I received the best customer service at this O Reilly Auto Parts store in Buffalo. All thanks to Cammey. I had the worse experience a week earlier at the Princeton location and almost gave up on O Reilly. I called ahead and Cammey answered letting me know she could have my two cans of auto paint requested mixed in 30-minutes. When I got to the store she greeted me with a smile and already knew I was the person who ordered the paint. After I arrived I had another request for a third color and she went to look it up. When she returned in less than five minutes she had it all mixed and done. If you need any paint mixed this is the store for you.

Ordered a Chilton manual for my 2013 dodge charger. Double checked to make sure everything was correct. Sweet, it is. Few days later I get it and it's already been opened. And here's the kicker, was for a 2010. They had video footage of lady even fixing the bag because it was sliding out. She tried saying I opened it and it was the correct one...in the end I got most of my money back and returned it. Never coming back. Dumbest experience I've ever had.

Highly recommend this store. We got stranded in Maple Lake with a dead battery and everyone was so helpful. A special thank you to Tammy for going above and beyond to help us find someone with tools to install the battery. We were back on the road within an hour thanks to Tammy!

My fiance used to work here and he swears they are the best parts store out there. Decent prices, knowledgeable, and willing to help to figure out what you need to get your car back in the road and if you have an account with them you get some damn good discounts.

The staff at this location is absolutely amazing and always willing to answer any questions and help find the right parts. Their next day pickup/delivery service is awesome aswell. One of the ladies even let me go in back with her to try to search their inventory for a part they said they had. Awesome store. Definitely recommend.

This auto part store is amazing! Chris, A guy that works there, is one of the nicest people I have ever met. Very very helpful and goes above and beyond to help you with whatever you need. I brought my car in there because I wasn't able to use my window washers in my car and he actually repaired it in the parking lot for me! How many people do that for you these days! That is not the only time somebody from this store has helped me or people I know like this. I highly highly recommend this auto parts store over any other. They always go above and beyond, their prices are very reasonable and the people there are knowledgeable and helpful! Thank you again Chris!!!!

If your lucky enough to get Cammie to help you ,your in the best hands imaginable . Don't let her good looks fool you .this woman knows more about cars and parts then I do as a full time mechanic . She loves a challenge and never fails to find parts I need .from my 56 sedan delivery to my 2010 ram if I need a hard to find part ,she will find it . The only way she could ever get better is if she worked for me . The only problem I have found is understaffed in weekends . Great prices and hard to find parts a plus .

Very helpful staff! Didn't have what I was looking for but counter attended made a great effort to search around...Yet I assisted a young lady in the parking lot with changing her headlight. I struggled for a few minutes and mentioned that O'REILLY is known to assist customers with simple things..she responded that she had asked the gentleman at the counter and he didn't offer to help..

Upon entry I was completely ignored. The employees were conversing with one another and no one greeted me nor asked if I was looking for anything specific or if I needed any help. Everything is overpriced. I went in last week in search of led lights. They had two low beam lights for $100 I looked up the same lights on Amazon and I was able to purchase a high and low beam set for $70 delivered the same day. I went in today in search of some febreeze car freshener. They hay two for $9 I looked up the same two at Walmart and was able to get 4 for $10. It s terrible how bad the service is and we have enough to worry about let alone being overcharged. It s just sad how greedy people have become

When you think auto part store, think of these guys and gal. They are the best. Been going to O'Reilly auto parts for years in Buffalo. They will go the extra mile and that's what sets them apart. They installed my battery and wipers. Among many other previous things they've helped with. Thanks everyone. You deserve the recognition.

The staff here are super helpful and they keep a decent stock of parts. They also have a lot of other stores nearby that they can get most things in short order. Online orders are easy and their website is accurate. Good store.

I worked for a different location a few years back and must say this, still to this day oreillys is the only auto parts store ill go to for my parts, but this location has truly disappointed me to my core, the ineptitude behind the counter for a simple routine return for a part I no longer needed turned into a fiasco and AND I ended up doing his job for him because he flat out told me he couldn't find the record of my purchase and couldn't take it back, so I took it upon myself to call the location where I used to work and spoke with the store manager there and had him look in the system for my purchase record, which was definitely no mindless task but you have to actually TRY and find the answer not pretend too and expect the answer to jump up and slap you in the face, IT WON'T!!!! so needless to say we were able to find my record of purchase and then I presented it to the ineptness behind the counter, only then did his light bulb get brighter. and at what cost? I was there for nearly an hour and a half to return a $200 part I call bulls*@t personally but I no longer work there and I would love to see him fired and replaced with a knowledgeable and willing to learn young student or mechanically inclined individual. but thats just my 2cents.

I called ahead of time to verify they had a tool set for my brake caliper system. When I arrived they said they didn t have it and the gentleman said sorry I was too busy with other things to check earlier. So unprofessional i drove over an hour for the tool set.

Each and every time I go to O'Reilly's in Buffalo,MN the staff goes above and beyond to be of help. Not just to me but to every customer that enters through their doors. They have come out to make sure I am getting the right product for my vehicle. They never make you feel "dumb" if you don't know. They really go above and beyond and I would recommend them to everyone. Customer service is the best in town and the prices are great also

All of the employees here are extremely helpful and knowledgeable !! especially Cody and Brandon! They all have always been awesome to work with for ideas and a breath of fresh air over the years when my cars are constantly are breaking down. HIGHLY recommend to anyone searching for such needs!!! This amazing man at the Buffalo location made my day! I was in tears as no one would assist closer to the cities as it was a "hard" install for a battery. I kid you not this wonderful person changed it in no more than 5 minutes. I even called the O'Reilly's in Plymouth and they said no. I can never fully repay this gentleman for his amazing customer service. I truly appreciate you and thank you sir for being so kind! I wish I would have remembered your name but I was in a flustered state.

Always willing to help out with any problems. My truck broke down in the parking lot one day and wouldn't start, and they let me stay after hours to get it running. Great people, great service!

Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. Also, every other auto parts place in town closes early due to staffing or some garbage. Not these folks. It's always been open as advertised!

Went to try and get a airfilter, got the brand I wanted and ordered it and picked it up but it was wrong, went back exchanged it for the one they said would fit but didn't, so went back again to try and get the right one but all the ones on there system were wrong for my car so I just returned it, Tom I believe his name was is a terrible manager and is awful with customer server, I was waiting 10-15 min waiting for him to come approve the return while he was sitting in the back, and when he finally did come approve he was very rude and awful customer service, raised his voice at me because I didn't understand what he meant with the return and didn't try to find something that worked, there system is wrong for my car all the parts listed for my car won't work even though all the parts in my car are the ones when the car was made with, I like o'Reilly's but buffalo has the absolute worst service I have encountered with o'Reilly's, not the first problem I've had with tom I came in a few months ago for spark plugs, the ones in your system were wrong again, and he assured me they were right go and try putting them in and almost fell in if they were a little smaller, ended up just going to Monticello and returning they were actually knowledgeable and gave me the correct ones

Usually like this place but my purchase of glass sealant caulk was money down a rat hole. Substance was rock hard and soft stuff started coming out bottom of tube. Had to make use of what came out. Should have tried to return it but had already tossed receipt (bad move on my part).

Brought my key fob in for a new battery. Had know clue how to take it apart.. thankfully they did it for me. I will definitely be coming back for the next time.

Consistently friendly and helpful service. Last week I inquired about a specific paint color that I had difficulty finding in stock at the local auto parts stores. O'Reilly's also didn't have the paint in stock, but unlike the others, the O'Reilly man (wish I took his name) went above and beyond. He said he could create the paint on-site if I had the paint code. Unfortunately, the car was not there so I couldn't get access to the code. The O'Reilly man didn't stop there. He took the VIN number, made a phone call and was able to get the paint code. After a few minutes, I walked out with the paint. Thank you, O'Reilly man!!
