T&M has come to my rescue more times than I'd like to admit. And tonight just like every call in the past the driver (I believe his name was Dave) responded quickly and with nothing but a helpful attitude. I appreciate their hard work and speedy response. Thank you T&M!!

We asked them to pickup a small grain drill and they did the job perfectly. The driver had never picked up a drill before but made it look like he had done it one hundred times. Professional and experienced. Will definitely call again. Thank you for making life easy.

Jay arrived right on time in the morning to bring my car to the repair shop. Super nice guy and we both got my car on the truck strapped down perfectly. Nice flatbed truck for transport. It was only a mile down the road, but was expecting over $100. 80 bucks, very satisfied

Like others here have mentioned, T&M is not exactly customer service oriented. My daughter got in an accident, and this company was the closest option. They came and took her car to their lot (the driver, by the way, was helpful and friendly).Less than 48 hours later, though, we were trying to get our car back from them, and T&M was surprisingly difficult to work with.Every interaction we had with Mark made it clear that he was annoyed by having to talk with customers. At one point he said he "can't get anything done because customers keep interrupting" him.Later, we asked for an estimate before leaving to pick up the car and he answered, "How would I know? I don't have your paperwork in front of me." We said even an estimate would be fine. He told us he had no idea how much the bill was, but to "Bring $500 in cash and I'll tell you how much it costs when you get here."We eventually got our car back from him, but throughout the whole process it was clear that T&M is having a hard time managing the business right now. We overpaid by using them, but the way they treated us was worse than the cost.Service: Car towing

today I was trying to help a friend having mental health problems get her car and the man that answered the phone was the most rude person I've ever dealt with ending with him telling me we can't get the car and he is charging another day wow never use these guys for anything

I went into the ditch literally a one minute walk away from this business. EVERYONE was going off the road, so he didn't answer the phone (and he hadn't had a chance to call me back), but I walked over there, and he came and got me out right away before he went in his other calls. He was super friendly and helpful. I'm $80 poorer, but that's just the price of getting towed. Highly recommend!

Jared was amazing! First he called me to confirm details of my location. He knew where I was. He arrived about 10 minutes later.He was very professional. He assessed the situation and got right to work. While preparing the winch, he graciously answered my husbands questions. He even joked that he had never seen this before. He had our Jeep, trailer and boat unstuck from the landing in about ten minutes total! Thank you T&M

I got stranded on the side of the road in Monticello and this is who called me to help . The man who answered was rude right off the bat. I was not familiar with the area and there were no road signs or markings I could describe where I was besides the name of the highway. He proceeded to say Well if you don t know where you even are how am I supposed to find you and got mad when I called him out for being snappy and rude. He then hung up on me in turn. Extremely rude and unprofessional. Especially to someone who is a potential customer and under stress already. DO NOT RECOMMEND.Service: Car towing

Joe & Cory for the Win!!! I could not have asked for a more helpful, friendly, and professional roadside service experience!! Joe saved us not once but twice (with the quick assist from Cory, can not thank these guys enough. Hands down Joe is the best tow truck driver I've ever encountered, T&M just gained a new loyal customer tonight and I will be recommending them to everyone!! While I hope to not need their services again soon, if I do....I'm 100% confident it will be the greatest service. Thank you so very much Joe & Cory!!!!

Call their dispatch because my car would not start said it would be there in 45 minutes, 45 minutes came and went, call T & M directly phone was answered by someone who was in an extremely noisy place. Very hard to hear him and he told me he never would have told me 45 minutes it would be more like 90 minutes and I could leave my vehicle with the keys in it No thank you. Initial call went out at 4:45, tow truck arrived at 6:30 or so for a jump. If you want a quick tow in Buffalo, MN do not call this man. The driver was very nice and apologetic for the wait. $174.28 for a jump.

Responded on scene fast, helped diagnose the problem, and Corey presented amazing service. I feel like they did way more than they had to and even though it was a horrible day having car troubles, it was easily the best and most seamless towing experience I've had!

Thank you for the GREAT service and for a GREAT employee, Dave, who responded to our AAA call for roadside assistance. He was there in less time than expected AND was able to solve our issue so we could drive home (50+ miles away) and make an appointment with our mechanic . Thanks again.......

AAA may have failed me yet again, but Dave at T&M Towing did not. AAA was leaving me stranded on the side of a very busy interstate in sub zero weather. Dave called me multiple times to make sure I was OK, and ultimately did some rearranging in order to rescue me. He went above and beyond, showing kindness and compassion. Not all heroes wear capes... some wear Carhartt and drive big trucks.Service: Car towing

Joe was the real MVP the other night. My girlfriend and I were stranded in the middle of no where at 10pm and Joe and T & M towing were able to pick us and our car up and take us 35 miles to the shop. Seriously the nicest guy in the world and turned a nightmare of a night into comfortable, no-worry situation. Thanks again Joe!

Very, very polite and decent driver. Made sure my grandson and I were taken care of and got us home safe after a blown radiator and a flat tire. I would absolutely recommend these guys!

My husband was stranded on the side of a busy road during rush hour. We called T&M Towing. We were in Coon Rapids at the time. With no hesitation they came to tow him home. Great response time and very friendly and helpful service. Towed the car right to the Ford dealer in town here and made sure my husband had a ride home. Would recommend them hands down over any other local towing company.

Being the foolish father that I am, I put my two year old in the truck to warm up. Needless to say, he locked himself in. Nothing I could do could convince that mischievous little boy to hit the unlock button. I called T&M a Towing. Corey called me and put a hurry on it. He was there within three minutes and got my truck unlocked in seconds. That man is a hero.

Terrible service, absolutely horrible. The driver Mark came out and "attempted" to get my keys out of my car, visibly impatient the entire time. He gave up after a few short minutes and was yelling at me as he drove off. Definitely would not recommend to anyone who has a lick of common sense.Service: Car lockoutsService: Car lockouts

My son called T&M off our AAA account for service Friday, December 16 during the snow. My son's car blew a tire and called into AAA for a tow and, unfortunately, T&M was dispatched. The wait was expected, it was a snow storm. What was not expected and is not acceptable is once the driver showed up. He was rude to my wife. He refused to do the tow, claiming he'd only been called to change a tire and would have refused to air the tire except there was a Wright County Deputy on scene who told him he needed to air the tire. I recommend using anyone else. They may not be better, but it's very unlikely they could be worse.

My family (2 separate vehicles) were almost run off the road on Christmas Eve by a T & M flatbed tow truck. We were traveling south on HWY 25 at County Road 113. The driver tailgated me for several miles (since Monticello) and then lost their mind trying to pass a total of three cars in a row. The driver had to ditch in between cars when they could not make the pass. When I showed my appreciation with the high beams, they locked up the brakes and tried to run us into the ditch in a road rage. They should not be on the road (Merry Christmas hot head).

My daughter was stuck in her car in Delano, MN. We had just signed up withwAAA, so our call for a tow was routed to T&M out of Buffalo. Cory came right over and before towing put a 'quick' charger on the car and helped diagnose that it is probably a bad alternator. He was quick to get the car hooked up and easily explained the process of how a AAA towing event works. I will definitely recommend T&M to friends I know in the Buffalo area; Cory did a great job helping us and represented the company well.

I was in a very bad auto accident and needed to bring our Qx56 Infiniti home because it was at a company called Williams Towing located in Victoria , Mn and was getting the run around . So i called several towing companies to check for prices called allot of places and a friendly man i belive his name is Mark answered the phone and thought he would be about the same price as everyone else . Nope he told me what he caharges and i could not believe a towing comoany not out to rip people off . Gave me all the info needed he met my wife and i explained the process . One of the most friendliest person i met . After being in a very bad accident he sure made the process so easy .If i could give this company 10 stars i would so im going to . Other companies need to take clases from this company .. Thank you Mr/ Mrs. Troy Flynn your new customers for life ..

My car got sucked into a ditch outside buffalo 5.9 miles away from their company, I called AAA to have a wrecker come pull me out, they said t and m was handling it, and I'd receive a text or call when their coming, that want at 11:05 pm, I called at 12.20 asking where it's at cause I haven't heard a word from either AAA or the company, And that it was coming by 1:05, so I still hear nothing for over two hours, so I call AAA again and fight with them to find out that T and M rejected the tow and didn't even give notice, so I sat in a ditch at a 45 degree angle for over 4 hours, AAA didn't know what to Say and couldnt get ahold of anyone, and told me to find my own company, so because of this lack of communication I not only sat in a steep ditch for 4 hours, I had to get a ride home to get a truck and shovel to dig my car out to prepare for the tow company that actually showed up in 35 mins, and went above and beyond! Thanks expert auto and towing

They have plowed our lots for years and done an amazing job. One less thing to worry about in the middle of winter. Come in to work and it's done. Employees aren't slipping and sliding and getting hurt. They can come right on in and get to work.
