:-) I very highly recommend Mr. Tire. I've been a regular Mr. Tire customer for roughly ten years and have always been very happy with their service and quality. Their staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I can usually get an appointment very quickly. I rarely have work done at any other repair shop if it's something Mr. Tire can do. (Whenever I have gone elsewhere and gotten better prices, I usually end up "paying" for it by having to wait much longer for the work to be completed - thus I end up wishing I'd just gone to Mr. Tire!) I highly recommend Mr. Tire's reasonable tire prices; in my experience, other shops will sometimes charge less for the tires themselves but then charge much more for the mount/balance and other extras. Mr. Tire has a very good price range for the complete job. They always get the job done when they say they will; if I am waiting while they work, they finish as quickly as reasonably possible considering that they are a very busy place! I also very much appreciated the way Tommy smoothly and professionally intervened on my behalf one day when he noticed how another customer in the waiting room had begun hitting on me!Services: Electrical repair, Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Auto engine diagnostic, Auto brake repair, Tire rotations, Engine repair, Vehicle Inspection, Wheel alignment, Brakes, Auto battery maintenance, Auto tire replacement, Auto brake replacement

They've told my husband completely wrong information on two seperate vehicles. They told us my hyundai couldn't have done what it needed because it was just a bad vehicle so they wouldn't fix it, another place did it 6 months ago and it's been perfect. Another vehicle of mine they told us all this business about it'll be 1700 to fix and they wouldn't do an alignment for me because all this stuff was bent so they just wouldn't fix it. Another place in wadena said none of that is an issue and did my alignment. I don't know if it's sheer laziness or what but I'm not giving this place a 3rd chance.Edit after their reply: I do NOT have the wrong shop it was under my husband. I don't want the issue fixed I've already paid another shop after a 2nd opinion.

We are very glad to have found Mr. Tire. Tommy and his crew have taken care of my cars for a few years now with new tires, maintenance, work, and repairs, and they have always done an excellent job for me. Easy to get on the schedule and they stand behind their work.

I got an alignment. Requested to check the tpms to find out which one isn't working. All they did was reset it, 2 hrs down the road and it was bk on. I did that prior to my alignment, so I know that one was not working. Came BK a few weeks later. I travel approx 12 hrs. This is a stopping point for me to WI. Got the coupon off of the web site for an oil change. I was told that I have to print it off. I asked how do I do that when I'm driving and decide when I'm driving if I'm going to stop or not. So going forward they won't accept my coupon on my phone. Been a customer since about 2009 with prior owners and bought all my tires here. Think I'll b looking for another business. Tpms still broke. First thing in the morning upon opening trash can is full on both visits. Took an hour for an oil change and it was first thing in the morning, no one ahead of me. My radio was on am (never is) and my screen changed. On the plus side the desk person was friendly and helpful. Which was totally different from the owner.

They guys were great! The breaks on my mini cooper went out and even though every shop in the area (including them) was booked up for at least a week.. they were able to squeeze it in and have it done by the end of the next day! We now have our sons truck sitting out front in line to get looked at and our Scion will be getting serviced here for now on! Thanks for the hard work fellas!

Second time getting an alignment here. Tommy always comes through. Both times have been perfect after leaving the shop. Can't ask for much more than that!

Made an appointment for 2. Got there at 1:30. By 2:30, they hadn't even gotten my car in. Wasted an hour in the waiting room starring at my car waiting for it to go back into the garage. If you make an appointment, you shouldn't have to wait that long for some kind of service. I also tried telling them what the issue was, in which they insisted they were going to do a diagnostic test of the whole heating system when I told them it was the valve. There was no reason to do an entire diagnostic test when you know what the issue is. They charge $90/hr, which is pretty standard, but the extra unnecessary diagnostic test is going to tack on another $100 to your repair.After waiting for an hour, I just asked for my keys and went home.Staff seemed pretty friendly though, so I'll give them that.Would suggest they have cell phone chargers on hand if people are going to have to wait that long for service.Not going to say don't bring your car there, but I was not very satisfied with my experience and I personally will not be going back there for any future work. Could have at least let us know they were backed up and to reschedule or come back later. An hour is a long time to be waiting for nothing to get started or done.

Tommy & the crew are very professional & very kind. After a little research by Tommy before the job began saved me almost $250 for what could've been well over a $400 job. Wasn't even there an hour & they were able to resolve another long standing issue for my vehicle at the same time. They have my business from here on out!

Went into mr tire today was having some front end noise ending up being my pin on my break caliper they fixed that up and greased everything and literally only charged me a few dollars and got me in on such short notice every time I come to this place they are very honest and do great work I will not take my car anywhere else shout-out to tommy thank you for always taking care of us from the dude in the red Corolla

It's under new ownership. I don't like the vibes I get from Tommy. It's a mix of an arrogant and a little smug vibe in the sense of, "You should be thanking me for our services. I don't need to thank you." If you make plenty of money without the customer, then I don't mind going to some other place in town by giving someone else some business with my auto repairs. There's plenty of options in town to choose from.Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Wheel alignment, Oil change

During the polar vortex, I parked my car there when they were closed because I had a flat, and had to put the donut on. They got me 2 new tires since I was in need of them, mount and balance, free lug tightening a couple days later, and free flat fixes if they ever go flat for a little over $200. They were so nice and quick! Reasonably and timely fix! A friend recommended them, and now so will I!

I have had my exhaust fixed 2 separate with different vehicle over a 5-6 year span. Always easy to work with, reasonable prices, and by far great and quick work. I would absolutely recommend to anyone needing exhaust fixes or repairs. Most recently fixed a 2012 Equinox exhaust that the resonator went bad. They had me in and out quickly.

Quick! Cheap! Gave me knowledge about my car and what needed to be fixed! The guy brought me back and showed me what needed to be worked on and showed me how it should work, compared to how mine was working..Front desk lady was really nice! Amazing guest service! Fair prices!!!!

We have used this auto repair and tire store for many years. Always the friendliest service and fair honest prices. I have probably saved enough on repairs over the years to buy a new car. Way less than dealer prices. Even hunted down used parts once to save me a lot of money. The lady that runs the place really knows her business. Once when I needed a tow truck for a long distance tow she called several places to find me the best deal.

I have been to mr tire now a few times in the last say 2 months first time for exhaust work second was for a thermostat and let me say he got me in when no one else could both times and was also cheaper then everyone else in town cool people good vibes great work thanks tommy I will be back in there Monday with my red corolla for some break workServices: Exhaust, Thermostat repair

The gentleman were absolutely amazing. They helped me get two more tires because I was unaware my back tires were bad. They went above and beyond when they didn t need to. I appreciate everything they ve done for me! Thank you guys so much!! I am from out of town; my brakes went fully down. They got my old truck in right away at 3:30 in the afternoon and worked until closing and part of the next day. They had to change out and make new brake lines, put in new calipers. They showed me the work underneath. I was very impressed with how reasonable the bill was for the hours of labor spent; and I was watching my truck closely throughout the process. Others who saw the work after and the bill; agreed. Great service at an excellent price. Thanks for your help Mr. Tire.

I have been coming here for about 2 years. Came here today. To have my rear brake pads changed and a tire repair. Which they had told me would take about an hour or so. I had an appointment for 9am. Didn't get my truck in till 10am. To make it worse i had to have my grandchildren with me. Which have a hard time sitting still even with toys along It is now 11:30. My patience is growing thin.

I've been going to them for years and they are well trusted mechanics. They don't try and up sell or put in parts that you don't need to fix your vehicle. They're very courteous and kind. I recommend mr. Tire to anyone that needs car repairs. They surpassed my expectations.

Was on my way out of town when my tire pressure thing went off, they had me in instantly and were able to replace and fix what I needed within an hour. The service was speedy and professional! Plus Andy is super cute
