If I could give more than 5 stars - I would. Amy and Richard are kind and sincere people. They have gone above and beyond for me when my car was stolen (twice) and they had to deal with my insurance giving them the run around. Instead of being frustrated with me and my insurance, they patiently did everything my insurance demanded of them. They took great care of my car, kept me updated, and even remembered my name and things about me enough to have a personal, sincere conversation - as if I truly mattered to them. Everyone I saw that came into their shop when I was there are repeat customers that clearly trust them. Even when they don't do certain work for vehicles they make recommendations to the best place to go and what to expect, leaving their customers to feel informed and safe going elsewhere. These are amazing, honest, good people that care about their community and their business. They are kind, funny, and a joy to be around when you are stressed. I will ALWAYS recommend them. And I am a very picky person to dealings - Amy and Richard, hands down, 100% my go-to people for my car troubles.

On a Friday afternoon around 3 pm, I faced car troubles and promptly reached out to the service center to discuss bringing in my vehicle for assessment. Surprisingly, they accommodated my request within an hour, swiftly diagnosed the problem, offered a reasonable cost estimate, and effectively repaired my car. I was pleased to discover my vehicle ready for use by 6 pm, experiencing truly outstanding service. Notably, I had contacted the Honda dealership earlier and received an estimate that was $400 higher.

I brought my car here for some maintenance & minor issues that I ve been having for almost a year. The lovely owners Richard & Amy were very kind, patient, and helpful. I don t know much about vehicles, so they kindly explained to me thoroughly about what was needed to fix the issues I was having. They were very patient with me as I had many questions. I ve gone around asking for quotes from other shops after explaining my situation to them & ultimately came down to the conclusion that this shop has the most reasonable pricing. It s been almost 2 months & I no longer have any issues with my car. Thanks for the outstanding work & advice, Asian American Auto Repair! I have been in the automotive business for over 30 years and I know its hard to find a good trustworthy shop as a consumer. Recently we learned about a good neighbor which is also a family business. (Husband and wife run the show at AA Auto) I am happy to not only be neighbors with them which is close by, but if I was several hours away, I would still work with them. Greatest custom service. I call Asian American Auto while they were busy I hung up without leaving a message, and they still return phone call regardless. They took my vehicle in via a in house tow from Asian American Auto.they had my vehicle ready in 3 hours!!

I have spend over a thousand for fixing the car, but the service is unprofessional and lack of knowledge of technical. They are rude in talking. They almost requested payment with cash. After they fixed my car, I have had to come back because they didn t complete fixing or my car still kept problems the same before. I will never visit there any more.

It s been a little over two weeks since AA Auto worked on my steering wheel and I haven t had any problems so far. Very friendly and understanding service from them.

These guys do more major car repairs Ina day than most shops do in a month. Reasonable prices. Worth the drive (even if you need to tow it in).

Honest, reliable and knowledgeable guys. Rate is so competitive, and I'd say cheaper than most shops I've been to, specially much cheaper than car dealer shops. I'd go back here anytime.

I called at around 930 to get an appointment to get my breaks looked at and Sonny told me to bring it in and he would look at it right away. Turns out I needed new rotors and he took care of it asap. I was home by 1130, great experience.

I have spend above a thousand for fixing the car and the only things I received us the junk car. Never fix here is you want to lose money. The server is unprofessional and lack of education for the engine. Referred through my neighbor a few years back. And always have been cheaper than other shops. I bring all my cars there and have referred others as well. Went to get inspections and quotes from two other local shops, mainly for rear strut and link replacements. Got lists of things I could have had repaired at a much steeper cost. AAAR, becos of a family friend connect, got the rear struts and links replaced for nearly half the price. Lucky break for us

Great place only needs to refurbish lounge for customers ASAP otherwise work is properly done friendly too Please fix the bathroom and lounge Get Ikea as is returned furniture

The ower will take your money and not provide the correct services I have went back twice for the same issue with my car and everytime he said he has fixed it and it wasn't done now my car is down and he want fix the issue and I have paid them my money please do not go here they will take your money and act like they never worked with you or your car
