You have to make an appointment, it isn't like a typical "Quicklane". They squeezed us in which was nice, but we spent alot of time there.

I just got help from Chase Olson (The Quik Lane Manager) and the guys at Quik Lane were very helpful, welcoming, and professional. I had a dead battery coming back from my chiropractic appointment and was concerned about getting home alright. Without an appointment, Chase had me in and out within 30 minutes. I cannot be grateful enough, the service there was phenomenal. Will recommend to anyone looking for professional and kind service! Thank you!Service: Battery

Excellent service and attention to the customer. They explained the extra service that was recommended but I never felt pressured to have it done. When it was completed they explained everything that was on the stat sheet.

I brought my truck in for tire rotation and an oil change the day before a road trip. Apparently the oil filter was not tightened correctly because the next day I noticed a major oil leak right before leaving for a four hour trip with a trailer. I bought it back in and they replaced the oil filter and put in three quarts of oil. No apologies. No refund.Also, the oil change indicator was not reset and for some reason they adjusted the tire pressure from the recommend 41 lbs that the tires were at to 32 lbs even though the paperwork they gave me stated the tires were inflated to 41 lbs. Halfway to my destination I started getting under inflation alarms and had to stop and put all four tires back to 41 lbs.I'll go next door to Valvoline next time.

After an emergency popped up and I needed to quickly get another car, sales consultant Mariah Bjorlin did everything in her power to help me find a vehicle I liked, and she was very patient, respectful, funny and professional.Within a day, I had arrangements made to buy a truck, and I have Mariah to thank for that. Very highly recommend her to anyone who's looking for a vehicle.

Horrible customer service, do you need a quick oil change? You better take a half day from work because its going to take 2 hours to get to it. That is if they dont just tell you to come back tomorrow. This has happened to me way to many times now. And their people at their desks are rude and act like it is your fault that you have things to do and places to be and cant sit in their chairs for 2 hours. And if you ask if you can go and get stuff dont until they can get yo your car they tell you no, they dont take appointments.

Unprofessional organization.Made an appointment a day ahead to change air filter and oil in my car. They asked for Vin number in advance to be sure they had parts. When I got there they did not have air filter and then later discovered they did not have tools needed for oil change.

Hard to get into Quick Lane at times. Open until 6 but if you are not there before 5 you will not get in. I recommend you call ahead to make sure you can get in before you drive over.
