I Have used the service department for 3 years and the attention to detail is poor. I ve had fuel filters changed 3 times here and each time the truck smelled so bad I couldn t leave it in the garage. I drove back to the dealer to have the spilled fuel cleaned around the filter areas. I talked to the service advisor this morning and said I would not be coming back. His response thank you for being a customer. Time to move on.

Sold me a 2 year old ram 3500 with 30,000 miles on it. I had the extra warranty wich is a scam it covered nothing. Pickup would shut off driving down the road, trans went out, radiator went out, starter went out, had to do ball joints twice in 2 years. Tail light bulbs burnt out monthly. There wasnt a person in that place qualified to work on it and there was nobody willing to try make it right with me. Needless to say i ordered a brand new chev after. And not from them. The place is a joke and will gladly rob you blind

I went in for an oil change, tire rotation and to have a noise investigated under my hood.The attendants and personnel were all very friendly, but I was disappointed with the customer service and attention to detail overall.I had to request that they change the oil to synthetic after they had already done the oil change (you guys did it the first time so I assumed they would check records).I also had to request the complimentary car wash after I was told my vehicle was ready to go.I initiated a tire rotation after I realized the mileage I had put on the vehicle. Again, that is something I would have thought perhaps the attendant would have suggested out of courtesy.Then I discovered that two of my caps were missing on the tire plugs when I got home.There was no extra attempt to really diagnose or further discuss the issue I was having under the hood. I understand that is hard to do when they were not able to hear the noise... but I got the impression that they were not interested in helping me with that anyway... I sort of felt like an inconvenience to be honest.Was never told that they even looked under the hood!We purchased this vehicle from Ryan Auto just six months ago, and it's a fairly new car so I was expecting a little better service.It's just hard to go back to a place when even the little things don't seem to matter. I'm not sure I can trust you with the bigger things at this point. Not sure I'll be back for service.

Very friendly and helpful staff all around. Shane in service took the time to find me a great deal on snow tires. I feel safer now and appreciate how much he cared about me being safe on the roads as well. I will never go anywhere else for service. Highly recommend!Service: TiresService: Tires

The guys are GREAT! I have a grand old time joking with all the members in the service dept. I actually hate to leave when my truck is done. The sales dept. people are just as friendly as can be also! Thank you ALL for the WONDERFUL care of my vehicle and I love the way I can just drive right into the garage in the service dept. and their right there to handle any problems or concerns I may be having with my vehicle. I would recommend Ryan auto mall service center to others. I called and worked with Jamie in the service dept, he was very quick to look up parts to being ordered and have the repair done asap. I dropped off my car he was friendly and made sure my car was done in a timely fashion. I just wanna say thank you to Jamie and the service dept team.

Free loaner and good service. Repairs done when told. Only thing that could have been improved was getting my insurance company it faster to get my repair done within the three day free loaner period. I feel like I lost a day since Progressive was not out earlier.

Very disappointed with our first service visit here. Jaime, the service writer, was rude and disrespectful both on the phone and in person. Questioned my wife s intelligence and made off hand comments. Will never go back here for service. What a disgrace.Melissa took care of us here at Ryan in Buffalo. We ended up buying a 2017 Dodge Grand Caravan. It was at a great price, good condition and a perfect fit for our growing family of 6. We loved all the storage room in the van and how Melissa was patient with us as we looked st more van than I could keep track of. We did get the Chrysler extended warranty in case anything goes haywire but are very happy overall with our purchase.

I get my truck serviced here quarterly. Ask for the best guys you they'll truly take care of you. Eric, Nick and Shane. All 3 guys are genuine guys and so their jobs well. 1 guy there in particular is very cocky but no need to point out one of the Ryan family members. I will say I have had accidents here while my truck was being services but the guys were quick to correct the accident that had been caused by one of their own service technicians. That says family with out a doubt and they treat you like family. Can't wait to buy my next Ram here.

Had 100K check-up and fluids done on my Chrysler. Friendly appointment making staff, welcoming staff, and cashier. At drop off they told me they would put a "promise time" of 4:00 PM so I had time to get my kids from daycare at 4:30. I arrived without them calling me at 4:00 PM and they said the car wasn't done. I reminded them of their "promise time" and he just replied that our "promise time" is an estimate of when they think they can get your car done... So don't rely on their "promise time". Once I stressed I needed to get my kids, they got me my car by 4:45. Maintenance and car were great and run well with no aftermath issues. I will probably use them again for things I can't do myself, but I just wanted to warn people about theirpromise time".

From start to finish the Ryan service department was great. We had an out of warranty issue that was resolved in a fair and expert manner and it means a lot to have a company work to keep a customer happy !Much Appreciated, Sally and Rick

We had a great experience buying here, Todd was easy to work with and went out of his way to help us out. Service was another story. They are the stereotypical dealership service department, always trying to upsell you on the thing that is dangerously wrong with your car and going to cost you an extra thousand dollars over the thing you brought it in for. If you buy here do yourself a favor and find a good repair shop you can trust.

The service was quick and polite. However, I thought that tire pressure checks were standard with oil changes. The tires were not checked for pressure and the next day, the light came on and I had to go and put air in all of them as pressure was at 28 psi. Maybe I m out of line, but this should have been checked the day before when I had the oil changed for $84.95.

Huge selection of vehicles new and used. I bought my Chev here and I was very satisfied with sales and service. When your vehicle goes in for oil changes, they wash it too. That's a nice perk.

I spent almost 5 hours trying to buy a car. They were short in the financing department. I stayed until 7:30pm. Tanner, the salesman stayed the whole time. His shift was done at 6pm. Nice people, nice environment. If you need a vehicle give Tanner a call.

The worst service department around my daughter had a new motor put in her Dodge pick up by the 1st oil change The rear main started to leak They fixed it but billed her $500 for some of the labor and parts . Mat was no help or care

They're not always most truthful they tried to fix the tire on my father-in-law's truck didn't even take it off and told my mother-in-law that they needed a new tire because it couldn't seal on the rim. I took it to my guy and Howard Lake and all he did was put a new valve stem in it sealed it up works just fine

Ryan Auto Mall does a great job taking care of my car. There is no other place I would go. Shane always is so helpful and knows what he is doing. I can t say enough good things about them.

Have bought 5 cars here over the last few years and Todd has come through everytime. Had recent service here and was happy and actually surprised at how reasonable the bill was. Will go there for next truck too.

Great service,dropped off car. Got ride home, they called to say they had all the parts, called when it was done, They came and picked me up and they greeted me, and I only had to pay my deductible

My new RAM had some surface scratches in the paint. The Buffalo Ryan Chrysler dealer didn't even hesitate about having the collision center buff them out free of charge. Brought my Jeep in for heater diagnosis. They called about 3 hours later and told me that it was ready. When I picked it up it was diagnosed and fixed for the same charge. I was very happy and impressed.

I inquired about a truck on cargurus. Com promptly the next morning on Saturday was contacted at 8 a.m by Steve Edmondson. I explained that this was the exact truck that I have been looking for. I also explained my budget . But we are $2, 000 off on the price. I asked if there was anything we could do. At this point his demeanor changed said he could knock $100 off of a $39, 799 vehicle but that is the best he could do. and at this point in the conversation he advised me I will never find a truck like that in my price range. Was really rude and short. He was on speaker phone and my wife hear the conversation. She was in car sales for 12 years and was astonished. She said it's a big place just drive down there and talk to someone that wants to sell a car. So I picked up an employee and we took the hour and a half drive to go look at the truck. I went and looked at the truck and was greeted by Steve Edmondson. I greeted him with a handshake and explain who I was and that I spoke to him just this morning. At this point his demeanor changed again. He said I told you I can only knock off 100 to 200 dollars. And again came at me with some rude remarks and blew me off walked away. never was I asked what kind of vehicle was I looking for maybe he could find something in my price range or maybe he had something different that would work for me. So I got back in the car and left at this point my employee looked at me and said wow that guy was completely rude and did not want nothing to do with you. Maybe he was having a bad day, I'm sure other people have had good experiences but I've been looking for a truck for two months and this has to be the rudest experience I have ever gone through. I myself a business owner would not allow my employees to treat people that way!3 days later I was given this response below I called the number and I explained about the reveiw I wrote and the reply I got from Ryan auto mall saying to call this number so they can make it right she transferred me to a answering machine where I left a message and never got a call back.. which I don't understand why they can't call me in the first place they have my phone number and email.
