Steve is friendly and honest. He fit me in on short notice so I wouldn't have to wait till the following week. I went in to get the belts tightened on my car. Upon lifting the car he noticed the guard for my undercarriage was loose and hanging down a bit. He promptly reattached it and sent me on my way with no extra charge.
