Always receive very good service with knowledgeable customer service. Nice receiving the military discount as well. They scanned for codes free of charge, saving me from being ripped off at the dealer. Parts are good quality as well. Reward program adds up.

LISA was super-helpful in helping me diagnose the problem from a check engine light (thermostat). She even referred me to a few shops around town where I could have the work done. Her recommendations worked out great!

I always buy my parts including oil change material from this autozone. I almost always recycle my used oil elsewhere. Today I needed use what they told was an option before, and drop off 5 gal of used oil that came from this store originally. They turned me away and said they will only take 5 quarts of used oil at a time. My car takes a minimum of 6 quarts, my truck take 7 quarts, what if I brought my oil from each change there? I would have a garage full of extra used oil.. I think this will be my last visit to this part store.

I am new to the area and was in a jam with a dead battery. I went in this location and was greeted immediately by the smiling face of Holly. Holly helped me not only find the right battery, but even helped me find some windshield wipers. This location is top notch. Thank you Holly for your wonderful customer service.

Not sure what her name was but an older blonde lady helped me when I needed 2 different cabin air filters for my vehicles. She "looked them up" by make, model, etc. I paid for them and left. Consequently both of them were the wrong one for each vehicle. Went to another AutoZone, got the correct ones and installed them. Don't know if the blonde was having a bad day, or just being blonde. Careful who you deal with!

I love coming to this auto zone ! Especially when Drew is here he is very helpful, polite, and friendly! Totally recommend coming to him! He helped me to replace my headlights in my car, it only took 5 minutes and that was a plus!! Thank you so much you did an amazing job as always!

Very great service. I went in using the Autozone website to pick out my wiper blades but after purchase and the sales associate helping me with them they ended up not being the ones I needed so they did the return and got me the correct ones and installed them with me. A great team working there and will definitely be back for my auto needs.

So today I went to auto zone to buy a new battery for my car. When I got there a man called Craig W. helped me out explaining the differences of the brands and guided me to get the best option for my car. He also helped me by pointing it out that I was able to get some discount thru my previous battery warranty on top of that he was very helpful and changed it for me! Saved me time and the hassle to do it by myself. Very nice service and I am definitely coming back! Thanks, Craig! You are awesome!

Customer service was great. Check my car out while others were lying to me about my battery, it's so sad for woman out here. Instead of man auto GUYS just help us precious WOMEN They always tries to get US. Shame on you Kia dealer in Bloomington. And the bad dealers at Zumbrota Auto sales in Zumbrota MN.

It took a while to find the parts and pull them. Had to return a brake pad set because it did not come with the tins the pads slide on. The staff however were engaging and got the job done. I would return here for things i need should i be in the area

My car battery died, the timing couldn t have been worse with the week I have coming up. Probably a blessing it died now rather then next week. I honestly did not know that AutoZone will install a car battery that you purchase there for FREE!Your employee Anthony was the BEST! He sold and installed my new car battery literally in a matter of minutes. So friendly and professional. Thank you Anthony, like I said, you re my hero for today!

Had a car battery go bad on me and the people here were super helpful and even changed the battery out for me for free (which they can when things are easily accessible). Total lifesaver for my work driving. Highly recommend stopping here and using this AutoZone location if you need parts or for them to check things out on your car that they deal with here.

I wish I would have asked for the employee's name who helped me, but she was so great! Walked me straight to the part and was extremely friendly. Her and another employee even help open the door for me when I arrived. I am so happy to see nice, friendly individuals who make an experience enjoyable for all.

I went in here looking for battery jump starter kit, my car's battery keeps dying from the cold weather, but it is not quite up yet for replacement. The clerk guy was really helpful and recommend the correct item that I needed. However, the packaging was already opened, it was missing the manual, the charger cable, and the drawstring pouch. I had to go in twice until I was given a box not missing any components. So just be careful and check the packaging of the unit you're purchasing.

This was a good place a few months ago. I didn't see the lady mechanic there today. Just 3 guys. One helping a customer. 2 that were on the computer or looking for stuff in back and ignoring me. So after 5 minutes I left. Would it hurt to at least say I'll be right with you?

Under New Management. Two and a half years ago I bought, what I thought was a new battery, for my car. Turns out it was already a year old when I bought it. As of this date November 1st 2018 I brought my car in and they gave me a brand new battery because it didn't work anymore and should still have been under warranty. New manager is very honest. I won't be afraid of being taken advantage of anymore because I am a female and I don't have a male to bring to that store with me.

After I retired, worked part-time here. Great people, very knowledgeable and amazed at number of parts on hand...great supply chain Loved the coworkers and customers. Hint:. Some customers wanted to only talk to a guy, what they didn't know is the most knowledgeable person Stacy was a female mechanic also the females could find things on computer faster.

Wrongly assessed the condition of my battery. Also, they have display boxes to trick customers that they have items in stock (the Noco Jump Starter). If you have battery issues or car start problems I HIGHLY recommend Batteries Plus. They will get the job done.

The employees are always friendly and they always make sure I have exactly what I need. Noah helped me tonight and he was amazing, he explained everything, he was super friendly he carried all of my heavy items outside to my truck. I hate spending money fixing my vehicles but I love this AutoZone.

Friendly knowledgeable staff. I had a unique project and they knew where I should start looking. Found what I needed and was gone in 20 minutes. They also test batteries, alternators and starters.
