Great group of guys! Had to get bushings pressed inn. I called several other shops and most of the shops didn't want to take on the job. They did a great job and were very professional! Thanks!

Showed up right when they opened on a tuesday with my truck stuck in limp mode, a total unplanned visit for all involved. Had the truck back in my possession with the transmission fixed (plus another issue that wouldve caused major problems) the very next day, before they closed. Very appreciative of the work put in to get me my truck back. Easy 5/5

the guys here work very efficiently and professionally. they kept me in the loop on the work being performed. gave me lots of options for how far i wanted to go with the repairs. i was a little confused on the how the parts work for the transmission and the owner jeff was very attentive and happy to walk me through the issues. i would bring my other vehicles here next time.Service: Transmission

Everyone here is so pleasant to work with. They provide you with what's wrong with the vehicle or needs to be addressed right away. I have never felt like I was being asked to replace something that was an up sale like at other places.

Called a few weeks ago to inquire about whether they worked Alpha Warranty. They don't but they provided a recommendation to another shop that did, which allowed us to get a much needed transmission repair completed. I appreciate their willingness to recommend another shop.

We recently were back in town and had an issue with our vehicle. Even though they were very busy Jeff found a way to help us fix the problem. When we lived in Buffalo, we always took our vehicles to Buffalo Transmission. Jeff was always very honest and upfront with everything he was fixing on our cars. For us trust goes a long way, and we have that with Buffalo Transmission.Services: A/C installation & repair, Air conditioning

Jeff was so awesome to work with, he gave me an estimate with different options for replacing the transmission but he continued to diagnose the problem and dug into fixing the issue. He determined that a possible solution was to replace a component (the transmission control unit) rather than replacing the whole transmission. I was very impressed by his interest in trying to keep costs low for me and really appreciated the detailed voicemails he left explaining what was going on with my vehicle.Once the transmission was fixed he troubleshot and fixed an O2 sensor that a different mechanic was not able to fix. I highly recommend Jeff due to his focus on fixing the problem, keeping costs low, and his excellent customer service! I will bring my transmission there every time, I trust that he will work with me and do a really good job!

The most reliable honest and trustworthy repair shop I've ever been. I'm a courier who drives a Mercedes sprinter and they do all the service it has ever needed. Transmission service is just their specialist but they really do it all!

Without question, the best place to bring your vehicle. They are so honest, trustworthy, affordable and they are top notch technicians. From an oil change to a complete overhaul, I would not bring my vehicles anywhere else.

The guys at this shop are honest sincere replaced fuel lines tank from the motor on back Jeff is fair with the price didn't replace any thing that didn't need to be fixed 3other shops told us to junk the car m@m ernharts over priced I will be back if ever needed thanks Jeff and your staff
