I recently had the pleasure of receiving service at Walmart, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations, thanks to Luke, the service manager, and his incredible team. Luke's professionalism and extensive knowledge about my vehicle were truly impressive. Not only did he provide outstanding customer service, but he also made the entire experience personable and reassuring. Initially, I had doubts about bringing my car to Walmart, but Luke and his team quickly dispelled them by ensuring I was well-informed every step of the way. They empowered me to make informed decisions about my vehicle, and I couldn't be more grateful for their expertise and dedication. Technicians are very friendly, installed my tires in a timely manner. Spent $800 on all four tires, after about 6 months my front tires started cupping. Went in and they suggested that I have someone check my suspension and alignment. Was told that they would work with me to get replacement tires. After almost a month of stopping in and calling, they just gave me a run around and did not help at all. Could of atleast told me that there is nothing that they could do. Communication is horrible.

Very helpful in getting my tires done in a timely matter n let me know my batteries in my auto tire pressure monitor were low n asked if I wanted to change them or wait.

Absolutely the worst service people I've ever come in contact with. We were given more excuses to NOT fix a nail hole in a rear tread face. They simply made up asinine excuses because we came in too close to closing time. We arrived at 3:30pm and closing time is 4pm. Everything that fell out of their toothless heads was a lie so they could clock out on time or earlier.

Was in today for an oil change, and tire rotation. Was told immediately I needed 2 tires due to tread wear. I immediately told the guy my tires are a year old, and I'd get a second opinion from my tire guy to which he responded they'd probably be good until next winter. I did a check when I left to find out what I thought from the beginning...my tires looked like one year old tires. Got a second opinion this evening followed by a laugh, and "yep they look great". I'm disgusted by this operation.

I bought a brand new tire a month ago from here and it blew out on me, leaving me stranded on the side of the road for 4 hours waiting for roadside to show up and only having driven on it for less than 200 miles. While I was waiting for help to show up, I inspected the tire as best as I could while still on my car and the tire looked deformed, like it had bubbles in it and it was completely flat with no chance of patching it. After the tire was changed I inspected it fully and found a hole about an inch and a half long on the outer side part of the tire and near the center, making it obvious that it wasn't caused from me running anything over. I have bought pairs of tires, used, for half the price I paid for this 1 tire and they lasted me over 2 years. I called Walmart and told them about it and the staff I talked to wasn't very friendly towards me and I felt like he was treating me like I wasn't telling him the truth. Bad customer service and a bad/defective product not to mention everything I have had to deal with, the extra time, gas and work it has already cost me one top of what it's still going to cost as I have yet to see if their going to make it right, I would not recommend getting your tires or work done here. It'll cost you way more than its worth.

I bought 2 Reliant Tires today, usually Walmart has 1 mechanic in service which takes 2 hours to put them on. Just my luck they had 3 working. Performance took 10 - 15 minutes to complete. Happy Customer. : )

They did an awesome job of figuring out why one of my tires kept leaking. It was one of the valve stems that was gradually leaking air. They replaced the metal end of the stem with rubber. I bought four tires from Walmart with warranty on each tire, so didn t have to pay for checking tires. I just had to pay for installation of rubber end of valve stem. I m glad I got the warranty on the tires as it saves me money, if something goes wrong with tires. Staff is really friendly and service is great.

They put my tires on but yet one tire is constantly without air and there's nobody ever there to fix it For tires that were a $100 a piece it's pretty ridiculous they don't know how to put a tire on. They've only been on for less than 2 weeks.Service: TiresService: Tires

Went to get 1 tire switched out at 350pm online in says open till 7 went in they said the just closed! Not the first time I've had a bad experience with them

Very unprofessional and horrible customer service. Bought and got four new tires put on my car here with a wait time of 1-2 hours. After 4 hours called and spoke to this lady that said " I thought I call and left a message saying your car was done, guess not." She did not apologies and said I can come anytime to get it. First issues. After I got the car my two front tire pressure sensors had an error message saying the system was at fault. Went back on my day off to see if they could fix the problem they made and they wanted to charge me $30 per tire. Ask why they would not do it for free since it happen when they put the tire on and they said I did not get the roadside warranty on the tires. I thought that was roadside warranty not in case we mess up working on your car warranty. Highly recommend going somewhere else for all car work.

Worst Customer service I have ever encountered. I was the first car in the stall. I needed my tire mounted. The "tech" that I talked to seemed as though he was trying to figure out a way to turn me down for service. After he hassled me about the winter tire I had brought in, He had no other choice but to start the Intake. I got here after they opened at 7:00am. I been here for over 2 hours. No one acknowledged the fact that it's been a RIDICULOUS amount of time to wait, for what I thought, would be a quick service. After I argued with the manager about how long I had been waiting,he told me they still haven't gotten the tire mounted. I left very disappointed. I will NEVER COME BACK to the Auto Motive Center at the Walmart in Buffalo.

The front lady is extremely rude, unprofessional and needs some classes on customer service. We dropped our truck off to get two new tires and she would not help myself or this other lady. Hearing her conversation about Christmas and ignoring us was inferiating. You guys need to work on better customer service. Helping us took 5 minutes to check in our vehicles when another gentleman got there-we stood and listened to the ladies personal conversation for 20 minutes. It s one thing if you are busy working. super rude.

Lousy, Lazy, Unbelievable. I bought tires online, and went to get them/install. I got there at 4:45. 2 other cars in line, and they couldn't put my tires on because they close at 7. I cant believe how lazy and incompetent. I counted at least 4 employees standing there, and one actually working. So 4-5 employees cant do a couple oil changes and 2 tires in 2 hours. What the heck. Never giving them my buisness again, and recommend you do the same. Save the headache and go down to Tires Plus

Called to ask about oil change and tire rotation and sat on hold for close to 30 min. Thanks to the very nice dispatch lady, who actually walked back to the service area, I was finally able to figure out why no one was answering. Found out there were also 5 people waiting in line in the store because there wasn't a soul in sight!! Would kinda help if you had staff there to help your paying customers. After my horrible experience I decided to go with a competitor in the area to avoid any further headache. Hope you shape up so you don't lose more customers.

Drove from Rockford at 5:00pm, waited in line until 5:50pm only for them to tell us that they don t have time for a tire patch (I have a screw in my tire). They close at 7pm- so now I m driving home on an almost flat tire. Awful customer service. You do not turn away customers when you still have an HOUR until you close up shop. I will NEVER return to this auto center nor will I ever recommend anyone to come here for auto service. Unbelievable.

Brought our vehicle in for an oil change. Waited 20 mins before we were helped. We paid to have our car vacuumed and windows cleaned but that didn t happen. Figured they got a little busy. We then brought in our second vehicle about a week later for an oil change. Again waited for help for about another 20 mins. The lady that helped us told us it would be about 15-30 mins. It took about an hour. I had the vehicle parked on our driveway and pulled it into the garage later that day. There was a big oil spot on the driveway. I then had to jack up my vehicle and make sure the plug was tight and thankfully it was. I then looked at the oil filter. It wasn t even close to tight. I would not recommend bringing your vehicle there. Spend a little more money for some decent service.

Went in to get a new tire about an hour and a half before closing. i had previously bought a tire from them the week before. they told me they couldn t put the tire on because it was to close to closing time even though they had an hour and a half left no cars in the shop and all four of the employees were outside smoking! I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

I have purchased tires at this location for years and it has been a great value. It is first come, first serve, so you must plan ahead and try to go during off times. The guys who work there have given me honest advice and have helped me save money on other areas too.

This place is an absolute joke. I had a nail in my tire which requires me to get the whole thing replaced. Ok no big deal I knew that going in. But what shouldn't happened is them only having one , yes ONE , tech on hand and 2 other cars plus me and them telling me "oh it will only , ONLY ONE, hour". IT TOOK ALMOST 2. Save your money and stay as far as humanly possible from this place. A One star review is to good for this place.

Gentleman in car center as few as they have took good care of me on a tire deal and still took care of the people they had in waiting room everyone there was happy with there service and went above and beyond even tho they had few mechanics to lean on to me that's good mngmt and caring employees who deserve praise and wages equal to there performance now days hard to hold onto good help as that and in past it hasn't Ben that way in my experience so the corr group of guys who care are there and did a huge plus for a customer who has used them limited in past because of issues I had with service great job guys and to the associate that took time wen boys were at lunch to keep me posted and even helped with sale while guys looked for set that only two left thanks again and will be back to see ya in future thanks for the good experience now days that says more than y'all know b safe and keep up the awesome job . .

Brought in two trailer tires that I wanted new rubber put on the rims. I had the new tires (which I bought online from Walmart). They look at them and say they aren't sure if they can do it, but will try anyway. Ok, so I got do some shopping, come back and they tell me, "We can't do it, the rims are two small" after they had one tire half off the rim already. Couldn't put them back on the trailer even...so my boat trailer had to sit on jack stands until I went to Discount Tire, who said, "Why couldn't Walmart do this?" and changed tires out for me, no problem.Advertise that you only do car tires. Might save a few people time and a headache.

Went in and bought a tire to replace my shredded one that was on a rim. At most, we're talking about a 5 minute job. There was one SUV in a stall ahead of me but the rest of the place was dead. Jerry Garcia was the only mechanic in sight and he was too busy flirting with the 17 year old girl behind the counter to actually get to my tire. He was vacuuming the SUV for 20 minutes in between bouts of reading from a magazine. Apparently the manager had left early so he wasn't really supervised. I understand that Wal-Mart is scraping the barrel when it comes to the quality of their workers, but if this guy moved any slower he would have had a good chance at discovering time travel. I assume that he missed his band days with the Greatful Dead. An hour and 15 minutes later my 5 minute tire job was done. He immediately made his way back to the shop window so he could stare and flirt with the girl behind the counter. I will say she was cool, very friendly. I learned 2 things yesterday: Jerry Garcia is alive and he moves like a 90 year old with a broken hip, and I'll never take any of my vehicles to Wal-Mart again.

Went in for a oil change, car would not start when they were done. My. Battery was bad. Didn't have access to my bank account because someone stole my card number, had bought a few groceries while there and only had one check in my checkbook. Tim and his wife came out in the cold and jumped my car for me so I could get home. Got a new book of checks went back got a battery installed and was good to go. Thank you so much to Tim and his wife for going out of their way to help me!

Horrible experience with walmart tire and lube , bought 4 tires on their black friday event, they told me at that time the only other charge would be the valve stems and tire disposal. Ok, got their at 11 am on a Monday , left at 3:30 pm, the manager couldn't figure out why I still owed $61.00, when I already bought the tires previously, so he came up with, you didn't pay the sales tax, and the tires went up a little bit, WHAT!! how could the price go up for a black friday ad? ? I was so tired, I just paid it because I was sick of arguing with him. I'm going back and speak with the store manager, I would stay away from this place, they make stuff up if they can't figure something out. Horrible, never again walmart.

If I could leave no stars I would. Took over an hour to mount and balance one tire. Was talking to another costumer that was here for an oil change that was over two hours. I think next time I need tires I ll buy them here but I will mount and balance them mysel

Bought thre Everstart battery 6 years after the last one was bought here(2013). Had the old one tested before I purchased and the mechanic was professional and friendly. No pushy upselling either - note to dealerships!!!
