Excellent service AS ALWAYS!!!Service prices are very reasonable, and better than any other certified dealership I have been to in the past! I received quotes from a few different places for new tires, and Ryan beat out all of them by quite a few hundred dollars. PLUS I have peace of mind because I know I am receiving excellent service, too!!They are #1 all around.Scott in the Parts Department helped me a month ago with finding the right accessories for my vehicle. He was so helpful and knowledgeable! He took extra time to be sure everything was done right and saw me through each step of the process. He was so easy to talk to and explained all of my options based on what I was looking for. You rock, Scott!Brad in service is exceptional!!! I always know I am in great hands with him and his team. I appreciate all he has done for me! Brad, you are the BEST!!Chad handled our vehicle sale last year and we love him! He took the time to show me how to use all of the features on our new vehicle. He knows his stuff.The entire staff here is really great. It's a friendly environment where everyone is happy to help. Glad we stumbled upon this gem of a business! You won't be disappointed :)

I can't speak for the sales department, but the service department is top-notch. Their quick lane services are fast and the employees have always seemed honest and helpful. I've had my vehicle in for scheduled service a few times and the service advisors and service manager have always been accommodating and helpful. I would highly recommend the service department should your vehicle require maintenance or repair.

Express lube staff are extremely rude and provide horribly slow service. On this particular visit I watched staff stand around and watch other techs work on one car while the other bay sat untouched - when my car is the 2nd in line outside I shouldn't have to wait almost 2 hours to leave for an oil change and tire rotation. I bought my vehicle at Ryan, I have had all service done at Ryan, but after the last 3-4 trips and dealing with this particular group of staff I will find a different dealer.

I had a noon appointment, verified by e-mail, for an oil change. I was told when I got there that Ryan did not take oil change appointments and would have to wait in line. I made an appointment over a week ago to avoid having to wait and had to wait anyway. I was very disappointed. They did get my vehicle done quickly and the service adviser did a good job. Also, I have two Toyota's and when I go to get my oil changed there I get an appointment. They also have cookie's, muffins, hot chocolate and water. Ryan had nothing but Coffee which I do not drink. I feel much more appreciated at the Toyota dealership and was very disappointed in my first service experience with Ryan!

Salesperson said this to me when explaining why he didn't have the car which he assured me was there when I called prior to making the 45 minute drive: "I lied". Okay. Real good. So we start with, "I lied". It really can't get better from here. And they wonder why used car salespeople get a bad reputation. Huh. I can't imagine...Day 2 update: they write to say please call us so we can make it right. Super. They would like me now to give them a credit card number to hold the car which we haven't seen so they don't sell it before we get back. Balls! You gotta hand it to a car salesman who will lie to you today then ask for your credit card tomorrow.But wait, there's more! This crack operation with apparently zero internal communication had customer service call me to say thanks for inquiring about the car, and ask if I'd like to come see it. I asked if I was being punked. Seriously, this poor girl had zero info on what had transpired in the last 24 hours, but when I explained it she was flabbergasted and embarrassed. This business is amazing.

I have taken my 2006 CTS to be serviced multiple times at Ryan Chevrolet Cadillac in Buffalo. I have found the entire team to be honest, helpful and very good at what they do. Tom went out of his way to make sure that I was satisfied with the service and work done on my vehicle. Thanks guys!

Called ahead of time to see a GMC Yukon XL and was told the car would be there to see. Drove 45 mins to Buffalo and then was told by the same salesman that the car was in the body shop and unavailable to see. His response was I lied . They had no resolution and I still haven t seen the vehicle.

John "Jake" Jacobson is an internet car selling wiz. My wife and I flew from Seattle to Minnesota to buy this Cadillac of my dreams. Jake priced the car low and added an extended warranty!! His father in law meet us at the airport( he was funny and kind) great experience for us all !! Daniel B.
