I was a boat mechanic here for a few years and nothing was up to standards, no ventilation in the shop, told me to use wrong equipment on machines for jobs and the manager wouldn t help with training, told me to ask other people that didn t know what to do either like their certified Honda mechanic, and then they sent a 55year old to Suzuki training instead of me and helping me figure out the video calls for Suzuki, oh wait you can just get sent to it? Wow. I m so disappointed. In the company and feel bad for Brian

We purchased a used fishing boat this summer. The manager and sales staff were very easy to work with. Knowledgeable, polite, understanding. We needed some work done in the shop. They did not hesitate. They took care of everything. We have enjoyed the boat this last month. We know if we need anything or choose to upgrade, we would definitely go back to these wonderful people.

Great service. Great people. Bought a new 2022 Viaggio Tritoon this year. Great value, no pressure. Listened to what we were looking for and were able to provide the layout we wanted at a price that was very competitive. Definitely recommend this dealership.

Pretty great experience. Purchased an as is used unit. Mark and the team there were welcoming and made the experience feel like my business was valued and treated the sale as if brand new. They fired it up with me there gave me some pointers in towing and launching. The owner came out to inspect the unit with the tech to make sure it ran to his standards, I m sure for them it was considered a very small sale, they sure made it feel like it was as important as a brand new unit! Highly recommend to everyone!

This location is very responsive and flexible when purchasing from them. I can't speak to the attendance side of the business but my experience was bringing them an older pontoon for trade in and picking up the newer pontoon. There was, of course, some upgrade sold and installed onto the new craft such as; lights, stereo, depth/fish finder, and a cover was added. The items were over-valued as they typically are from dealerships but the installation seems well done and the looks tidy. The custom cover partially is nicely done. The dealership was helpful with trailer use as we didn't have one to being the process and was willing to lone one out. They weren't quite ready for us when we arrived but the wait wasn't unacceptably long.

Very friendly, honest and helpful. Lost power on our boat. Brad was willing to take a quick look at it without an appointment to see if it was a simple engine fuse or if it was a bigger issue. We swung in and he showed us where the main power fuse in the motor sits and that was it. $0.82 for a new fuse and were were back on the water. Can't say thanks enough for his approach to be willing to just see if it was something simple without scheduling a service appointment which could have left us without our boat for the final days of our vacation!!!!

We purchased our pontoon in 2022 from Brainerd Sports & Marine (BSM), and couldn't be more pleased with the experience. Jim was our salesperson, and he was absolutely superb! After we placed an order for a pontoon there were supplier price increases and delivery challenges, but Jim always kept us updated on the status and BSM always treated us fairly with changes implemented by their manufacturer (it was beyond their control). They were able to deliver our new boat, and we couldn't be more pleased. Jim did an awesome job showing us all the features, even down to making it easy to put on the cover. We are so happy that we worked with Jim and BSM, and would recommend them to anyone looking for a boat or boat accessories. I am not one to post reviews, but the experience with Jim and BSM was just that good that I had to share!

We just purchased our second pontoon from Brainerd Sports and as always Brian was great to work with. Brainerd Sports is not only great with the sales process but service after the sale is superior above others. They have created a loyal customer for life!!

Very satisfied. Needed pontoon winterized, fuel system cleaned, tune up, shrink wrap, store for winter and return pontoon to house in the spring. The staff does a very efficient job in a timely fashion.

I really admire and respect Brian Halverson who is the owner and operator of Brainerd Sports and Marine. He is a real straight shooter who is totally honest and completely trustworthy! He never pressures anyone to buy anything. Sincerely Jim Bischoff

We have an older boat and they tried to say our immediate failures after their repairs was because of the age of the boat. The problems were actually caused because of loose screws left after their work.
