We just made our 4th major purchase from The Power Lodge, Brainerd. Because of what a great person the owner, Tom Dehn is, we drive about two hours each way to do business with him and his amazing crew.This purchase was handled by Brandon. We originally intended on purchasing a used/rental unit from him but switched gears once we saw a machine we really liked in their overwhelming inventory on display.Brandon was always prompt when messaging. He was always thorough and very polite. Every question we had whether in message leading up to the day of purchase or in person at the dealership was answered honestly and thoroughly. The knowledge he has for the equipment we looked at was only topped by his enthusiasm and passion for helping people get on the trails. When dealing with him, not once were we ever on guard, felt cautious or pressure.Based on our history dealing with Tom and having Brandon help with our most recent purchase, we would HIGHLY recommend to others giving The Power Lodge, Brainerd a try. We can t imagine you d be disappointed.

Very poor, when i made a 9am appointment for warranty and service. i made it very clear i was traveling from out of town and would be waiting. Showed up on time. Service didn't pull in shop until 11 am. Service writer stated tech decided to do something else first who's in charge writer or tech. That's just backwards. And it only got worse from there list to long to get it all on here. Power lodge is more then welcome to call me for the list. Excuses were endless until i left at 2 pm for a 9 am appointment. Sales sells the first one service sells the second one. I'm thinking not likely in my case .

Had a great experience with the hole crew at Power Lodge! Brought one of their retail snowmobiles was in very nice condition and Brandon K was very helpful with all my questions. Would definitely buy there again!

We got a great deal on a new boat at Power Lodge! They gave us a great price on the new boat and a very good trade-in value on our used boat! Mike was great...not at all pushy and willing to work with us to get the deal done. Thanks Power Lodge!!

Recently brought in my pontoon boat for some warranty work. They recommended that I do this in the off-season. The repair was done in a timely fashion with excellent communication. I highly recommend their service department.

Review update, i posted a negative review yesterday, and i was not happy about service received, in my opinion with good cause. But i want to give a shout out to General manager Tanner Anderson. He reached out to me by phone today and we had a long conversation about what transpired during my service visit. Hopefully this will be a teachable moment for Tanner And power lodges sales and service department so they can give there customers the service experience they deserve, and lastly another big thank you to Tanner for reaching out to me for that's a thing we don't see much in business nowadays. I consider this matter closed to my satisfaction. Thank you. Wayne Carpenter.

The worst experience in my life.Sold me a defective machine brand new.Pushed extended warranty on me. It's been over a year & a half. I have had use of it one time & it malfunctioned. It was in The shop over a year. Still in the shop over recall that they never alerted me too.Now, parts are on back order, Tom Dehn, (Owner) won't stick to his word a year ago. That he'd make it right.That he would extend the warranty for an extra year.Plus his flunky service people damaged my accessories when they installed them.I'm making PMT. 's now going on 2 years for something I have only been able to drive 2 X's.This man & his Shop crew treat women like dirt.If I was a man I wouldn't have been having to write this review.Don't purchase anything from this place. The customer service is the worst I have ever experienced.Once I made my purchases I was treated like I had the plague.I would give zero stars.If allowed.Owner Tom stated he make it right.Now refuses

Staff was super friendly and helpful. Was able to easily put a down payment down for an ATV and the staff had it ready and waiting for me the next morning. Would definitely buy from them again.

I recently bought a machine from the onamia location. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable while helping me with my purchase. I then took my machine to the brainerd location for some added accessories. (Closer to home) My experience at both locations I was overall very satisfied and will return for future business

We recently purchased a SXS from Power Lodge. We worked with Brandon and our experience was phenomenal. There was a slight hiccup along the way but it was resolved quickly. We couldn't be happier with our purchase. We highly recommend this location.

Received first class service from Jonti and crew on my first brand new sled purchase! Was planning on riding for my birthday weekend, my 2006 RMK 700 decided to break 10 minutes off the trailer, made a last minute decision to purchase a newer sled. Intended on purchasing a 2022 RMK KHAOS, Jonti was honest and upfront about that particular sled so ended up walking out with a brand new 2023 switchback xc 650! Even the employees that weren't directly working on the deal were super friendly! Highly recommend Power Lodge in Baxter for any powersports needs, you guys knocked it outta the park! Absolutely love this sled, thank you!

Beyond a 5 star business!! Not only is their inventory food but the service is above and beyond. Every step of buying a new unit was an absolute pleasure. I could not say enough about the workers at power lodge. They are absolutely the best to work with, I love supporting them because of their good employees.

I bought a side by side from here. It began running horribly very soon after purchasing it. It wouldn't go in to gear when shifted, and would randomly shut off. we brought it in to the service department. Despite me paying an extra $1,000 for the warranty, they accused me of submerging it due to there being water in the gas and oil tank. Mind you, I haven't even had this machine a year, and mainly use it to get the mail and drive on tarred roads. Then I was charged $800 to "fix" the issue. Which composed of 2 oil changes and a gas tank drain.I brought the machine home and it immediately began running exactly the same as it had been before bringing it in. This was November, fast forward to May (I didn't have access to a trailer during the winter) and now power lodge is claiming they can't diagnose what's wrong. I took it to brothers per their suggestion. Brothers found that not only was there still water in the oil and sediment in the gas tank ,But also found that there were 5 safety recalls that were never addressed, as well as the clutch being ruined. When I asked for any record of the inspection when it was traded in (I believe it was submerged prior to me buying it) I was told they have no records of the inspection after trade in.I then contacted the service department to be refunded the $800 I was charged previously due to the fact that the problem was never truly fixed at power lodge. Service department tells me that it was fixed, and I will not be getting any compensation. After lots of talking, I only received a refund after I threatened litigation due to the negligence of them selling a machine with multiple safety recalls not addressed.I will never give them my service again. They knowingly sold a vehicle that was not safe to be on the road To a family with small children. There is much more I could address, but I've talked enough. Perhaps power lodge will reach out and make things right, until then I will continue to spread the word. All I asked for was a safe, well functioning side by side to have fun and make memories, instead it is still in the shop at brothers with a $2000 list of problems.UPDATE: I reached out like they asked and the manager promised me all these things, (a discount on a new machine and a higher value on trade in) then proceeded to absolutely trash his own service department. After that I was never able to get a hold of him and he never reached out again. This reply is totally them just trying to save face and look good, but there's no substance behind it.

Very unhappy with customer service. We had made several calls prior to coming to pick up ranger to make sure it was ready to go for next day pick up. We are 2 hours away and the battery still had not been charged up. We spent over 3 hours in the store and felt they did not want to deal with us. So we took our business elsewhere. Never again will I go back.

Walked into wrong dealership - but Jonti treated us outstanding after pointing out we were at wrong place! Many times as 2 women walking in we are ignored by salespeople- everyone we met at Power Lodge Brainerd was knowledgeable-friendly-and most of all listened to what we wanted and helped us not only buy a new snowmobile but then upgraded our General tires. I had an incredible experience snowmobiling for a half day last week. Brandon called me ahead of time to make sure I was aware of trail conditions and check my experience level as some of the connector trails were in rough shape and there were times you had to cross a river on the highway. He was incredible. The only reason I didn t give five stars is that the website states the rental is a 2023 Polaris Indy VR1 650 137 and there entire rental fleet of 20 sleds are actually 2023 Polaris Indy Adventure 650 137. I wanted to rent before buying so was disappointed it wasn t the exact model as stated.

I have had nothing but great experiences with the service department. I could take my Ranger to closer shops, but the drive is worth it. Brandon is the best service manager I have ever dealt with and his crew is excellent! I will never go elsewhere with my business.
