Terrible communication. Multiple trips in on our part, and they ultimately couldn t fix the problem. We feel cheated.Edit: just to clarify, we re not mad they couldn t fix the car. It s a bummer, but that happens. We feel so cheated because not once did they call us to tell us we always had to call them, often after hours (or weeks, depending on if they had the car in the shop or we were waiting for the next part to come in) of radio silence, so every time the news came as a bad surprise that WE had to track down. Just a disappointing way to be treated.

The guys here are ALWAYS helpful and ALWAYS go out of they're way to find odd parts for me and the price is competitive on just about everything. They may not be the best pricing but I will HAPPILY pay an extra $5 for spark plugs, water pumps, thermostats, gaskets, etc. if it means that the guys at this store are still in the business of being honest and helpful. Keep up the good work y'all!!

The guys went above and beyond to fix my car for me, they are very kind and patient to explain to me what was wrong and my car had major problems, they didn't hesitate to take it in and fix it. They also were very affordable for all the work they put into it.

Overpriced parts and very unkind customer service. They wont do business with small time repair shops even if you have brought and would bring all future business through their location. Figured they would be able to work something out during times like these when all my parts are backed up because if the virus.

Walked into the store and was asked if I could be helped by an old man. Then a younger man told him add 20% to my order(in front of two other customers) at which the employees laughed. Then the older man went back to helping me. At that point I left. Just an ordinary customer had purchased a oil change kit before.
