Fantastic service as always. They had an oddball rear end that I needed for an odd 1500HD truck, and were able to get it pulled quickly. Secondly the same truck needed a starter, typically I would NEVER purchase something like a starter used from a yard, but with Shipman's Auto Parts verified parts and easy 90 day warranty I had the confidence that it would work (and it does fantastically) and save a bunch of money over new/aftermarket options!

I give them five stars dealing with them in the past. But closing a day before New Year's Eve at 12:00 a.m. screwed me over. Good because I drove over 50 miles to get my parts to find out they Friday afternoon at 12:00 which is a day before New Year's Eve. You need to be more specific on your hours over 100 Mile trip on Friday they were closed round trip

Bought $40 battery, had a 90 day warranty, BAD, got exchange, another BAD battery. No upgrade to $65 battery. Lousy customer servicecustomer service. Don

Always very helpful when you stop in to see them. Made it very easy to purchase a couple used tires for my kids car. Thank you for the fast friendly service. Even carried them out and put them in my vehicle so I didn t have to get dirty. Thank you guys.

Super nice folks, great service, and wow fair prices! Car repair wanted $500 for the part they charged me $50 for. Very pleased with the quality and service! Hope I'm not back, but if I am they don't break the bank!

Even though I'm fabulously wealthy, I still watch my spending closely. Shipmans helps me do that. Always ready to help with expert advice and when you ask a stupid question they don't make you feel that stupid ( only a little). My grandmother who is fabulously wealthy too offered to buy the place for me because I like it so much but couldn't seal the deal after she came to the actual closing in her red bikini top and black thong. Negotiations stopped and everyone in the room had to have cornea transplants !Truly a bummer!!!

Even if they don't have the part I need these folks are always willing to point you in the right direction to get what is required to get the job done! The fact that they are constantly busy is a testament to just how good they are!

After searching the twin cities I found that these guys had the part I needed. When I called they were easy to talk to. They shipped my part quickly and now my truck has music again. Thank you for being so good to work with! Anything I'm gonna need I'll just be giving these guys a call from now on.

Great staff and can find most everything you need. A little higher priced on some things, but with gas prices as high as high as they are, shopping local makes sense.

I have been doing business with shipman's for 15yrs. They always have the best prices, and a great selection of parts. Anytime there has been an issue they are the quickest to get it corrected. I will Continue to check with them first on every thing.Thank You

Always been impressed with the service and knowledge base of your employees know and since the 10+ years I've been going to get the parts I need. Have even gota fare price for old vehicles that I needed to dispose of! Love GG he hats too!!

Purchased a VW motor, when we got it back to the shop, we noticed LARGE amounts of rust and were not happy with it. Shipman worked with us and made it right. Will gladly buy from again. I also have purchased smaller items from them and had no complaints. Thanks Adam!

They are knowledgeable in parts that are salvaged. Great way to save money on hard to find, or expensive parts.I saved $200 getting an air conditioner fixed. Purchased the part here, and had my guy install.

Top dogs in my opinion I bought front rear differentials and wheel bearings staff member was very helpful I appreciate him made me feel like I was someone important to them first time I was there been like 2 months today I tough about it because I need a headlight for my Chevy Muchas gracias to shipman

I have been ordering quite a bit of used auto glass from them. Their staff are helpful and courteous, they have a large stock available, I always receive it the next day, and when they mistakenly sent the wrong part (rare occasion), they have made it right as fast as possible. I am in Bemidji. When my local yards don't have what I need Shipman's is my next call!
