World Class! Wow! The excellent service, the professionalism in fixing my truck twice, fixing my Shelby, the cleaning, detailing and especially the attention to detail was heartwarming. Shannon s helped resolve a challenging insurance experience I was experiencing for many months to giving me hope in realizing good people can still make a difference in this world! Great customer service. They dealt completely with the insurance company and also provided a rental/courtesy vehicle. The washing and detailing, inside and out, when I picked up the my vehicle as amazing. It was cleaner than when I bought it new!

Shannon's made a miserable experience become a great outcome. After hitting a deer, they took care of my vehicle, had great communication, dealt with the insurance company and delivered an outstanding product! I hope to not have to return but I highly recommend!

Josh and the crew over at Shannon's are amazing to work with. We were in an accident 2/25 and it took our insurance company 4 weeks to figure out the truck was totaled, but Josh went to bat for us working with the insurance company to make them understand what all needed to be repaired to make it back to how it should be per the manufacture and Shannon's stance on repairing the truck correctly. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for body work or mechanical work. Great people and great company.Service: Body & Trim

My 2018 Chevy Silverado was in an accident on March 11th & I brought it to Shannon's for them to repair it! By April 7th I had my truck back as my truck wasn't suppose to be done until end of April! WOW! Shannon & his crew did an excellent job on my truck!My truck looked brand new! & CLEAN! If you are ever needing repair or anything on your vehicle, I highly recommend Shannon's Auto Body! They 100% are about their customers & take good care of them!

They did a great job in coordinating the progress with me and coordinating reimbursement approval with my insurance company. They have excellent attention to detail such that I was not worried that any thing would be missed. Their repair work was outstanding and our car looks new. I could not have asked for a better and more seamless experience. I was extremely distraught after what happened to my vehicle which was completely out of my control. Shannon's made the whole process easy as can be. Their staff are very friendly and walk you through the whole process. They let me use a rental while waiting for my insurance adjuster to do an estimate on the vehicle; and then after the work started on my vehicle as well. My car looked better than it did before my accident. Very pleased with Shannon's and they will now be my go-to if I have any sort of accidents in the future!

So glad I brought my truck here to get fixed rather than going to Abra. Abra had my quote done in about an hour and it was only 1000 dollars' worth of damage. Something didn't seem right with that to me given how bad the accident was. Brought it to Shannon's where I should have gone in the first place. Took them about three days to get me a quote but they left no part on my truck that didn't get inspected for damage. Fast forward a few weeks and I ended up with a truck that looks just as good if not better than the day I drove it off the lot! Thank you Shannon's!!! I'd give 10 stars if I could.

This was the third time I've had Shannon's fix a vehicle (deer and turkey magnet). Same great service all three times. Great communication. Estimates were accurate. Couldn't tell it had been damaged. They ve worked on my vehicle twice. Amazing communication, excellent work, and went above and beyond cleaning it after they did the work.I rarely give out 5 stars but the fact I have zero recommendations on how it could have been better, I need to give them a 5.

My Son just had work done after an accident they completed it earlier than expected and the car was excellent inside and out I also brought my car here a couple years ago and it was done with excellence very very happy with the communication and outcome!!!!

The absolute best bodyshop in the country. I am very particular with my vehicles and they provide the utmost care and knowledge when it comes to returning your vehicle to pre-loss condition. Friendly and helpful staff that treat you like family. I drive 1000 miles round trip from Kansas just to have them and only them repair my vehicles.

Excellent experience with everyone at Shannons. We hope to not have to use them again but if we do need work done in the future we will definately use them again. They even dropped off our truck when it was complete and it was spotless inside and out

How do I give 50 stars instead of just 5?!This auto body shop exceeded every expectation that I had. I truly planned on picking up my car and seeing that my car had been repaired. Instead I picked up a car that looked 1000x times better than when it was dropped off. Not only was it repaired, they detailed inside and out, Sarah in the office was incredibly friendly and super informative over the phone and everyone was beyond nice to answer all of my questions. If you need auto body work done, don t go anywhere else!

Stopped in late Friday morning to see if I could get an estimate to fix my 2020 Edge hood dents and got an appointment for Monday!! This is the second time I've used Shannon's body shop . Both times have been wonderful. They're fast to take care of anything you need done, very professional. They don't treat you like just another number. The work is high quality and I love that they detail your whole car after they finish all the work on it . My wife and I highly recommend Shannon's Auto Body to anyone who wants to support a local business and receive a high-quality job completed with exceptional attention to the customer's needs. After a freak accident damaged the front end of my much-needed work truck right in the middle of our busy season, we strongly considered a well-known Baxter body shop - but they were booked out so far that we quickly decided to search for better options.A small-business owner myself, I always like to support local businesses as much as possible; so upon seeing the many great reviews for Shannon's Auto Body, and recalling the good work they did on my snowplow several years ago, we decided to give them a try.We are extremely happy with our choice. Shannon's staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and focused on their customers. Despite being very busy and scheduled out for several weeks, they bent over backwards to get my truck in for an estimate the day after I called. They worked diligently to get approval for a large claim that turned into a nightmare due to my insurance's third-party claims-handling process; and they did a superb job of fixing my truck back to factory specs as quickly as they possibly could. Even with difficulties in getting certain parts and the frustrations caused by my insurance, Shannon's Auto Body had my truck fully repaired, nicely detailed, and ready for us to take home just 4 weeks plus one day after the damage occurred - a week sooner than the date they had first indicated to me after finally getting insurance approval to begin the repairs.
