Very quick and efficient. They never try to push other services on me, and I like that. If I want something else done or feel I might need something checked out, I ask. Otherwise, I came for tires, and they installed tires. Thanks!

Went to get a simple alignment done after doing the front end on my truck. They Snapped 8 out of 12 lug nuts (not the stud, the actually lug nuts) and wanted to charge me 129 bucks AN HOUR to fix their mistake. (And to top it off they said I needed new camber bolts to get a proper alignment which was a complete lie. Took it else where and they had no problems getting my truck aligned... Tires plus of buffalo is a joke and I'd never recommend them to anyone.

Took the car in for two back tires and rotation. The car had no noise or problems related to the tires or brakes prior to taking it in. We had also just gotten our brake pads looked at by our friend's mechanic not even a month before going there and the mechanic had told us that the brake pads were good. When paying for the tires, the worker said that we needed new brake pads because they were at 10% and we needed new tie rods. We got about a mile away and our brakes started grinding really bad. We got it to the mechanic that we trust the next day. We had to spend another 350 getting new brake pads!! We asked that mechanic about the tie rods and he said there was absolutely nothing wrong with our tie rods. The car has not driven well and has not felt safe since we brought it in to tires plus. And now we have to get everything looked at to make sure there isn't anything else that was messed with. Also the service was very unprofessional. I will never go here ever again!!!!

I need a tire patch.. they couldn't do it as it was in the sidewall.. I was surprise as there wasn't one when I bought it in. I found that there was a screw in the middle tread.. which they didn't even find. Great service, right? LOL I suspect they put the sidewall screw into my tire as it was placed exactly 180� across from the other screw and they knew I would buy a new tire as my car only had 650 miles.Charge me $23 to put on the spare. That was a joke. Quote me $350 for a new tire where everyone else was selling at $250. Beware of this shady shop

Called here yesterday and they fit me in at the last second to get a tire patched and put back on. Alex was super friendly and very communicative throughout the entire process.

Went in to have my tires checked, because I had to refill them every 20 days (and yes I did keep track. I kept a little booklet in my car to help). I told them the dealership I bought the car from a year ago possibly put the wrong sealant on my tires. They did a full check up on my car and found I had a nail and a bolt in 2 of the tires, and the others had a bad seal. They fixed it right in half a hour during this I sat in the entrance at a table and worked on homework and then I was on my way back home with freshly patched tires. The service was also very friendly, the building was clean and didn't smell bad, and I like how they texted me the information on the things they did to my car and about future maintenance.

Took my car to another shop today to have tires changed. Upon taking off lung nuts they found 90% of them to be cross threaded. Last place I took my car in, was tires plus for a rotation. They lost my future business today.

These guys have always done great work for me. Recently they went way above and beyond to do something kind for my disabled son. He's obsessed with Tires Plus and has me drive him by the store multiple times per day. The fine people there made him a very generous care package and gave a tour of the garage twice. They made him so happy. I will continue to give these fine people my business.

Well.. today's morning havoc has turned into a twofold blessing.Repair done from a Saturday's repair gone wrong. Blessing because Tires Plus in Buffalo stood by their work and reimbursed me for today's repair. This is what fantastic Customer Service of a 5th generation looks like.My original repair from last Saturday had me feeling so much safer on the road. Been praising their work all week long to others.Boy's are getting gifted donuts in the morning.As a Customer Service Representative myself.. this is worthy...

Took my car into get an alignment. Just purchased 4 new Michelins from FF. Wasn't able to get an alignment, as I had a right front inner tyrod that needed to be replaced. No problem, took the car to my trusted mechanic replaced inner tyrod and then I schedule an appointment at Tires Plus. Well, got the car in they put it on the rack, and called me out to the shop area. They said I need "2" new inner tyrods replaced and they can't do the alignment. This is very odd, took it across the street in Buffalo, talked to my mechanic and no issues especially since the right front was new. Not sure if they were trying to pull the wool over my eyes but that was my last trip there.

Had to replace my tire, it had to be special ordered. I was told it would be ready the next day. I went in after work and the manager told me they "forgot to order it". No apology. They were able to have the Roger's store bring one they had in stock but said it would cost more!? I needed a tire ASAP so I had no choice. I paid for their mistake. Rude. Poor customer service. I felt that they treated me like I was stupid. or didn't take me seriously because i am a female. It is now one month later, the tire was not put on correctly, wires are showing and I once again have to get a new tire. I will NEVER go back!

I was not impressed. They took my vehicle, sat on it. Just to tell me they couldn't service the vehicle and it had to be brought to dealership. The price we were quoted for service was also very high, went to another repair shop, it was cheaper at the dealership! Typical Tires Plus, that's why I prefer small private repair shops. The corporate world is a terrible place to be as a consumer. Take your business elsewhere, you will be glad that you did.

Great customer service.! Justin, Emanuel and the entire team were great fixing my cars! I purchased tires and a new battery for two different vehicles. Their mechanic did a test drive to check if my brakes work properly as they locked up! Thank you Guys!!!

$419 dollars for new pads and rotors. No military discount. Employee brought me back and made me feel like a joke for putting a brake pad in backwards. (My dad was in a rush helping me.) Not going to be coming back here again...ever. Arrived for my 1700 appointment a hour early and they still are working on it over a hour later. Do not recommend at all. Period.

Will NEVER bring a vehicle here again! Scheduled for a plug n patch. Told them found a screw while installing brand new stem cores. They plugged and patched it, but then tell me the TPMS needs a new seal, it's leaking. Wanted me to wait an extra 20 minutes to get a kit from across town because they were out. Didn't have an extra 20 and interesting, it wasn't leaking when I changed the core. Next day having time to look at the invoice, realize they charged me for a new core and cap. Called Justin. He says it's standard procedure. Not worth the $1.79 to have a customer coming back complaining because they didn't change the core and got an attitude about giving me back my $2.71 plus tax. Well then Justin, you eat the $1.79 for the core and learn to ask a customer if they want a new valve cap. Today looking at the receipt again after checking my tire pressures via the TPMS, realize they charged me $10 for a TPMS relearn. If you're going to charge me for it, how about doing it? And an Environmental Fee of $2.50? For what?! They didn't discard anything for me. Did you not hear me Justin, when I said I used to work at Tires Plus, that I grew up on a farm and know how to sling tires and I just put a BRAND NEW CORE IN IT? $15.21 plus tax that I paid for nothing. I'll be finding a different business to help me with my tires needs. And I don't need an attitude when I call asking questions about why I was billed for something. Oh and Russ, the invoice number is 118276, if you care to look at it.

I called to get a quote on 1 tire, and they had the best price in Buffalo! I knew there was something wrong with my car and they were able to tell me what was going on and they had print outs. The service rep knew what he was talking about. And I would recommend anyone to them.

Was about to leave for work and noticed my low pressure tire light was on. Found out my tire had a nail in it. I removed the tire and brought it to tires plus and Justin was able to have someone fix the tire within 30 minutes. Cost for fixing this issue was cheap as well. I thought it would be a little under 100,it was not. Came to $25.

Please do business with this place if you like getting bent over backwards. The customer service is absolutely terrible and you would likely have a more pleasant experience being booked in to jail. They do not stand behind there products one bit unless you purchase the extra warranty. I have gone in with a simple tire rotation and left with them claiming that there are multiple other problems with the vehicle that were not an issue before the vehicle was dropped off. Did I mention that customer service is TERRIBLE? These guys have had a lot of experience ripping people off and have become quite good at it. enjoy.

TIRES PLUS DOES NOT CARE ABOUT YOU OR YOUR VEHICLE.I brought my truck in to have the tires balanced & an oil change. The kid (early 20's) working on my truck, broke off one of the bolts on my tires, No big. (Figuring they could replace it, since it is a simple fix) After they finished balancing the tires and oil change (they never bothered to confirm that what kind of oil change) They decided to tell me that they wanted me to come in on Saturday so their "mechanic" could replace a bolt for me "on the house" as if they were doing me a favor. Yeah right. In conclusion, I left there with my front left tire shaking every time I got up to 45 mph! Well, tires plus, You may have chumped me out of 80 bucks, but I will do everything in my power to tell everyone I know to avoid TIRES PLUS AT ALL COSTS BECAUSE THEIR SERVICE SUCKS!! ABSOLUTELY NOTHING ABOUT THIS EXPERIENCE WAS GOOD. If I wanted some punk with no experience working on my truck I'd do it myself!!! Never going there again. In fact, I will be doing most, if not all of my general maintenance and repair on my truck, from now on. It's freaky realizing that some "mechanics" / shops working on vehicles just don't know or care, that your safety & well being is at stake.

Bad place to do business. I was Poorly attended twice, the first time the attendant did not answer because I just needed to change a lamp from my car. Unfortunately I had to come back because it stuck the tire and I needed to repair it urgently.They said they could not fix it because the tire had broken down and I needed to buy at least two new tires. That this was the only solution. So I insisted and they sold me a used tire for sixty dollars, so I went in the contestant and they repaired the tire and installed it in the car without any problem. So I do not recommend this place to anyone.

They are very rude as the other reviews said! I walked in and was looked and multiple times and nothing was said, other people walked in and got greeted. I got overcharged for an oil change because I was going what was shown on the tv screen- apparently those aren t the right prices? Maybe remove them then! I asked to have my tires checked and they said the pressure was up to 35, when I got in my car it was 31. I will not come here and won t recommend. Overpriced, rude and liars!

Avoid this place! My wife brought our truck there to get a routine rotation and balance. They came back stating that they recommended that we replace the serpentine belt and the left inner tie rod. Here's the problem... the serpentine belt is brand new, just replaced three weeks prior to bringing it there. The left inner tie rod was replaced by them at the same time they replaced my tires just 5 months ago. They are either inexperienced or they are trying to rip me off. Either way, I don't recommend going here!

Glad to find the Tires Plus in Buffalo! I went to TP in Richfield for many years, and needed a new location when I moved here. I have always found TP to be competitively priced, honest with their recommendations for service, friendly, clean and courteous, and was pleased to find the exact same positive things here in Buffalo. Thanks for taking care of my Honda today!

I have a 1971 wagon and I was switching wheels and tires. 2 off them didn't fit so they put all my wheels and tires BACK on! I ran 50 minutes away and got the correct ones on! These guys worked until the end of the day Friday! Thanks again for helping me out!

STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!! Plenty of Tire shops out there. Avoid at all cost!!!On 9-20-2017 i was in Buffalo tires plus to have 4 tires installed,and have my brakes and front chassis components checked. I was never imformed to have needed any repairs on my 99 chevy tahoe which was fully restored in March 2016. I requested to have my wheel wieghts not on the face of the wheel as well. On 9-22-17 i had to have my wheels rebalanced due to incorrect wheel wieght posistion. Tires plus never informed me of any chassis problems or brake problems at time of either visit and never provided me with an inspection. Nor did they provide me with any documentation showing i declined service, which i did not do. On october 18th i had to have a full brake overhaul, calipers,brake pads,and rotors. Then on November 22 2017 my truck was inspected from a very serious and potentionally fatal car accident involving My Wife with Multiple Sclerosis and my 3 children. The cause of the accident was a Broken Tie Rod End. I havecrequested documentation showing my courtesy check and brake inspection Justin declined to give me said documents due to not having any documents. Which after my brake repair and csr accident from a broken tie rod i gsther they never preformed a safety check which tires plus does do standard and if they dont they require you to sign off declining inspection.

I have been taking my car(s) needs to Buffalo Tire Plus for many years. I have changed cars throughout the years, but never changed where I go other than Tires Plus of Buffalo. In fact, I go there for more than just my car. If my riding lawn mower needed a tube or fix, I know exactly where to go no place other than Tires Plus of Buffalo. I find a very pleasant experience with Buffalo Tires plus no matter what day, time, or who was managing the front desk. It is a joy to be helped by Buffalo Tires plus

First time I dropped the car flat tire so they called me telling me that I had a second tire Neal on it praise, second time Neal they say I needed a new one I say no because I had a new ones at discount tires do went there and they said no need a new tire, tires plus scammers

Called in the morning and had the tire for my car by 2pm. I always worry about being sold a bill of goods when i got to car care places and this didnt happen here. Thank you so much for taking care of me and getting me on the road again.

Amazing and fast service. Price is incredible as well. We bring both our vehicles here, I brought my moms in today and we recommend them when ever possible.
