I wish I could give 10 stars! We had the BEST experience. After being treated poorly by another installation company, Radio-Active spent time with us to ensure we were on the same page to get the best sound in my Jeep. And they did just that! They exceeded our expectations!!! Highly recommend!

Wanted a new remote start in my truck. Got the viper 2 way remote for $510 installed. They did it in under 1hr. VARY HAPPY with service. Would suggest Radio-Active if you are looking for remote start install.

Highly recommend! I was told by both the dealer and another radio install shop that it was unlikely my radio would ever work and the cost would be over $1K. I brought my car here based on a referral and not only did they get me a new radio installed, it was far more affordable than the other quotes I received. They had it installed and I was on my way in under 45min! Awesome experience, great pricing and very knowledgeable.

I recently got a new car and due to the harsh Minnesota weather the idea of having automatic start installed in my new car was something that I really wanted. I went on the internet and started researching how much it would cost and how easy it would be to do. I found Radio Active right here in Buffalo and contacted them through their website. Within a few minutes of sending my message they got back to me and answered all of my questions. They're very professional and very friendly. I booked myappointment and arrived at the shop at my scheduled time and again was greeted with a high level of professionalism and great customer service. I was immediatelyoffered something to drink and shown toan area of the store where I could watch TV while I waited. The install of my automatic start went fast. My son has expressed interest in getting an upgraded deck for his new car and I will most definitely be recommending Radio Active for the installation of the new deck. Thank you for everything you have done.

I am sure it is my bad luck but I had them put a sub woofer in and I had to go back 3 times to get the ground wire connected correctly so it would work. The installer was very rude and short. Was not my fault he did not install so that it would not come loose. People in front seem to be nice and try, so I gave them another shot and had them install a remote start. It worked for 1 month and quit. I was told antennae was bad, and they never go bad. They got me another antennae in 5 days and just went and had it replaced. I was somewhat excited that they got it that fast. They had the installer come out and put it in. He did not say a word to me just took the keys and put it in. He just put his arm out with the keys as he walked by me and I just had to take them. He did not say a word or look at me, he just headed back to his stall like I was a huge bother. Someone should teach him about dealing with people, since both issues were not my fault. He has soured my two transactions with Radio-Active, too bad!.

Bought and had my remote starter installed here. Staff were very nice and knowledgeable. I was very happy with the information and how they went through everything at pickup. If I have any questions or problems that I can come back in anytime. I am excited for my new accessory for my jeep.

These guys are awesome! I was told by another well known electronics installer that it was going to be nearly impossible to install a stereo in my 2008 Mercedes. These guys did it in a few short hours and for way less than what the other installer was going to charge me. Definitely recommend Radio Active for your stereo installation needs.

So glad I found this shop. They are top notch. Couldn't be happier with the install in my 2018 Trax. Clean, hidden and better then I even imagined. They are definitely the place for all your electronic vehicle needs. Awesome customer service and people to deal with. Will definitely be my go to place for all my vehicles and hopefully my motorcycle as well. A+++++

First time I've been here. Called ahead for a warranty issue for my remote start. (They are an authorized Compustar dealer/installer). Made an appointment and they had me in and out of there in 10 minutes.Looked around at the selection of car stereo equipment while I waited. Both employees I encountered (sorry I forgot the names) were friendly and helpful.I encourage you to support good local businesses like this. I will be back for a purchase and installation of a small sub for my trunk in the future. Thanks!

Great locally owned business. I purchased a Compustar remote car starter online and soon found I was over my head for install. The guys offered a fair price to install it. They also informed me that I didn't have all of the necessary components. Which they had ready in stock at a good price.When I brought my car in since it was going to take about 2 hours. They shuttled me home and picked me up when it was finished. I won't hesitate to recommend them to my friends and family!

Called around to a few different shops for pricing on 1-way remote start, chose Radio-Active for price. Great service, didn't try to upsell me any other products. Dropped my car off over the weekend using the key drop, car was ready at the time I was told it would be. They walked me through how to use the remote start before I left. Everything has been working great!

The guys at Radio Active installed speakers in my truck and a new stereo in my Sons car. Both experiences were fantastic! The service is far superior to the big box store. Very professional installation, awesome service and just great people. I will be back! Highly recommend the guys at Radio Active!

Dont ever come here to get a intoxalock device installed. Went to get it taken out and the other shop said it was the worst installation theyve ever seen. Had about 20 lockouts in a year which none of them were my fault. They are super nice guys but they suck at installing intoxalock devices

Had no idea this place was here in Buffalo. Did a search for an Auto-starter near me. Radio Active pops up. Awesome people run this place. Very helpful, very polite, took the time to show me all their products. Brought me back to see my car being worked on. Starter works outstandingly from long way away in my office to the lot. Over 1000ft for sure. Will definetly go back for a Bluetooth stereo system in my other vehicle...Update:12/1/20First car starter works so well ans my wife loves it. Had to go back and get a two way starter for myself in my F-150. Works fantastic. I highly recommend this place!!!

Made an appointment to get my subwoofer and amp installed and I couldn't be happier with it. Good prices, good people, and good atmosphere. I will definitely be coming back and getting an automatic start installed.

Doug and Andrew at Radio Active in Buffalo, MN did a great job on my remote start install. This is the second time I have used then this year! I had also purchased a sound system for my Jeep this summer. Both times their prices were comparable with bigger stores and on line options. I highly recommend them and will gladly use them in the future as well.

(Please use caution when reading the 5-star ratings. The owner(s) are writing their own positive reviews. This is UNETHICAL business practice.) I am disappointed I cannot recommend Radio-Active of Buffalo. I drove from the Twin Cities to this shop upon the recommendation from a trusted mechanic. I needed my radio repaired. Unfortunately, this shop was not equipped to repair the radio at the time but I could understand, as there seemed to be a possible shortage of skill. When my car was returned to me, I had noted some side swipe-like scratches or scrape on the rear passenger door. I did not see this damage before coming to this shop so I thought to ask them if they knew of any incidents.To my dismay, the owner came out screaming at me, accusing me of some type of fraud and ranting about his life insurance policy. I was appalled and I did not feel safe as he appeared dangerous and threatening. If they had not damaged the car, a cordial exchange would have been appropriate.Customers should always have their cars returned in the condition it came in. I sincerely apologize IF I accused them of doing something they did not. I am suspicious. However, based on how violently the owner behaved and the general lack of competence displayed by this shop, I cannot ethically recommend Radio-Active to any prospective car audio enthusiast. I do not trust RadioActive of Buffalo and suggest others to stay far away.

Brought my boat in to get a couple of speakers and a receiver installed. The guys had it done in a matter of hours. Very skilled and knowledgeable. Excellent customer service here. I ll be bringing them all my future audio work. Very impressed.

Best place in the area for car audio! Any questions you may have will not go unanswered. Always do top quality work but at a very reasonable price. I recommend this place to anyone and everyone that asks me about car audio. I actually can't wait to hear about their experience after they've gone here. You WILL leave with a stupidly big smile on your face.
