Neil made a crappy situation so much easier to handle. He helped me plan my next steps with insurance and had been in consistent contact with me during the whole process. I never felt lost or confused because of his guidance. I cannot thank Neil and his team enough!

I am writing this on behalf of my mom though I am sure she ll be submitting her own review. My mother s parked car was recently hit by a pizza delivery driver and, after an exhausting 6 weeks of trying to communicate with the other driver s insurance, her car was deemed totaled she ended up getting a settlement check.Wright County Collision was the fifth collision/repair shop that she called and I am so grateful that the previous four companies failed to reply or had a lengthy waitlist. I live in Idaho and being so far away and unable to help my mom through the process was tough. Then she told me about Neil and I finally felt like she was in good hands. Neil was respectful and empathetic to her situation. She needed to get her car to a repair shop but was unsure as to whether or not it was safe to drive. Neil stopped by her house to take a look at the damage to see if she could drive it safely to his shop roughly 20 minutes away. He stayed he would be communicating with the insurance company regarding nexts steps for her vehicle and that she didn t need to worry about trying to be the middle man between the two.While he didn t preform actual work on her vehicle, apart from the inspection for the settlement, it was obvious he truly cared about helping my mom get what she deserved. He was patient and understanding and made her feel like she finally has someone on her side after weeks of unanswered calls/texts to the insurance company.I truly appreciate Neil and what he did for my mom. I had some body work done in December 2022. Neil was great to work with. His shop is into restoring cars and will work on surface rust. The work was done on time and looks great! I would highly recommend them for whatever your needs are.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

I recently hit a deer and had some repairs done here and was very pleased with the work done. Neil and his crew did a great job repairing it. The communication throughout the process was great. The job was done well and done quickly. If quality of work is important to you, look no further.

Why would you go anywhere else? Neil and the team do very high quality work. Don t trust repairs to anyone else. Been using WCC for 20 years and all his work was higher quality than the factory. Fixed a few vehicles including my newer civic someone rear ended me. Thanks Neil and crew!

I've had Neil do work on my truck twice and I couldn't be happier with the work. He and the team went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. I continue to recommend him to my friends and family. I wouldn't hesitate to send anyone to his shop.

My husband and I couldn t be happier with the work done on our vehicle. Neil went above and beyond our expectations! Not only did the outside look amazing but the inside had been cleaned. Semi shredded a tire on I94 and the front end of my 2022 F250 ate the tire. Took minor front end damage. They looked at that day and gave me a fair priced quote for the damage.

Neil does great work. I've had the pleasure of working with him over the last 15 years. If you need someone to make sure your vehicle goes from crash to almost new again, give Neil a call. Auto Body or Collision repair is his specialty.

Had paintless dent removal done on my Mercedes. One dent was on a crease and didn't think they could fix it. All dents are gone and looks perfect. Very friendly service too!

Body work was done well but everything else was a joke. Some how an insurance claim turned into a $1500 extra expense, the car drove worse than before the accident, tools they forgot to retrieve after doing the work fell out of car going 60 mph. There were more things wrong after their work that were completely unrelated to the repair work they were paid to do... (what's up with that, did they take the car for a spin?). Clearly Neil (owner) knows how to fix auto body but his ethics and integrity were in constant question. I can't say for sure if he's intentionally a schister but I'm never going back to confirm my hypothesis. Beware and be very clear before work is done on your car... especially if it's an insurance claim.
