I've came to them a few times, and have had good experiences with them. One of the most honest shops in buffalo that I've encountered.

They always give honest diagnosis of issues and they do great work! I've brought 3 of my vehicles there and they always take great care and have awesome communication. And they have never done any work I didn't say yes to!

I went here based on word of mouth and was blown away by the excellent service. The team had a few 2010 or newer sports car's in their shop but my 98 Chevrolet cavalier with break line issues was made a priority and the turnaround was same day. Steve and his team go above and beyond to make sure everyone leaves their shop happy and you can be sure i will go back to them in the future. Thank you Earnhardt's !

I love these folks! I live an hour away and it is worth the drive every time to have a reliable, trustworthy, and thorough mechanic. I ve been going to them for years with two different cars. They re always clear, concise, more than fair, and honest about what is needed and what is frills, leaving it for me to decide. Steve the team at Ernhardt's are nothing short of amazing! Every time I've brought my truck there they've fixed the problem right the first time and kept me updated along the way. Extremely high quality work - I wouldn't trust my vehicles with anyone else.

Very friendly and professional. Steve and Jesse are always pleasant to work with. It's a treasure to be able to trust a mechanic these days. I've never felt mistreated by Ernharts and they've always done an excellent job.

Best service! Very friendly, and Ernhardts definitely puts the customer first! Steve kept us posted throughout the entire time. We felt like we were family, like they cared about our vehicle's issues and not just hurring up to get to the next vehicle in the bay. They were diligent at finding the culprit to the issue and not just fixing the damage caused by the culprit! We had our vehicle at multile shops trying to diagnose the issue before we took it to Erhardts. Lots of time, parts, and money later, still the issue persisted!These guys are engine experts! They were able to diagnose the culprit issue and resolution quickly followed! Even though the diagnosis was a bad engine, we felt like we could trust their opinion, and we were also educated on both the problem and possible resolutions. We are so thankful for Erhardts, who knows what could have happened if we hadn't went to the Best!!They clearly pride themselves in the right fix, not the quick or easy fix, but the right fix!Thank you! Erhardts is our go to shop for life!
