We purchased a new car from Ryan auto and upon arriving we were notified for the first time that the car had a Pulse break light option included. It was a $400 adder that was not disclosed. With us driving from over an hour away, we ended up accepting the charge but it did come at a cost as we'll not buy another car from them. Its unfortunate because all other aspects of the sale were good. I don't know why so many dealerships engage in these kinds of sales techniques but I would argue that they lose far more then they gain.

Scott, Jeff and the rest of the staff we encountered were wonderful to work with. Made arrangements to come in for a test drive. Since we live an hour away brought the title for vehicle we'd trade "just in case". Loved the vehicle, and made the deal with no pressure. Scott and staff arranged everything so we were able to wrap it up that day, and in less than three hours were driving the new (to me) vehicle home.

I took my 2023 C8 Corvette in to Ryans Chevy & Cadillac in Buffalo, MN. They changed the oil however forgot to check the oil level while the car was running and up to operating temperature resulting in being low about 1/2 Quart of oil.Had to take it back the next day.They were very pleasant.

We had seen a vehicle we wanted to try shown on their website, the vehicle was sold when we got there but Chad thought they had one coming in, he checked and it had just been dropped off. We were able to look at the interior and made an appointment to come back the next day and take it for a ride, it was Chad's day off but he came in for us, we loved the vehicle so we purchased it, Chad was very knowledgeable about the vehicle, he explained things very well. The process of them looking at our vehicle giving us a trade in value went very smooth, the whole process was very smooth and not a high pressure sales. Purchasing vehicles in the past have not always been pleasant but this was a very pleasant experience and I would recommend Chad Robertson if you are looking for a great salesman.

I had a tire fail on me, 3 days prior to heading out of town on a trip. The Service team was able to help me find a replacement and make sure we were 100% for our vacation. Can't recommend them enough. Well Done, Ryan team.

I went in to pick up my Chevy Silverado which had been in the shop for service. Spoke to my favorite service manager Tom, told him I was looking to buy a new truck, and asked who I should speak to. He immediately told me to go talk to Scott (Goodmanson). Scott took me under his proverbial salesman "wing", went over my options, showed me the trucks on his computer, discussed pricing, and then showed me the truck I liked. Very impressed with not only his knowledge and expertise, but all his support staff (Lisa, Jeff, etc.) They truly take a "no I in TEAM" approach to sales. Long story short, I now own a new 2023 Silverado. Wouldn't buy a truck anywhere else buy Ryan Chevrolet.

My wife and I were very interested in a car from this dealership. We contacted the dealership and Scott texted me back. I asked if they could come down in price at all and I was told no as it was the best price around and there was alot if interest in it. I was told if the price dropped at all that I would get a call back. Exactly one business day later, the price dropped by $500 and the vehicle sold that same day. Never got a message informing me of the price drop. This is poor business practice to treat customers like this. You shouldn't tell somebody the price is firm and then lower the price one day later. I will be taking my business elsewhere and encourage others to avoid this dealership as they clearly don't care about their customers.

Check engine light popped up on our Traverse so I brought it in to Ryan. They ran a test right away and told me what was wrong free of charge. They didn't have the part in stock (it wasn't an emergency) but they got it the next day and we scheduled the appointment.We dropped the car off the night before the appointment, picked up their courtesy vehicle and was back on the road within 10 min. The part was covered under our warranty (no questions asked) and had us back on the road the next day.From start to finish the team at Ryan were fantastic and easy to work with.I won't bring our Traverse anywhere else to get serviced.

Bought a truck here had a couple problems a couple months later. It was not covered under the extended warranty but they changed out the parts on them I appreciate it would definitely come back to Ryan's.

I called the service department when my battery went dead and the call was answered on the 2nd ring...almost unheard of! We had a 1 minute discussion and at the end of it, I was in the schedule for the next day for a new battery install. Immediate response to my repair had me driving my car (with a new battery) within a few hours.

I had what I thought was a rear bearing going bad but the Service Dept diagnosed it as needing a rear end alignment and the noise I heard was that the tires had cupped. I had the alignment done and the tires rotated and everything is fine. Great job. Thank you.

Tom Sherwin, the Service Writer with whom we work, is wonderful. He is a car guy with great expertise and a truly winning personality. We've had Ryan help us with two different vehicles in the past couple weeks, both of which answered our needs, and did so with great turnaround time.Hard to recommend with sufficient enthusiasm.

As usual, Brad and Tom (service writers) took excellent care of me and the shop took good care of my truck.Once again service was timely and fair. Even though I'm retired now and not driving much, me and my 20 year old Avalanche still get treated like I did when I was working, putting 75,000 miles a year on my Ryan purchased Chevys.I never hesitate to recommend Ryan Auto Mall to anyone!

I reached out to Tanner Bonnema (sales), at Ryan Auto Mall in Buffalo, MN with all the features I was looking for in a new vehicle. Tanner, took note of everything I had asked for. Prior to going to the dealership to test drive, Tanner was off searching for the best vehicle for me and sent emails along the way. When I arrived at the dealership, Tanner had the two vehicles I chose (out of the ones he had sent me), washed and warmed up out front. Tanner was thorough when introducing the features of both vehicles and took the time to answer all of my questions without making me feel rushed. I even got to bring my best friend with for the test drive! I was happy and relieved that Tanner explained the entire process from beginning to end. Tanner has a contagious excitement about his knowledge of the vehicles at Ryan Auto Mall. This made the process of buying a new car fun - as it should be! While, I waited to finalize my purchase with finance (Jeff), Tanner took the time to check in with me and update me on the wait time and make sure I knew where the hot coffee was (it was a cold December day). For any Caribou coffee lovers - they use Caribou coffee grinds for their customer coffee!! I took out a personal loan through my bank for my new 2014 Buick Encore, so the only work I had to do was with my bank - otherwise Tanner and all the great staff at Ryan Auto Mall did everything else. I would highly recommend buying a car from Ryan Auto Mall and make sure you ask for Tanner Bonnema (sales) to help you find what you are looking for! Tanner, went above and beyond to ensure I got the best vehicle with all the features I requested AND below my budget! I couldn't have asked for a better experience or sales rep to work with. If you want to work with someone who actually cares about you, your safety, what you want and can afford then ask for Tanner! I can assure you, you will not be disappointed with your service! What are you waiting for?I would also like to recognize Jeff in finance - he was honest, thorough, and ensured I understood what I was reading, signing, and leaving with.Tim (boss man) was also pretty awesome! From the time we entered the door and met Scott to the moment we drove away with our new vehicle Scott was the consummate professional. He treated us well, no high pressure tactics and he did not oversell. He especially did an excellent job explaining a high tech car to my wife who is intimidated by technology. He also knew when to walk away and let us talk privately. No embarrassing moments. :-)We live in the Cities and the specific vehicle we were looking for was only available in Buffalo, MN. It was well worth the trip and we would do it again in a heartbeat. We are now Ryan customers for life. Thumbs up to the whole team.Lastly, Jeff did an excellent job explaining all of the various financing options and documents to my wife, the purchaser of the vehicle.

Just the other day, I went in for my regulatory scheduled oil change. The service crew not only forgot to put a new sticker in my window but also ruined my brand new front and back license plates. Not sure how that s even possible with an oil change but now I need to pay for new license plates .again. It was a very frustrating visit and I most certainly won t be going back. I would recommend going just about anywhere but here.
