Scheduled an appointment for transmission. No follow up at the end of the day. I called and they told me they were short staffed. It will go in first thing next day. I didn t hear back the next day and had to call at end of the day. Again notified me they couldn t get to it. Poor service level and communication. Finally found out they were 3 weeks behind. I pick up my truck and took it elsewhere. I lost time and money for the lack of communication and honesty about the issue.

Parts center group were awesome to work with. Came in to get what I assumed to be a smooth idler pulley for my F150. After some back and forth between myself and the techs, 2 separate trips out to my truck to see just what I was talking about, they helped me understand that it was a belt tensioner. Got the part I didn't even know I was looking for and was on my way.

Terrible experience! I scheduled an appointment for service 3 weeks in advance. Brought my truck in on a Thursday morning by mid-morning Monday they still had not looked at it. After multiple phone calls and no response with updates I had to pick up my truck and nothing had been done 5 days later. Won't be be back.

Our sales experience was great. There was a huge lack of communication in regards to expectations for delivery of our new vehicle. We were told our truck would be ready after the accessories were installed in a few days. Those few days turned into a week and a half. We made a handful of calls which resulted in us finding out the parts weren t even in stock. This would be understandable had they communicated it from the beginning. It was very much an over promise on delivery date while under-delivering. Once the vehicle was delivered we were very happy with it.

Brought my vehicle in for an oil change. They tested the coolant life, which needed to be flushed. Got my oil change and coolant flush done very quickly. I double checked the fluids before leaving, and everything looked fine. Good communication throughout this small process. Will likely continue to bring my vehicle here.

I dropped my vehicle off the night before my scheduled appointment on a Tuesday. I did not hear anything until two days later on Thursday afternoon, and I had to reach out to them. I would have liked a simple 2 minute update at the very least maybe. The advisors working there seem extremely busy, and are not the most customer oriented in my opinion. This will be the last time I purchase a vehicle or ask to have service completed.Service: General repairs

It was a very positive experience. They all treated me kindly and took care the car repairs in the time they said they would. They gave me a cool loaner that I barely could get up into but it was fun to drive!!!the only bad thing I have to say is that my steering wheel was grimy and dirty and I had to have them help me pair my phone to my Sync system. I went to this ford dealership because I had a recall on my airbags. I made an appointment 3 weeks in advance. I live and work in a different town and had to coordinate with a friend for them to drive me. Well, I went back and forth with 4 different people that day on the phone and turns out they said they overbooked and would keep my car overnight. Obviously that doesn't work for me. They didn't have any loaner cars either. I don't think anyone communicated with each other and I got different information every time. So frustrating. I brought it back Friday. Thankfully they finished it and I was told they would vacuum my interior front area. They did not do that. I was given such the runaround and inconvenience it was crazy. I was and am upset and will not go back there, not even for a free oil change.The only redemption was the technician I eventually was contacted by was nice but still didn't do what he said he would do (i.e. vacuum). Hate to say I Do not recommend this dealership.

My truck was towed in to their location at 5pm. And By 6pm I had a phone call back telling me what was wrong with it. AND they would be able to fix it the following day. The next morning they called me by 10am that it was done. Fantastic customer service to someone from ND needing immediate repair work on my truck, the water pump went out on me. I'd 100% use them again if I ever needed to. THANK YOU SO SO MUCH!!Service: Auto maintenance

New to the area, first time visit and will be back again! Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Got us in for an oil change right away without an appointment. They tested the coolant system and suggested that we have the system flushed and coolant replaced, something we had never done on our 2014 car. I had to get two safety recalls replaced so I came to this center and they were fantastic! Everyone was very helpful and kind. I dropped it off the night before with my appointment being at 1030 the next morning. I got a call the morning of my appointment at 0950 saying that my car was ready to be picked up! They're very efficient and great at communication. Overall, a great experience and would highly recommend!

Over all my experience is great with Buffalo ford service. My only complaint this time was- I specifically told them what was wrong I had already had it diagnosed - they brought it in, said it wasn t that- but another part.. kept the car for a week to only call me and say it was not that but you guessed it the part I TOLD them it was originally. And of course that one wasn t in and had to be ordered. I finally got my vehicle back at 10 days.But like I said- over all they re great. I got a loaner- no questions asked. They were very good with communication- and Mickey in service was stellar at his job. They even were kind enough to put gas in my car when I called and asked because I dropped it off at E and with subzero temps moving in I didn t want it sitting outside on E.I ll continue using ford service. 5 stars over all- Services: Electrical repair, Electrical

Had slow leak in tire. Called many places earliet today to get repair. Finally called Morrie's & ev we need though they are busy they squeezed me in! I was treated very nicely & respectfully.. All questions were answered. Details of repair need were explained well. Everyone was very professional & as other customers came in & out its clear that some are returning customers, happy customers! There is a sense ifcommunity & like its a family kind of feel. Excellent service and communication! Purchased an F150 from a different dealer and was treated horribly after it started leaking oil. Called Shiela and Brent and it was handled perfectly. I had made an appointment one week earlier to bring the car in for service. I dropped the car off on Thursday evening for the Friday appointment. The servicing agent left me a voice mail early on that Friday morning to go over what was to be done. I called 4 times trying to reach him responding to his voice mail to me. My last call at noon reached him.I was told that no one would be available until the middle of the next week. I got a ride to the dealership to pickup the car and when I asked to then schedule a new time, I was presented with another 7 day waiting period. I asked if they had at least performed the Works which I also requested. But was told nothing had been done to the car. It is now scheduled for September 13th.Today I received a call asking me if I have the keys for the car and if I have the car. Don't know what that was about but that didn t help bolster my confidence that they will be able to fix my car.I have use this dealership in the past 6 months and didn't have any problems and the work done was great.

This would have been a five star review if they would have worked on my vehicle when I scheduled the appointment. I wasn t told that the scheduled appointment was a drop-off time. It took two days for a service that should have been a few hours. Sheila was a fantastic service rep. A part needed to be replaced due to a recall. The service person, Joe, was awesome to work with. He ensured all went smoothly. We will for sure use Morrie's again for future service. The only issue was with the call center. Some information provided was inaccurate. In order to keep this brief I won't get into details, but if someone wants to contact me I'd be more than happy to explain in order to avoid similar issues for future customers. In closing, 5 stars for Morrie's, in particular Joe!

Was given a quote for $2500 for work that the technician said was urgent. I wasn t ready to spend that much money so I brought it to TKG in Saint Michael and they said the issues existed but were far from urgent. They did however tell me that my tires didn t have enough tread to even rotate them. Unfortunately I no longer trust Buffalo Ford.

They found that I needed rear shocks on a 2000 Ford Windstar which they had to get elsewhere. It took a while longer because one side was rusted and needed to be cut off. They did a great job. This was a simple brake job. I wasnt able to set an appt online cuz their site didnt work correctly. So i called for an estimate and it was a woman who was just reading info she had, not someone who does the work, or even works at the location I thought I called. After dropping it off, I got one phone call to let me know the cost, and it would be done by the end of the day.It took me 7 phone calls (4 initiated by me) to find out what was going on with my vehicle. The next day I have to miss more work, cuz of course a car dealership didn't have a car to loan me and they closed without communicating that it wasnt done like they said it would be.... I get a call just before 1pm saying they'll send someone to my house to pick me up (a 5 minute drive). An hour and a half later someone finally shows up to get me. The price was more than double what was estimated, then when I went to pay, it was even more, with no extra work done.The advisor I had apologized repeatedly and took off some of the cost. But it was still double what I was estimated.No one had any answers about why any of this happened, I cannot imagine I'll bother with this place again. I really had high hopes with it being a big dealership.

Had my Ford F-250 in for a recall repair. Service advisor called me and informed me they could not pull the code with the computer. In fact, supposedly they couldn't even pull my VIN number. He asked me to authorize diagnostic time that would be paid for by me for a recall repair. I said no. Upon picking up my vehicle the advisor was rude and condescending. I asked him how they couldn't pull the code when I have pulled it numerous times with my handheld. He had no answer for me. I said thanks for nothing. He told me to leave and threatened to go get the service manager, etc. A service tech was outside on break and I asked him if he wouldn't mind pulling it after I had shown him that I had pulled it with my own computer. He grabbed one of their computers and had no problems pulling the code. He simply needed to make sure the ODB connection was tight by holding it with his hand while he booted the computer. I have never seen such a level of incompetence and utter contempt. I've reached out to the service manager multiple times with no answer. I left two voicemails. Nothing. I strongly advise against using the service center at Morrie's Buffalo Ford!

Made an appointment 3 weeks in advance, dropped my vehicle off the night before, called to check on progress and see if I could pick it up at the end of the day and was told the people working on it were at lunch...found out later, no one worked on it at all. My vehicle wasn't even touched that day. Instead I had to leave it for another day...very inconvenient for our family. I would not recommend.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Had bought a Ford from a GM dealer couple years ago. Found out the car had a recall on it. Since I had the recall, figured I could get my TPMS learned. The GM dealer could not do it, because they did not have the proper tool for the relearn.When I called up to make I appointment, the lady said they'd be able to learn the TPMS. I clarified that'd I'd be simple just like they're learning it a tire rotation and wouldn't cost anything.When it came time to pick up my car they had me with a surprise $170 bill. The service representative I talked to did not give me a good explanation as to why learning TPMS would charge an hour. After showing I was not happy about it, he adjusted the price down to $40 for me.When I picked up the car, I spoke with another gentleman who was able to give me a better understanding of what had to be done. I would have appreciated a conversation stating it's not a quick fix. After discussing with a few managers of other auto shops, they discussed they would not have charged anything, up to $15.The way a simple task was treated, I probably won't end up taking my Ford back to the shop.Service: Tires
