Went to the one in buffalo to get spark plug 2 times in one day, first time the guy was being very rude and short, he gave me the wrong spark plugs for my car they were the wrong size because that's what your computer says should go into my car, I went back to exchange them same day and they didn't have the size I needed in stock so I returned them, it was the same guy that sold me them the first time he changed his attitude slightly from when I was in there previously thats why it's 2 star instead of 1. Not the first time I've had bad experiences with napa

Best place in town. They are always willing to help and very knowledgeable. Always has parts in stock or willing to get them the same day. Thanks for always helping

I have been a satisfied customer for years. Dave, Adam and the crew always take care of me. Cottens NAPA in Buffalo is my most favorite auto part store.

Cottens has very helpful people and It's funny how the people working any parts stores really don't have the knowledge base as the past.Look up parts just fine but don't ask them questions

If you have you hours listed as open till 7 on Sunday here online and on the door. Be open. If not change the times.

Went to the Buffalo location to purchase a spark plug. The individual working, Adam - the one with the gray and white beard - was immediately rude, short, and seemingly unwilling to help. Once he found the spark plug we were looking for, he threw it towards us on the counter while huffing at us. Truly embarrassing customer service.

Napa is always my goto place for auto parts. All the other "big name stores" parts quality is not good unless you want wiper fluid and air fresheners. EVERYTHING else go to Napa

My wife went in to get a new battery for her SUV. Not only did they provide great service to test the battery & pick the new one, they installed it when her truck wouldn't start to leave their store at no extra charge.

Auto parts, engine oil, wiper blades, washer fluid. Everything needed for all vehicles. Wonderful staff that are very helpful.
