Had a few alarms and lights on my Tacoma, it was still driving but not running 'right'. Had them check it over, found the issue right away, and fixed it. It was bad gas! Had them perform a preventative maintenance while in the shop. Will return again if needed. Great job.

These guys are awesome. Unfortunately, I've had to bring my car in a few times over the years but they always have a great fix and at a fair price. What I like about them the most is that I know NOTHING about vehicle repairs and they talk to me like old pals so I know what it was or how to maintain. I have so many experiences with this shop (Jeff and Rich are great)and I have never been let down. It is hard finding honest, reliable, trust worthy and efficient mechanics. Once I left MN my son continued to bring his vehicles here. As a teen needing advice and help you have always welcomed him, Rich thank YOU. I appreciate your timely ways and very fair pricing. YOU cannot go wrong bringing your vehicles here to be serviced. Miss you guys!

They do great work and their name is exactly what they are: RELIABLE! Always great vehicle service as well as customer service. Friendly, helpful, and honest. They don't try to sell you on fixes you don't need. They will problem-solve with you and give you options. Their prices are competitive and quite reasonable, cheap even for the level of service and peace of mind they provide.I drive 40 minutes out of my way just to come to their shop, because they are the first mechanic shop I have trusted in years! My father is an auto mechanic so that should say a lot.As a side note, they also have the nicest waiting area of any shops I've ever been to.

New in town, was looking for a local repair shop I could have confidence in. I looked into several places, but decided to try Reliable. So glad I did. Needed a rear brake job, Jeff was very easy to work with, he treated my questions and concerns with respect. The price was reasonable and the job was completed quickly. I will definitely be returning the next time I need a repair.

I moved from Monticello to Buffalo at the beginning of 2021 and have used Reliable Auto Care for a couple things. Rich is a extremely nice, professional and honest! I trust that my vehicle is in good hands. I only have great things to say about this business and Rich!

Reliable repaired my Ford Escape at less than 1/2 the cost of a local dealer. They have always done quality work at a very fair rate. Rich was an awesome guy to work with and fixed my car in less time than was anticipated. Thanks for great all around service!Craig

We drove to MN from TX and our A/C was not working well. I called Reliable in hopes to get it fixed before we went back to TX and they fit us in to their busy schedule and got our A/C repaired quickly! I recently brought my girlfriends car here for a fuel line repair that I wasn t confident in fixing myself because it could have easily become a much bigger project if not handled correctly and this shop agreed that the repair could be $150 to over $700 the technician that worked on it was clearly patient and professional and avoided creating a much larger problem by completing the job and leaving me with a bill that was less than half of what I anticipated and they also accomplished it that day! I wish I knew the techs name but I thank him so much and will continue to bring my vehicles there any time!

Reliable Auto Care lives up to its name.I was there in an emergency, and they fixed my tire up perfectly to get me home to my daughters that same afternoon.Seriously, these people are the best & I'm so very thankful for their knowledge and diligence.

I've trusted Reliable Auto with my vehicles for going on two decades! I wouldn't go anywhere else. They're honest mechanics that'll let you know if your problem isn't necessary to address quite yet, or in extreme cases, if they feel your vehicle isn't even worth fixing. They serviced one of my vehicles from 30,000 miles, to 220,000+ miles! I highly recommend Jeff, Kris, and team!!

Hands down the best service I've ever had on my car. I won't trust my beloved Cobalt with anyone else. They're always busy and still manage to get my fixes done ASAP. I love these folks.

Had tires put on my car at the Maple Lake Reliable yesterday. They gave me a ride to work and picked me up when my car was finished. I was helped by Eric and Rich and Jeff at Buffalo. All were accommodating, trustworthy and professional! I highly recommend Reliable Auto Care!!

I came in with a flat and they got me in right away. Fixed the flat and they took a good look and found my tie rods were broke and a low beam was out. I'm bringing it back in next week to have them fix those too. These guys are great.

I've gone to Reliable Auto Care a couple times in the past two years. First time was to get the 02 sensor replaced on my Honda. I was totally satisfied with the service and price. The owner, his name was Jeff, diagnosed the problem and fixed it the same day. Price was reasonable, from what I've read on some auto forums. Second time I went, I suspected that one of the bearings went out in my alternator, and told them to check it out. Now on this occasion, I do not think Jeff was the one checking it out, but instead it was a younger guy. He called and told me that the alternator needed to be replaced. I didn't think that was necessary, so I took it to another mechanic in town and they confirmed that a bearing had gone bad.So overall, this place can be 'reliable' as the name claims, but make it depends on who's working on your car. I've had nothing but reliability from Jeff, though I can't speak for anyone else who works in that shop.

Don't have enough good things to say about these guys! Honest work at a great price! The guys are always super honest about what you need done vs what they can do to make the extra money. That's hard to find in a shop nowadays.

My oil dip stick broke off. I tried to pull it out by putting a screw into part still in dipstick holder. I had problems pulling the dipstick out. I took to Reliable Auto and mechanic got the broken off dipstick out and didn t charge me. I returned to get an oil change and they did it in a short amount of time.

Brought car in because of some clunking noises going on underneath the vehicle. Techs spent few minutes and said nothing was wrong but I wasn't convinced because I drive the car daily and know something wasnt right.Still, I ended up doing an oil change and having them replace a burnt out blinker bulb. I was shocked when they charged $30 in labor for this under 5 minute job of replacing a bulb. Wow.Brought my car to another shop and in a few minutes they were easily able to identify the problem underneath the vehicle as the stabilizer bar link was bad and replaced it at a fair cost.I will never bring my car back to Reliable Auto Care.

These guys are amazing. Have only lived out here for a little while but have an older truck that i didnt feel like messing with outside in the cold. The reviews dont lie. They dont do work that isnt needed and get to your vehicle as soon as they possibly can. A great trustworthy shop. Very nice people all around too.

I had a repair done in july on my 15 cruze, water outlet on the back of the block which is a known issue with GM, It started to leak because of a broken bolt. They repaired it for nothing on short notice. I'm a Happy customer that will return to a shop that stands behind their work. Jeff at Reliable does a great job. He explains what needs to be fixed, what could be fixed, and what might be coming up and let's you make the decision without any hassle. Tried some other places, but I completely trust them and they are the only place that I go to now.
