I had my 5000 mile inspection here and it was a wonderfully easy process! I was able to do some work in the lounge with the WiFi. It only took an hour, and when the service was finished I got a video of what was checked and a professional helped me get checked out. Awesome experience!

They wanted 100+ for oil change, 35 for rotation. No quality. Rushed job because they didn t care to wipe the oil residue off. Oil on the plastic cover of the engine compartment? Why would oil even spill there?When I showed my friends these pictures , no exaggeration, they busted out laughing at me. I got played.Whoever did this oil change is carelessOr simply they just don t care.You can t tell me they trained someone to do this!

Even and weekend appointments are favorable to me. The service area customer lounge is clean and has distance comfort seating. TVs were on and device plug in stations are easy to locate. Nice that they provide hot coffee or bottled water while waiting for service to be performed. Staff was friendly and pleasant to work with.Service: Auto maintenanceService: Auto maintenance

I must admit, my experiences with this place have generally been positive, consistently delivering excellent results in car repairs. However, my recent encounter following a minor accident has left me disappointed. Despite a hefty charge for the repairs, even with insurance assistance, I was still burdened with a substantial bill.Upon receiving my car, it was apparent that the issues were not entirely resolved. Despite assurances of its good condition, the car exhibited persistent problems, notably pulling to the right despite supposedly adequate alignment and tires. Subsequent attempts to rectify the situation only revealed additional challenges.Regrettably, my dissatisfaction peaked when the individual handling my car attempted to persuade me into paying for another inspection, a service that should have been addressed in the initial repairs. This unexpected request, coupled with the prospect of another $200 expenditure, only added to my frustration.While I typically refrain from expressing negative sentiments, this particular experience was undeniably unpleasant. The promised resolution did not materialize, leaving me with an unresolved issue and an unexpectedly high bill. For a company that emphasizes customer satisfaction, this encounter felt like an unfortunate departure from their usual standard, leaning more towards maximizing revenue than ensuring customer contentment. And now I have a car that is still not fixed and probably will have to pay more money for it to be fixed somewhere else.

So far, I've not encountered an issue to complain about. Toyota went above and beyond to fix my tire at no fee two weeks ago, apparently I ran over a nail or something..Generally, staff is polite, willing to listen, that's helpful.It's been over 10 years of no disappointment. Hope this doesn't change.

Burnsville Toyota always does a great job with my vehicle and I typically receive great service. However, the most recent time I was there the service representative helping me didn't know how to turn on my car (it's a push start) and tried to convince me that my check engine light was on, when in reality he hadn't turned the car on correctly so the lights on the dash were illuminated. He didn't believe me when I told him my check engine light hadn't been on at all and then talked over me as I tried to tell him a concern I had about my coolant levels. I did not appreciate being talked down to, as if I didn't understand how my own vehicle works, especially when he was the one who didn't know how to turn the car on properly. This service representative seems to be the outlier, as everyone else I've worked with has been great.

The oil change was professional and thorough. My only concern was that after receiving a text saying the service was complete, I sat in the waiting area for 20 minutes and the service tech never came out to tell me the results of the work. I finally went to the cashier who found my bill on the counter. Every other time I have had the car serviced, the service tech came to the waiting area and told me the results of the work.

This was not a good experience because the communication from my service associate, Scott, was very poor. I never got a text or call from him until he called to tell me I could come over to get my car (and when I got there it wasn t done yet and I had to wait an additional 35 minutes until it was finished.)I dropped my car off because of a battery problem, Scott, the service associate, and I agreed to go ahead and do the 120k recommended service check and get the oil changed,Within an hour or so, I got a video from the service technician highlighting problems/concerns he found from the inspections/tests. Parts of the video were a bit confusing to me because he was using mechanic lingo . The technician said I d be receiving a call from my service associate shortly to go over the video so I figured Scott would explain things to me. When that call didn t come after 1.5 hours and it was about 1.5 hours before closing, I called Toyota to find out what was going on and to get the video explained to me and come up with decisions on what was going to be repaired/replaced and find out when the work would be completed.We finally had that conversation and it was clear my vehicle wouldn t be completed until sometime the next day because it needed a part that was going to have to be delivered from another location. I specifically asked Scott to keep me updated the next day about the status my vehicle. Scott also told me it would be an additional $300 plus labor for the new part that was needed.When I had received no communication by 4pm the next day, I called. Scott said they had received the new part and his technician assured him that the car would be ready by the end of the day (7pm).When I got the bill, it was 1k dollars more than we were expecting it would be. The service associate did not go over what had been completed with me. I still don t know whether my oil was changed and my air filters were changed as part of the 120k mile servicing because the bill was unclear. I have a feeling these things were not done even though we specifically talked about an oil change.I usually have very positive experiences with the service department at Toyota but this experience was very frustrating and troubling.

Service is speedy and friendly.Waiting room is great! Plenty of places to sit with tea, coffee or water. There are some snacks in a vending machine.Prices are a bit much, but overall worth it.

They were very timely and nice. I went and had an oil change done. However, driving home I thought I heard something, and the next evening it was worse. Looked under the car and this was dragging half attached. I was able to call, get in, and get it fixed right away.

Not always the best pricing but very quality service with a business that treats their customers with tons of respect and sincerity. Definitely an ethically run service center with kind employees.

Usually they're great but this time, they forgot some details like resetting the maintenance required and change oil notifications.But things were done on time, the shuttle service is great and convenient, the staff is very friendly.

Poor service, $120.00 oil change no paperwork no reminder sticker for next change going down hill for years..I also own a Cadillac oil Change synthetic $$83.00 they check everything and if needed top off fluids old fashion service.Joe..

Always pleasant people but be sure to print any coupons, show the service person and get the cashier. The last star is because of the chronic wait. Free oil change with appointment, added on a battery and cab filter... 2 hours

I did not have an appointment but was able to get in for an oil change with no wait. Conner provided great customer service and I was able to get a shuttle service from two kind and hospitable shuttle drivers to and from dinner while I waited for my service to be completed.

Burnsville Toyota has exceeded all of my expectations!! We live a couple hours away and they allowed us to drop in to have my key fob linked to my car!! I would highly recommend!!

Normally pretty fast and good service over a number of visits over the last few years, but they're short-staffed recently. Last appointment took almost four hours before they even started working on my car to do an oil change, with no heads up that I'd be waiting so long. Given my history here, four stars seems pretty reasonable, but beware that you could be waiting a long time until they resolve their staff shortage. I plan on going elsewhere until they can get more technicians on hand.

they rob customers with no gun. the experience is the worst will never go back.$102 for 4 cylinder engine oil change, they didn t inspect my truck, they didn't wash my truck .the price did not match the website listed price. i went in expecting great service through service, got a slap in the face. this experiment was a failure. Don't ever consider this place!!!!!!!!!

I was very happy with the explanation of having the failed alternator on my Lexus ES300 replaced. Jason was very courteous and explained the process of the repair very well. I just wanted to say Dave Smith was a great man to help me find a new truck. He was respectful of my wants and needs, he really knows his vehicles. I was on the fence about getting a suv or truck. Dave found me a great truck that I m excited to have. He definitely did a great job and will recommend him to anyone wanting to get a vehicle. Dominic Martinez the finance director also was a great help and helped me get a better rate for my loan! Thanks to you too guy you made it very easy and definitely worth it. Already love this Taco-ma!!

Burnsville Toyota never disappoints. This is not just any Toyota dealer they are one of the best! Brought my 2019 Corolla XSE in for an alignment special. Planned to wait about 2 hours. Well, they got it done in like 45 minutes!! Thank you Sean, I live 90 minutes away from the shop, and it is always worth my drive. I m so happy I bought my Toyota from Burnsville and the service has always been exceptional. Highly recommended!!

I brought my vehicle in for a covered service. The staff were very friendly and the lounge was large with great amenities. It is absolutely mind blowing how slow this place is ! I've been here only twice and I will never be back ! Tire rotation 3 1/2 hours!!! Oil change and tire rotation 2 hours ! This is with an appointment both times !

Toyota Burnsville is my go-to dealership for all of my car maintenance. Usually they are pretty consistent with their services, customer satisfaction, and communication. This time around, however, was by far the worst service I ever received. It took them 3 hours to do tire alignment and tire pressure. I scheduled a very early appt (7:30am) to assure there is plenty of time for them to service my car and go about my day. Customers that came after me had their car serviced and they were able to check out before I did. I asked the cashier counter (at 10am) how long it would take for them to finish because I had to be somewhere at 11am. They said another 15 minutes, I waited 15 mins and no one came to inform me that my car was still being serviced. I had to go up once again after waiting not 15 mins like they said but 30 mins to ask when they'll be done. They said a few more minutes. I waited another 10 minutes. The advisor (Tyler J) didn't even come to give me a summary about the services done on my car, the cashier had to come grab me but even then she didn't bother to ask if I had any questions or concerns. She took my card to complete the payment and handed me my keys.It was very disappointing how the situation was handled, in the past if my car was going to take longer than the estimated time, the advisor would come to inform me the service(s) needing to take place and how long it may take. If it was longer than I anticipated, they would offer a shuttle/car if I needed to be somewhere. None of this happened.Service: Tires

The service team was able to get me in for a new set of tires and alignment without an appointment. The appointment website said the first appointment was Nov 1st.
