I bought a vehicle here yesterday and the service was excellent!They really took the time to make sure I understood everything.I am totally satisfied and appreciate the excellent service

Never buy a vehicle from this place, Brandon's promise's are empty, he and the owner won't do anything once you buy a car. I was promised to have a/c looked at before I bought the vehicle, he said it was repaired so I bought it-- it was not repaired, just charged and lasted till almost end of summer. After several more times bringing it back they they disconnected a/c line to rear because that's where they thought the leak was so I only had front a/c. except it was the front that is bad. They disconnected this line without my permission and would not put back on. Trusting them will cost me $3000 to repair a/c. Really too bad you can't have a gentlemen's agreement Brandon, the owner is also just as bad. I can't imagine how many people have gotten ripped off-- I really wish I would have read the GOOGLE REVIEWS instead of facebook reviews. Also they are not accredited with the Better Business Bureau, what a shock... Not!!--UPDATED: Happy to see you are still full of B.S.- I made you and your 1 mechanic cry?.... Really? Just be honest once...If possible. Sorry for making you guys cry. NOT, LOL. You did have a good fairy tale though.

Brandon is awesome to work with. Made buying the new truck super easy and left us feeling confident in our purchase. We noticed windshield whistling after the purchase and he is taking care of it even though we didn t notice it until we drove it off the lot. Honest dealership with fair prices and no pressure. Would 100% buy a vehicle here again.

We have purchased several vehicles from this dealer and have never had any issues. Brandon and Al are very transparent and work very hard to get you what you want. They are my go to for all my vehicle purchases. Their service department is also awesome. Thank you West Suburban!

This was hands down the best vehicle buying experience that I have ever had. We made the deal happen over email and phone conversations. Showed up at the dealership, signed a couple of papers, and i was on my way in less than 15 minutes. No high pressure sales pitches for unnecessary products or accessories. Just good, honest, old fashioned service from a couple of guys at a great little dealership. Thank you West Suburban Auto!

I used to be anti-dealer and only bought from craigslist until I bought my truck here. This a great and honest shop. They'll take very good care of yaAlso I don't really do reviews anymore. So take it for what it's worth that I took time to do this

Just bought a truck from here, What a nice experience. Brandon is a great knowledgeable salesman who helped us from start to finish. Answered all of our questions thoroughly. We got a really fair offer on our trade in. The price of the vehicle was reasonably priced. Todd in financing worked so hard to get us the appropriate financing that we were comfortable with. I would highly recommend West Suburban Auto Sales.***Update: the vehicle I bought from here has been having problems since the second day. I am now stuck with a $3600 bill and a useless after market warranty. I realize this was a used vehicle but once they got your money see ya!! never again nor would I recommend them.****Update again, the problems are never ending. A year after owning the vehicle we go to renew the tabs only to discover it had fraudulent tabs. The tabs we were driving with belonged on 1960 pontiac not an f150. Dmv said I had to pay the back tabs that were never renewed before I could renew for the current year. That really put me in a bind as I wasn't expecting to pay double. I called the owner and after arguing my case, telling him i could have been in some serious legal trouble, which he seemed totally unconcerned about, he agreed to pay for some of the cost. Also avoid the aftermarket warranty. They are useless. They covered 1- $1000 dollar repair and now deny every claim there after. So the $2100 we spent on the warranty was a waste.

These guys are five star auto sales all they way. Just bought a car from Brandon and have never had such amazing service at a car dealer before. The entire process from start to finish was easy and friendly at West Suburban Auto. If you are looking for a great deal on a car and quality service stop here first as it will be your only stop!

Came in to look at a car and left with the keys in hand under an hour later. They were knowledgeable, friendly, and transparent through the whole process. It was clear they're involved in the community and the schools with the numerous thank you's and such on the walls, which is always nice to see from a small business. Great people, great prices, would definitely recommend them to anyone!

Found a truck they listed on Craigslist, and had at least 20 correspondences, via text, with a salesman on staff. Never once alluded to any issues with the truck other than a check engine light for an O2 sensor. So, I drive OVER AN HOUR AND A HALF to go look at the truck only to discover that it has head gasket issues - chunky coolant, chocolate milk colored oil, and no heat in the truck at all. They even have a shop attached to the sales building, so don't tell me they didn't know about it. Totally deceptive crew trying to scam buyers. Would highly recommend staying away from these guys!

Bought a used minivan, service was great, I got a reasonable price for my trade in without haggling. There was a problem with one of the doors on the van and they fix it at no cost.

Excellent. They worked with me on vehicle price, and took care of an issue they missed only a week later with some bad spark plugs. I'd recommend them.

I am taking the time to write , this company goes above and beyond for there customers,, I have bought more than one vehicle from them now and have had great experience with them ,,I recently had my company truck start acting up not shifting thought the worst transmission or something I took it to there auto department they told my good news 450 to repair I was so happy great price compared to a transmission but once it was in there they were able to fix it for 150 $ who does that they had the job quoted higher there honesty and integrity is hands down the best hats off to west suburban and there team will highly recommend

They know they sell you crap vehicles. They may fix a repair or two but like other reviews have said, once they get your money.....I will never buy from them again.....EVER
