We took our 17yr old son to purchase a car from this dealer. It was a pleasant experience. I usually avoid smaller dealers but Rockstone is different. They have a very well kept dealership full of well kept vehicles. They seem to genuinely care about their customers. They are definitely creating repeat business. They do their research before buying their used vehicles to ensure you aren't getting a lemon. I will update review if anything changes but I don't believe I will have to.

I bought a car from Rockstone a year ago and it s a great car i love its been working great for me so far.. the owner and staff are very nice has alot of different selection and great prices .

If I could put 10 stars I would. Adam has made buying a car such a wonderful experience for my family and I. We fell in love with an Audi SQ5 and Adam was super patient, and helpful. No matter how many times I called he was so kind. Even after buying the car he was there to answer questions that we had about the car. The car is amazing, runs beautifully, we re obsessed with it! Amazing experience and I would highly recommend choosing Rockstone dealership and Adam!

The best used car lot I ve been to. The best part is no sales pressure. Adam is a great guy. He s easy to work with and fair. It was a pleasure dealing with him. I will definitely continue to do business with Rockstone Automotive.

I bought a 2015 Ford escape from rockstone automotive. Great vehicle and in good condition and great price. Adam was super friendly and did everything he could to make it a good experience. He is not a big dealership so he strives to make the customer happy and that they have a good car. 5 out of 5 stars

Rockstone Automotive in Buffalo MN should receive a 10-star rating from me for delivering exceptional customer service. Even though I was a little apprehensive about buying the car, the entire process went very smoothly. Adam was an incredibly thoughtful, knowledgeable, polite, and attentive professional. He had all the relevant information, including the Carfax report, ready for me and patiently answered all my questions although I had a lot of them. At no point did I feel that he was being pushy or transactional. I highly recommend their services!

It is without hesitation that I'm giving a 5-star rating to Rockstone Automotive. The experience my wife and I had while looking for an affordable and dependable vehicle for our daughters was much more enjoyable than we anticipated. Our sales rep, Adam, was not only personable and knowledgeable, but also was trustworthy. He had some great insight regarding safety features that became an important aspect in choosing the best vehicle. We appreciated the ease of the whole used car purchase and highly recommend Rockstone Automotive!

This was the best car buying experience I ve ever had. We were buying our daughters first car and Adam was so helpful and so patient and so knowledgeable. I really appreciate that he didn t pressure us at all but really wanted to make sure we got the right vehicle for them that was safe and affordable. Best experience bar none that I ve ever had buying a car! It was painless, no pressure, best choices, and best customer service! Not only did I buy our beautiful car also have a beautiful relationship. I trust him very much so he stood by his promises if you re in the market for buying a car new or you do not go to sleep on this guy this guy is awesome. I will come back for sure by more cars in the future from him I couldn t be any more please with the service rendered, the best professionalism I have ever experience, no pressure, no harassment or annoying phone calls if you step unsure and need time to think about it, easy sell! I will definitely come back and buy another car from him. The best salesman I ve ever met and all my years of buying cars which are many experiences. I m a very enthusiastic of coming back in the future.

We originally went to look at an Audi Q5. When we arrived, Adam immediately let us know another customer made mention it might have a miss fire. He then took us to see a couple other vehicles that might suite our interests.Looking through his lot, every vehicle was quite clean, and clearly picked carefully.We landed on a one owner jeep, with a few nice options, no leaks and running like a top.He had it very fairly priced and still entertained the typical rounds of bargaining. Super reasonable guy and the only used car dealer I've met who genuinely cars for his cars, his reputation, and his customers.The following day, Kristi answered the phone and I let her know we were ready to go through with finalizing the deal. Without being present for the previous conversations, she took me at my word and held the vehicle until I was able to arrive after work.We will be keeping their business in mind with all future purchases. It is a well deserved 5 stars from me!**yearly update**The jeep we ended up getting has served us well!! Absolutely love it

Hands down best car buying experience ever! Adam is amazing and highly recommend him and Rockstone Automotive. My daughter recently was t-boned and her car totaled. Needless to say trying to find a car quick these days has its challenges, but Adam did everything in his power to make it work and he did. I don't normally leave reviews, but I feel the need to tell people how great this dealership is! I needed a new car and the dealer, Adam was so easy to work with. There was zero pressure to purchase anything, which helped me relax and enjoy the process. He gave me all the information on 2 different cars I was interested in, the good AND the bad!! I was able to make a well informed decision and settle on one of the cars. I've been driving it for almost 6 months now and it's been the best car I've ever owned!One more thing I want to add, I have kids and my car gets messy on a regular basis. I try my best, but with winter it was just getting dirty. I remembered that Rockstone had a detailer so I called and asked if they could help me out. I spoke to the detailer, Kelci and she had me come in the very next day and when I picked my car up later that day, it was absolutely immaculate just like the day I bought it from them. They truly care about their customers and their business. Check them out!!!

I just purchased a 2012 Audi A6 from them and I must say they worked with me and got me the car after I got into a terrible accident with my other car. Insurance took a long time to get me the money and they understood and with my deposit were able to hold the car for me. Best experience I have ever had buying a car I laughed and it made the car buying experience a lot less stressful.

This is not your everyday used-car buying experience. Authenticity. Transparency. Integrity. From start to finish these values were reflected throughout our transaction at Rockstone Automotive. This family-owned business genuinely cares about their customers and the cars they sell to us. Rarely do I take time to write Google reviews but this encounter was so uncharacteristically positive that I absolutely had to shout it from the rooftops! They will not disappoint.

We bought a car from Johnny about a month or so ago and had a great experience! He was honest, straightforward, and helpful. And he always has snacks and juice stocked for kids tagging along. Every time I called, whoever answered was helpful, and we had good communication each time. He even offered to put the license plates on when I picked them up from him. Plus we love our car so far! Thanks for the good experience!

Wonderful people, wonderful experience. Honest sellers! The car was detailed immaculately and had been tuned up, they aren't flippers that bury mechanical problems. I took the car to my shop and my mechanic said everything was tip top and had clearly just been serviced, several brand new parts. Buy your car here and be happy!

My Son and I randomly stopped at Rockstone when we started looking on Saturday morning. It was our first stop. Adam immediately came out to greet us and gave us some info on the two vehicles we were interested in. No pressure sales. We drove the vehicles and my Son decided he was interested in one. Adam was open and honest. The transaction was fast and smooth. When I got home, I looked on their website and found the car. The pictures and description was exactly as listed. I would definitely buy from Rockstone again.

This weekend I experienced buying a car for the very first time, and I am so blessed that I chose to purchase from MK Auto Sales. My car is super clean, runs fantastic, I feel like I bought it 100% brand new! I absolutely love it. But above all, I love so very much how kind and generous the owners are. I was so nervous going into this of course, and they both have made it such an easy process for me. I have experienced great customer service, but what I experienced at MK Auto Sales is above and beyond!! Seriously! I couldn t express enough how grateful I am to have had the experience that I did(I have been talking about how so grateful I am to everyone!) I have been telling friends and family left and right to go to MK Auto Sales for their next vehicle.

Being an older car buyer (50+) who has bought many vehicles and prefers to do most of my car maintenance I had been searching several months for a solid used car. Bumped into MK's website upon noticing a couple of vehicles for sale that met my requirements. As part of the search I read through reviews of previous buyers. Actually pondered if some the reviews were fictitious because of the high ratings. Johnny (owner) is the real deal. He knows his vehicles and surprisingly pointed out both good points and issue points with each vehicle I viewed. Upon purchasing a vehicle from MK I mentioned I would wait a month or more before posting a review. Well 3+ months later I am still really happy with the car I bought and how the sales process went. Excellent job Johnny
