My husband was on his way to Burnsville when his check engine light came on.He pulled into Astleford Burnsville. They were able to get him right in, diagnosed the problem, went and picked up the part, replaced it and he was back on the road! The service department was amazing!

This place is a scam i called over the phone to get an estimate to replace a stud on my back tire told me it would take about an hour at $196 hr then charges me $294 plus parts $382 i watched them finish on it within that hour he chats me up about other repairs needed on my truck to round up the clock to 1 and half

Stay away from this place if you don t want waste your time and money. They did a dot inspection on my truck and told me it failed because of tires I asked them if they can change the tires they said no you have to get that service somewhere else, but when I had them fixed and came back for the sticker the guy with big beard at the service desk gave me attitude and told me if I leave their yard that receipt is invalid when I asked for manager he called him and avoided talking to me. What a disgraceful service !!! They just needed to get money for another inspection

Took a truck in because the steering gear was leaking... Got it back and it was so hard to steer I couldn't hardly keep it on the road, and the steering wheel was 1/4 turn off.... There explanation was the pump might be getting weak.... Bull. The only weak thing is their excuses. I personally won't return.

Had a simple 5min hose repair they were back up and very busy could not fit me in . But rick in service made time got me right in and fixed 15mins . abosolute hero

Worst shop ever!!!I'm not generally a person who writes reviews but the service we have received has been nothing short of terrible. They have had one of our bucket trucks for over a month for a very simple job of putting in a new axle. There Communication is terrible they never call with an update and when we call them they always have a new excuse on why they haven't made any progress. They have promised they would have the truck done half a dozen times but when we are ready to pick it up it is not done and all they have is more excuses. At this point I just want our truck repaired and returned to us but am starting to doubt there ability to finish this project.

We constantly bring our Fleet of trucks here with different issues and get them back with the same issue but with a several thousand dollar bill each time. This current time we have had the truck there and not kept it for more than one hour bringing it straight back to them with the exact same issue. I'm not sure if the texts are just not given the tools they need to fix or if they enjoy throwing parts onto people's vehicles. Be very careful when using them for your service needs.

They did what they said, had a def pump replaced in a timely fashion and invoice was below stated price. Will use again

Had a wheel seal go bad. Called and ask if they could work me in. Got in an out in 2 hours. Great job!!!!! Thanks!!!!!

I pulled in this International dealer with some drive train problems even tho I have a Volvo truck. These people are good at what they do. I would prefer that Astleford work on my truck over Nuss Volvo across the street.

Worst customer service I ve ever experienced, stay away from this location! Drive 15 miles more to go to a different location, or any number of similar business in the area that have employees who actually know how to talk to a customer.

Really helpful service. Haven't had them do anything without a call first. They suggest fixes that need to be done and what might be pushed back for a bit.

Broader international Inn for a problem with power so they flashed and rescan the computer and said they fixed it now the DEF doesn t work had him look at an air leak when the air fills up to 110 psi charge me $135 to start my truck and make it run and then fix the problem I will never bring another truck back here again $600 and now my def doesn t work

Had an older truck in for an ECM reading. Tech took the time to look thru some other setting and made a few changes. In, done, and out in an hour or so. Thanks guys.

They are crooked from service department to part department, don't bring your truck there, they ripped you rite off, they will find ways to take your money, be careful.

Pick up a m d dropping off truck drivers from different companies when there trucks are being fix. To the Quality Inn hotel.
