They were so patient with me. Were able to fit me in immediately, and installed tires that weren't purchased there. Prices seemed reasonable. They also tried their best to help me with a warranty issue with my tires. Overall knowledgeable, friendly and fast.

I have taken my vehicle to Heartland since I purchased it. I brought it in recently for the manufacturer-recommended maintenance for my mileage; the car ran and drove without issue. It wasn't even due for the next oil change quite yet. The dealer had quoted me almost $150 less, but I wanted to get it done locally so I could get a ride rather than have to wait around the dealership with a baby and a toddler.When I came to pick it up, it took 3 tries to start and the engine light was on. Frustrating, but not the end of the world. It took the entire next day to figure out what happened, and then the part would take another 2 days to come in.They said it was a coincidence that this part went out, but it happened while they were actively working in the engine. Really? I know I'm not a mechanic by any means but that is too far-fetched to believe.It is also obvious they were leaning on my front passenger seat as it is dirty with (presumably) grease. I have kids, a dog, and spend a lot of time driving, so my car is not clean by a long shot. That doesn't give you a pass to treat it poorly. I've got cream-colored cloth, so it's super noticeable.We were supposed to have left on a trip the morning after I initially brought it in, but since they still had my vehicle, we had to find a rental.

Great service! They have enough people working there that you could get in with short notice. They have loaner vehicles which is awesome! And I've asked them to do some crazy things to my truck over the years and they have no problem completing the job.

They got my car looked at quick, and figured out the problem. I was unaware my vehicle had an extended warranty on the value body, but thanks to good year I brought it in to Saint Cloud Subaru and they fixed it free of charge. Honesty goes far.

These guys are the best! I broke a tie rod on a Sunday and had my vehicle towed to Heartland while they were closed. Even though they were booked, they managed to fix it and get me back on the road by Monday afternoon.I'm in a wheelchair and it's a handicap accessible vehicle, my only way to get to work. I cannot thank Ian and Stacy enough for squeezing me in. Super reasonable pricing as well. Highly recommend!Services: Steering & suspension repair, Wheel alignment

Chad and the rest of the crew at Heartland were great and got our vehicle fitted with new Goodyear Wrangler 285/45R-22 tires after we suffered a big sidewall gash in our present set. Horrible place, not safe either. Myself, my parents and grand parents all have used this place of business and 3 of us have lost a tire going down the road after they replaced the tires, and after rotation. Also did not put all the lug nuts on my father's tires, and he lost a tire going down the road. Very scary, your driving down the road with your children in the car, and your tire falls off. Luckily our family did not get hurt, but our vehicles are damaged. I do not recommend this place.

I brought my truck in for a thermostat replacement. They decided to flush the heating system for $150.00. Then they decide to replace the heater core for $1200.00. Following that they decided to replace both radiator heater hoses and the thermostat. All in all I picked my truck after 2 months and it is not fixed. I now have it at the Ford dealership to address the first issue!!Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair, Auto maintenance

Leaking tire repaired for a second time.Chad felt the 1st repair may not have been done properly and did not charge me for the 2nd one. Very forthright in his honesty and I appreciate and respect him for this . I stopped in with a blown trailer tire. Within an hour I was back on the road. They mounted, balanced, and disposed of the old tire for less than the cost of the tire alone from other shops.Service: TiresService: Tires

We drove up from the cities and our alternator went out. Called on Wednesday right before close and got us in Thursday morning and picked up truck first thing Friday morning. Very professional and efficient. Got it fixed in our timeframe and charges were reasonable and accurate. Would definitely recommend! Made the bad start to our vacation turn out good. Tysm!!

Was fearful that my vehicle would have needed a major repair, however it was evaluated, and determined safe. Accepted my request for an immediate evaluation, whereas other sites were asked for the same service, and was declined. We usually go to Discount Tire but wanted to give a smaller shop some business but in the end we should have stayed with Discount Tire.Came in for a simple tire valve repair. How much should a valve replacement cost? Heartland charged us $30 which is 1/2 the cost of a new tire/rim for the trailer tire we brought in. I called to discuss and was told the manager (Stacy) would call back and never did. Sad to say that it just doesn t pay to support small business when their customer service is like this. The only reason I try to support small business is for good customer service and a fair price.Oh and I called Discount Tire to ask how much it would be to repair this valve stem and they said, just bring it in and we will take care of you ! Enough said.

I was losing air in my tire and stopped by with no appointment. The Manager, Stacey got me right in and my tire was fixed in less than 30 minutes, even though they were busy. First off We are Not from the Brainerd area (we live 140 miles south) long story short, we picked up a Nail in a rear tire, we were only blocks away from Tires Plus on a late Saturday afternoon we went to them and were turned away (told to come back on Monday, that they close in an hour) so Called Heartland & they said NO problem bring it in so we drove there, They got it in Immediately and repaired the tire in under 30 minutes.These guys were Professional about everything and took time to help a stranded motorist from out of town get back on the road again.Tires Plus will never see me again!Thanks Heartland Tire.Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance

While at a gas station my door handle wouldn't open couldn't get in or out of my driver's door. Stopped at this lovely place Hartland Tire while driving through Brainerd and they got me in-and-out in 30 minutes. Best part of it was no charge. Thanks guys for all your work and I hope you enjoy your pizza

The best service I have ever had in my life! they went way out of there way to work on my vehicle. I called an hour before they closed and the got my vehicle in and out right away. The waiting lobby was super nice. I will come here again.

To begin with they had no record of the appointment i had made. Then they tried to upsell me on a set of tires, saying they couldn't do an alignment with the tires i had on. When i wouldn't buy a set of their tires they refused to do an alignment but still charged me shop fees.

Brought my vehicle in 3 times to get fixed. Picked it up the 3rd time with brake light on and service brake system lights on.Manager was rude.Sales rep was arguing with an employee behind the counter right in front of me. Extremely frustrated. Vehicle is still not correct.

We lost a tire on our 5th wheel camper 371 near Pequot 2 hrs from home and 45 min from our destination. Totally stranded. Bad axel. No shop was willing to help us. After 10 different calls Stacy answers and he says "I could tell you I'm too busy my lot is completely full but you're in a time of need. We can look at it and try and help you out the best I can to see if I can get you back on the road!" Good People!!!

They put 0W-20 in my VW Passat that calls for 5W-30. I didn t realize their mistake until I changed the oil next. The guy on the phone informs me that it wouldn t make a difference / cause internal damage which is ridiculous.
