At first I didn t like any of the selections because I thought I was losing screen in my original radio. One of the employees showed me that I wasn t actually losing any screen. He would end up walking me through the process. Meant a lot knowing he was willing to help me and take the time to show me all the pros and cons of the radios I chose. Super helping guy, I would definitely recommend them to anyone and I look forward to taking my Motorcycle there for some upgrades! Sorry I forgot you name also the lounge area is super comfortable.

I have been going to Ben from Sound Connection ever since his grandpa got him started back in the ol Snoop and Save building. Him and his brother have always taken care of me at the highest of level. Would not buy sound equipment for my vehicles any where else! Top notch every time!

I do not have enough words or the right words to explain what an amazing experience I had at Sound Connection. Zach Zach answered the phone when I called and was patient, graceful, and extremely helpful. When I had technical questions, he was able to answer them or he would go and ask the tech. I was looking to make an investment on LED lighting for my pick up and I went to sound connection. Dade, the tech was a plethora of knowledge. He was fair and honest, and answered every single one of my questions. Beware, though this is a loyal staff, when I asked Dade if he would do the work outside of there he said absolutely not.I never considered getting custom work done on my truck, after my experience at sound connection, I may reconsider and put in sound and lighting. 10 stars.

Justin was amazing at helping me figure out what was going on in my remote start.Got a remote start during their Black Friday Sale 2022. Highly recommend to get one, especially during their sale time!Super professional experience and super helpful all around.

I went there because I could not get my phone to play through my car s sound system. I have a 74 camaro with a new sound system. Half the fun of driving it is listening to my own tunes top volume while driving down the highway, windows down.Anyway, a young man immediately asked if he could be of help. I explained my problem. He got in my car, pushed a few buttons and generally worked his magic.I could once again play my music.Thank you so much to the young man who helped me. I did not get your name. I am sorry. But I will recommend you to anyone needing sound work.Oh. And he charged me nothing.This is a great place

We took my car in for a new remote starter as the one I have didn't work. They checked it out and just needed a new remote fob. They are so honest they could have put a new one for about $500 but labor and parts were under a hundred. Honest company and I will recommend them to everyone. Thanks for the good work. Pat

These guy s continue to exceed my expectations! Timely service and had the parts ready to install when I showed up for my appointment. They show a genuine interest and sense of ownership on everything I have had done. I would definitely recommend them as you will also be pleased.

I just had heated seats and a remote start installed, and the team at Sound Connection was amazing. Justin and Tyler were very professional, making sure to take great care of my car and I'm very impressed. Justin took the time to make sure I knew how everything worked and even helped me set up a super easy and helpful app for the remote start. I completely trust them and wouldn't take my car anywhere else.

The guys at Sound Connection are great, super friendly and knowledgeable. They fixed my vehicle when a local dealership messed it up. It was kind of an ordeal and they were really awesome and supportive throughout. I will be a life long customer and will use them whenever I can because they have always been excellent to me.

My nonfactory installed heated seats in my vehicle were not heating. Two other businesses were not able to help me. I stopped by Sound Connection without an appointment. Even though they were very busy, they checked out my problem and replaced a bad fuse without a charge. I would highly recommend.

I stopped at Sound Connection not expecting to get in and get my auto start fixed on the same day, but when I got there the very friendly man at the counter asked if he could take a look. After a few minutes of testing he asked if he could pull the vehicle in the garage, and 20 minutes later I walked away with my auto start working like new! Fast, friendly, all around great experience.

They are the best there. Explain in detail how the product works. Once they installed my new navigation system they helped me set it up and reviewed basic uses. Definitely would refer friends and family there. They not only do sound but lots of other services for your ride whatever it is.

I bought a remote start from them for my vehicle and had a great experience and highly recommend them! They have fantastic customer service and I have not had a single problem with my system at all. They were quick and very explanatory and when I went back with questions on how to use it, they were extremely helpful. They took care of me and I will definitely give them more business in the future and recommend them to others.

Always top notch work! Have a head unit, amp, speakers and subs, remote start AND reverse camera installed by Tyler and it all sounds/works fantastic. Also had my windows tinted and got the chrome trim on the outside of my car and the nasty wood grain interior vinyl wrapped by Mitch and I enjoy my car so much more because of those features. Whether your car is $1,000 or $100,000 the guys always treat it like they would their own and I appreciate that!

I accidentally left a review on the St. Cloud/Waite Park store by accident a while back. Still a good review, but i need to leave it at the place that the work was done. This review is FAR overdue, but here it is:Sound Connection does amazing work. Hands down.I had asked them to install a remote starter, new deck, and my amp/subs (subs already in box) within an afternoons time. They were able to complete the tasks fully within the time frame that I had provided them.All of my systems (deck, amp/subs, remote starter) are all still in 100% functioning order. Took me a few days to learn the new setup, but once I learned everything, it's been an amazing experience.Thank you Sound Connection

Been taking my vehicles to these guys for several years. Have worked with a few different guys but the last few times Kyle has been the one to help me, and let me tell you, he goes above and beyond the normal great service they provide. He is very knowledgeable when it comes to any questions, whether it be related to system performance or installation. Would definitely recommend him and appreciate the hassle free service and answers he provides.

Oh my gosh!! A HUGE "Thank You" to Justin & the guys at Sound Connection! They not only installed an awesome remote start in my Equinox but they were able to get me an appointment right away. I love how helpful they are at Sound Connection and how they love their community!If y'all are needing heated seats, remote starts or gadgets to jazz up your wheels, go see the guys.

Great people!! Brought my car in at 9am to get a starter put in my van. Got a call at 10:30am that it was done. When I got there they where awesome explaing my key fob. They also helped me with downloading and showing me the drone app. They sales man that help me rocked and was so polite and professional. Thank you. I will definitely recommend you to many people. I'm excited to start my car in cold Minnesota while I'm in Florida on vacation.

My auto start needed to be reset, so I stopped in to Sound Connection to ask about it and make an appt.They took it back right away and reset it while I waited. Both employees were super professional and pleasant to visit with. I highly recommend Sound Connection!!

This crew does excellent work. They are always ready for you at your appointment time. I have had some warranty issues and they took care of me without making me jump through a bunch of hoops. After doing business with them on several occasions, I wouldn't dream of going to anyone else. When you buy from them, you will get quality products with top notch service. You need to look no further.

Sound Connection did some work on my 2014 Durango. Window and tail light tint. The tail lights was a tricky job and they absolutely did an amazing job. I m so happy with how the entire job came out and will definitely be back to them with any custom car need. They are super friendly, timely and easy to work with. I was very impressed. Thanks again.

Sound Connection is amazing to say the least! Very knowledgeable, Great quality work, excellent customer service and their always friendly staff! This last time I stoped in Nate helped me with a wiring problem on my truck and he had it figured out in no time! I would highly recommend these guys go anyone and everyone!!

Brought my truck in to get debadged, aftermarket headlight put in and they got my subs working for me and updated my speakers. Great place, great people, and great service. Very respectful and I'll be doing more business with them in the future. They respected my budget everytime and took that into consideration. . Theses guys are awesome.

I actually called the wrong place. But they got my auto start to work. Easy fix. It only cost 2 dollars. Of course I didn't have 2 dollars. I was going to use my debt card. The sales person said, that's ok. Just give us a good review. Very nice guy! I would definitely go there! Thank you!

Awesome service. Great staff. Had an install done. Appt was easy dropped off my vehicle and it was done quickly and I was able to pick up same day. They explained everything after and haven't had any problems!! Have recommended to friends and will continue to. Best place in town by far!
