better and I appreciate him SO MUCH for extending a hand to someone in need. You guys/gals ROCK!!

I reported my claim to the insurance, setup my appointment for hail damage, dropped my vehicle off and left with a rental in five minutes. Returned the same day to pick up my vehicle in like new condition. I rarely get an oil change in the promised time anymore. Excellent staff and the results exceeded my expectations. The staff were all very friendly and made the experience of having my car repaired less stressful. I got in quickly for my estimate and then was scheduled for one week out. Every time I have an issue with my car, I head to Caliber Collision in Burnsville. The couple of times we ve been involved in accidents they have worked well with my insurance company. In addition, when I ve had smaller dents or bumper issues they ve been kind enough to fix them for me. Great customer service every time - I highly recommend!Service: Body & Trim

Car was done within 3 days, paint job blended into the original paint perfectly and can't even tell it was a brand new door that was installed!
