Update 2/28/24: I called the dealership at the number below and they have yet to return my call. Apparently, the service department only offers lip service as well.I sought out Morrie's because of the positive feedback given from female friends and family who are long-time loyal customers. I would never suggest this dealer to anyone I knew or personally liked. Reflecting on my buying experience with Jeremy Kent; I felt like he was distracted, high-pressure and was not clear about the terms of the contract, financing, or trade-in. The critical issue I have with the sale is the condition of the vehicle and the response to my concerns.I took my new car into my personal mechanic for an assessment two days after I bought it. They diagnosed class three passenger-side valve cover gasket leak. I returned home and emailed Jeremy immediately. The ultimate response was that, two days after the sale, Buffalo Ford wouldn't stand by their product. They suggested as a team, including the General Manager, Brett Kramer, that I use my two-day-old vehicle warranty to have the problem fixed myself (but at their service center, of course). The whole experience feels like fraud. Due to the quality of the overall assessment of used inventory and the perceived dependability of the vehicle service department, it is highly unlikely that I will be a return customer. Additionally, I have a difficult time putting trust in Morrie's service department to further service my car under warranty. I am skeptical of the quality of the work that will be performed in the future when the preliminary review of this vehicle has either missed or dismissed something so fundamental to the quality operation of any vehicle.

Mariah was great to work with we had a very good buying experience. She went out of her way on her day off to help us. We couldn't have asked for a better experience on the purchase of our 2 vehicles.Highly recommend!!We love our Tremor F350 and Escape!

Silks the truck I wanted out from under me,Curran is horrible sales, I'll go to luther for now on!Update, I just bought a beautiful 2017 F150 lariat from Miller Chevrolet, cost me 30k but they took my BMW trade in, Curran didn't ask me my price range, or if he could look for another truck, poor sales here like I said, one star

We recently purchased a new to us Lincoln Nautilus and had a very pleasant experience. Our sales team was flexible and not pushy at all about our choices. Quite on the contrary, funny and personable to be quiet honest. We have recommended this dealer to our friends and family. I have purchased all of my vehicles from Morrie s Ford dealers both at the Minnetonka and Buffalo location s. I ve never been disappointed in their ability to deliver great customer service at a reasonable price point.

Excellent service! My salesmen Mike gave me undivided attention. The manager Brett was very helpful and respectful and finally the finance guy Wade was easy going and actually made the process fun. Thanks Buffalo Ford I look forward to future business.

Had a wonderful experience with Buffalo Ford. Service writer Sheila made sure that all issues on our truck were taken care of. Great communication during the whole process. We feel like our truck was treated as if it was their own vehicles. The technicians we heard from (Mike and Jay) were informative and thorough with what needed to be done to our truck. The only thing missing was we never got to see their superhero capes. :) Great job Morrie s Buffalo Ford. Would recommend to anyone.

Exceptional Customer Service Experience!I recently had the pleasure of experiencing outstanding customer service from Morrie's Buffalo Ford. Used Car Manager Jeff Kamin and his two-person delivery team, Jim King & Ed Glover created an exceptional car-buying journey for me.Manager Jeff Kamin went above and beyond to understand my needs and took the time to patiently answer all my questions, providing detailed information about the car features through multiple videos. His professionalism made the entire process smooth and stress-free.What truly stood out, however, was the after-sales service. Due to some personal circumstances, I wasn't able to go to Buffalo to purchase the car in person. Jeff and his delivery team demonstrated an unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction. Any concerns or issues I had after they delivered the car were addressed promptly and efficiently. They were even willing to bring my car back to the dealership and asked the mechanics to double-check it to ensure that my vehicle was in top-notch condition. Moreover, the entire staff, from Manager Jeff to the delivery team, demonstrated a customer-centric approach. Despite the extremely cold weather, 20 degrees below, Jim King & Ed Glover were willing to let me and my friend test drive the car and checked out all the features before signing the paperwork. Their friendliness created a welcoming atmosphere that made me feel valued as a customer. In conclusion, I can confidently say that I have no second thoughts about recommending Morrie's Buffalo Ford to my friends and family. If you're looking for a car-buying experience that goes beyond your expectations, I highly recommend Jeff Kamin for used cars. He and his delivery team truly made my first-time car purchasing journey enjoyable and stress-free!

Had check engine light come on so beings we are 500 miles from home we wanted it checked. Service manager didn t bother to do any checking, just said because the light wasn t blinking we could continue to drive it & have it checked when we get back home. We drove about another 100 miles in the area before leaving for home. 60 miles down the road toward home we had dash lights flashing red indicating a big problem. Thankfully Ford dealer in St Cloud took things seriously. Would not recommend Morris Ford when service is needed.

We had a very unfortunate experience with the sales person Glen Koppin who had assured us before purchasing a 2016 BMW 750i from Buffalo Ford dealership. Glen had said a inspection was done on the car which turned out to be false information and they only did a basic oil change! We asked for a premium warranty when we purchased the car only to find out the car had a few serious issues before we bought the car. Bottom line is we have to pay a extra 844 dollars to be able to drive a car we already put a down payment with a service agreement. Glen said he spoke to his general manager and they would not pay for any extras concerning a car purchase from Buffalo Ford...I do not recommend buying or purchasing anything from this dealership to anyone that doesn't want to be Scamed!

I drove 2+ hours to get to Morrie s in Buffalo and it was well worth the drive. J.R. Helped me out and let me test drive my car twice and helped me with all my questions. He s the realest and most personable salesman I have ever met. Loved the car enough that I went home with it that night. Finance guy Rob was super funny and also very personable. He helped with any questions I had and even explained things twice when I called my husband for assistance in deciding. The Lincoln Corsair we got was also loaded and such a good price for the condition and miles it had on it. Will be back for the next car, hopefully not too soon!

Dealt with Curran at Morrie s. Seemed like a real nice guy! Asked him to send me a walk around video and pictures of any scratches and dings on a 2019 Ford F350 Platinum (grey) that they had on the lot, as I was going to be driving 7 hours one way to look at it. Sends me a few pictures of the scratches that I assume was it, never mentions anything more in the walk around video. He was gone the day I Make the drive out, I deal with Zach, turns out the drivers side front door was entirely scratched up from what looked like a Dog jumping up on it. Crawled underneath and oil was accumulating on a brake hose and even dripped! Asked to pop the hood open and instant wave of antifreeze smell hits me. Dog fur all over inside the cab, tears in the back leather seats also. ALL THINGS THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN DISCLOSED TO ME BEFORE I MADE THE TRIP.Thank you for the wasted trip and wasted time.

Scheduled an oil change and was able to get in right away. Service writers were nice. Happy with the oil change. The service technician did not take off their oily gloves when going into the car and driving it around and also while taking the glove compartment apart to check on the cabin air filter. I wiped down the steering wheel and the door handles with a baby wipe and it was oily. Wish they would be more respectful of people's property.

This dealership is a complete scam and waste of time. For two weeks they dragged on a sale that they never intended as soon as they found out I have my own financing. Rob in finance is a joke. He won t return your calls if you don t use his preferred lender. When Rob found out he wasn t making a commission off the financing, he had a random salesman named Aaron call me and say I m a fraud and to go away. WOW. The General Manager Mark will assure you everything is ok and apologize, only to sell the vehicle after you get approved through their verification department and tell you the contract is on its way . Buyer Beware this is an unethical shady dealership with the worst of the worst employees who lie and make you jump through hoops for weeks so they can make an extra dollar selling to someone else. Hopefully when the Attorney General and FTC get involved they ll realize how serious their fraud is. Until then here s your warning to stay away if your time and credit is important to you.

Purchase experience was ok. Took about three hours to make a simple all cash purchase. Kind of painful. Part of purchase was a deal to repair some rust on the hood.Fast forward to this past few days. Dropped the car off for the 1-2 day repair (their words), and it is day 3 and still haven't had the car delivered back to us as promised (their words). Blame game on all of: timing, lack of communication, and inability to deliver vehicle.Long story short, they are fine at taking money, but bad when it comes to delivering on their promises made to make the deal.

Don't get buffaloed at Buffalo! We were interested in a specific Escape that looked like an exceptional deal. I verified with the dealership and setup a time Saturday when they opened to take a look at it. The dealership reached out several times confirming I was coming up to look at this vehicle. At 5:10 PM the evening before our appointment I even got an email saying the vehicle had dropped in price. I think it was $100 or something. We left first thing Saturday and drive the 50 minutes. Once we walked in the door we were informed that the vehicle had actually sold last night just as they were closing!Jeremy (salesguy) said that he texted me this morning telling me this - well, I was driving so I didn't see it (he did text me).None of the other vehicles they had were of the same caliber. In fact, my wife just inquired about the vehicle which the dealership says is still available!!! Their email to her this morning says: "The Escape you inquired about is in stock and available for purchase today!"The email includes the listing and pictures of the exact Escape we wanted to look at.The scammed us to get us up there and wasted our time.

Do NOT use this location for service. I made an appointment via the online scheduler at ~9am Thursday. Brought my truck into the dealership. So far so good! I was asked, at that time, if they could not get to it that day would I be comfortable if they HAD to keep the truck overnight. Not really having an option, I agreed. After all I want this issues diagnosed and repaired. Friday rolls around and still no update. I called a few times during the day Friday, left messages etc. I finally get a call around 4pm Friday telling me they will not get to the vehicle. No options were presented to me. Nothing! Just this attitude of sorry, deal with it.This morning I drove to the dealership to have a discussion to understand my next steps. Still nothing. No explaination. When I asked about a loaner, I was told they "do not give out loaners" even though when I scheduled the appointment I was asked if I wanted a loaner. So the "Drive Through Manager" decides to interject himself into the equation. I explained the situation and tried to get an understanding of options. He tell me "we DO have loaners" but they are for other customers. So let me get this right, you are ok with YOUR service people lying and openly discriminating and segragating customers based in service type? This Manager goes through his list of explainations as to why they didn't get to it. He says " We can't even get to a transmission fix for two weeks". I told him "that's not my problem and not at all related to the issue"I'm then asked to leave the dealership to which I did.Your service center at this location is completely and totally mediocre at best. Terrible. In this small town it doesn't take much to damage your reputation. It does however take an enormous amount of time to gain your credibility back. Just ask the Buffalo Hospital. It has taken them 20 years to build their reputation back from bad experiences.

Wife and I stopped in here to trade in a Camry and got an Escape. We stopped by after work and driving down from St. Cloud and the process was quick and fair from start to finish working with Mariah.

The financial guy was awesome. Our sales man Jeremy was rude and very unknowingly about the vehicle we purchased. He told us they changed the oil and the didn't do that he said they would fill the gas tank that didn't happen very disappointing.

Glenn my salesman was fantastic!I bought my first car from a dealer, and boy am I impressed with Morries Buffalo Ford. They really do care about making sure their customers have a good experience, from start to finish.I was very suprised about the level of care they put into a used car making sure that I would not have any issues with the vehicle after I drove away.I would not hesitate to buy from them again, in fact it will be my first stop the next time I'm in the market for a new car. Thanks again Glenn and the rest of the staff that supported you in making this such a great experience!

Very bad customer service. They flat out lied to me and my bank. They wouldn't let me put money down to hold the vehicle for 24 hours, so I could go to my own bank. Then the next day my bank called to start the purchase agreement. They said no because someone had an appointment to come look at it later. Then hours after that they told us it's available. But couldn't start the process because the person that writes it up is out for lunch. Then my banker called and they said he is in a meeting. We got tired of them giving us the run around. We will take our business somewhere else where they treat the customer right.

My husband and I stopped on a whim on our way home from Mpls to see what used car inventory was available. J.R. helped us, was helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. He didn t hit us with a high pressure sales pitch, which I appreciated. We ended up purchasing a vehicle from him for our son. I d go back to this dealership, even though it is an hour drive from our home.

I drove a couple hours to buy a car I had been looking at for some time. When I got there the service men were nice. They sold me the car knowing the transmission was shot. When I tried contacting them they wouldn t even talk to me, thinking about legal action because they cannot legal sell a car with bad transmission.

I found a car I wanted online and contacted the dealership they said it was ready, so I set up a time to see it when I got there, I was told it wasn't cleaned yet. well to me that s not ready but they said they would take some off the price they also stated it had been mechanically checked over so I agreed but come time to finalize they said they forgot to take some money off but they would put gas in it gee what a deal on an already overpriced car whatever not the worst yet on the way home the car surged a little I just thought it was a fluke but the car continued to do it over the next week. so, I had my local Buick dealer look at it thinking it would be something simple but I was shocked when they told me there was metal and chunks in the transmission and quoted the repair at $6300 to be clear I asked this was a preexisting condition not something that just happened and they stated it has been bad for a long time. so I haven t even had a tank of gas through my new car and its basically useless as is and it wasn t a cheap car it was 13k so I tried to call the dealer (my salesperson) and was told she would call me back but never did she emailed me I need to contact the manager (brett) but in trying to do so multiple times I was always told he would call me back as he was away from his desk or out or something but I never did hear a word from him finally I did get a hold of someone that actually talked to me I told him what my dealership told me that it was preexisting and that if it was mechanically checked over the issue should have been found he said they don t check necessarily mechanical as much as just for safety issues. I think a transmission that is erratic and could fail at any moment is a safety issue but apparently, they don t. He told me the best they can do is I pay for the repair and they will cover half I didn t think this was fair enough and he told me if I didn t accept this then they won t do anything at all so basically I was stuck taking the deal and having to do the repair and once done I emailed them the receipts and they did eventual send me a check but it was not even half like they had stated it would be so I guess they can t do math either. At this point I was just surprised I received anything at all. I have bought lots of cars in my life and this was by far the worst car buying experience I have ever had. I would score them less than one star if I could. I will never do business with this dealership and make sure to tell everyone. it did not leave the lot with a functioning trans it left the lot with a faulty trans as my local dealer stated it was a preexisting issue. they didnt want to talk to me when i brought up the issue but are sure quick to try and clean up afterwards. "just buy a new car with a warranty"

I brought my truck into Morries Buffalo Ford for an Oil Change and Oil Leak inspection. They decided to reflash the computer on my truck without my permission wiping the tune out of the truck. Never taking ownership, they proceeded to tell me how it was my fault they did that and never offered to have it towed to make it right or anything of the sort. They told me to bring it to have it retuned and they would reimburse me. So I took half my day and limped it to a service center and I paid to do just that, and now they refuse to reimburse me even though they never had permission to touch the ecm and told me they would pay me back. Poor customer service from the minute I walked in the door. Adam has a poor attitude and never once took ownership for their mistake. And Todd, the customer service manager, lied to me and won't stand behind his WORD! Horrible dealership and company and horrible experience. Not to mention it took exactly 2 weeks to get my truck back. And when I got it back, it was in worse condition than when I dropped it off. Very disappointing. All I wanted is reimbursement like they promised.

I recently purchased a vehicle for my daughter. The entire process was so easy. The customer service we received from Jeremy Kent and Rob Wade was excellent. There was an issue discovered with the vehicle and Jeremy immediately contacted me to set up a time to come in and get the repair completed. He went above and beyond. I highly recommend this location and would definitely purchase from them in the future.

Drove over an hour for our appointment which was made earlier that week- just to find out when we arrived they had sold the vehicle which was put on hold. They didn t offer compensation for gas. A weak sorry is what we walked away with. Five minutes later, we received a text saying the vehicle had sold the night before. Poor communication, poor customer service. Go elsewhere if you want commitments followed through. ** you won t find me in your system- the vehicle was for my brother in law- he s too nice to leave a negative review **

Just purchased a 2022 Ford Bronco from Jeremy and team at Morrie's Buffalo Ford. Broncos are quite hard to find right now and they not only had the best pricing but they were a no pressure sales team. They had a fair price, a great offer on my trade-in, and knocked the sale out in time for us to leave with our new car that night. I have probably been to 12 dealerships and talked to way more sales people than that in the past couple months. Morrie's Buffalo was by far the most pleasant to work with....Hence why my dream car is sitting in my garage. Thank you Morries.
