I got in a fight with a tree...and the tree won. Then I called my friends at Ryan Collision and they stepped in like it was a Nip/Tuck episode. They re good, I assure you.

I just brought my truck in to have a chip in my windshield fixed. That turned into needing a new windshield. This became an unpleasant experience rather quickly. I was very frustrated until manager Brad Erickson turned it into a positive outcome. His professionalism and attitude has ensured that not only would I be back but I would recommend them as well.

Had to have front bumper, grill and hood replaced and painted. Hood had quite a few blemishes (bubbles, over spray, divots, etc), which with a white car and bright outdoor light, was hard to see when I picked it up. Got home in garage and the blemishes really stand out. Will bring it back and hopefully they can just buff out and polish it. Will give an update after rework is complete. Hopefully with a much higher rating.**update** 12/14/17 after 3 more visits to have hood and bumper re-polished and buffed, car finally exceeded my expectations and turned out great! People there are extremely friendly and made sure I was happy with work done. I would give 5 stars now, but I had 4 visits total and lots of back and forth. Worth it with final product though.**update** 1/11/18 a few days after last update, I went to car wash and literally paint came off of the hood. Stopped by collision center and they took pictures and ordered another hood. So now almost 3 weeks later and still no new hood and haven't even heard from collision center on what is taking soo long? Not too worried about it, since middle of winter and might as well get salt and grit on defective hood instead, but still very frustrating.

I would love to give this place five stars, but I have two issues with them. Firstly it took almost a month to get my vehicle in for service. Secondly when I picked up my car nothing was reviewed, I was expected to pay my bill and leave. The work they did was fantastic though, or it would be a two or three star review for the service alone.

I brought my van in after a hail storm in Aug, remind you I just purchased in in June. It took them 4 weeks to fix it yea it had a lot of work to be done but could you do the work correctly. I had another body shop look at it and they pointed out, every in perfection over spray of everywhere, hail spots they left, spots where they taped and know there is white noticeable lines over spray on the headlights. Oh and black finger prints all over my white interior. Going to be going further up the line with this.

Ryan collision was so professional and friendly as previous reviews stated. From the receptionist (Felicia) to my service technician (Michael) was very friendly and courteous. Michael survey the damage of my new F-150 (because Ford new truck body is all aluminum and the damage was front end, I needed a new hood, right front fender, new bumper, lights, the works), completed all the necessary insurance paperwork then walked me through the complete process reassuring me along the way, and stated he will not quit until his guest is 100% satisfied with their work and will stand behind there service. While I was waiting for my paint to cure before applying the clear coat (30) days my windshield took a direct hit by a large flying rock by a passing truck another claim and more time spent at the collision center which they took care of it for me as well. There were a couple of minor things needing adjustments and they redone the work for me with no problem and provided me with a super nice loaner until the work was completed, no questions asked.. So in the end they stood by their slogan until I was 100% satisfied. If you are thinking where to take your vehicle, I recommend you take it to Ryan collision, you be glad you did.

They were very professional, and freindly. And did an amazing job matching my paint, which is a tough one to match. I found one imperfection when the job was done, which they quickly addressed. Couldn't expect any better service.

I was rear ended. I immediately went to their business. Got a date for repair. When I went to get my car , it was immaculate , inside and out. They did a fantastic job.
