Wonderful service! They went above and beyond for me, and have continued to do so with their stellar service when I need routine maintenance for my vehicle. Love my car, love the staff, just overall love this place. If you want to purchase a used vehicle from a reputable honest place this is it. I highly recommend.

The people at Auto Import are the best. My family has bought cars from them for many decades. Jared Harris is a fantastic service manager, and I always feel as if I am treated like family. Everyone here does excellent work.

They may be a small dealer but they are huge on professionalism and knowledge and service. Everyone there from sales to parts and service were there to help wherever needed or wanted.

Service is always fantastic. The guys at the office are super friendly and fun. I enjoy hanging out while they work on my vehicles and they are extremely efficient and helpful each time I visit.

Got my Passat fixed here. We brought it to the dealership to get it done right since we live over 100 miles away. We were happy with the service until a few days later when a plastic cover panel underneath my engine fell off. It was missing most of the bolts. I took the panel off while I was at work so I could drive the car home. We called them to tell them about it but they fought with us and denied it all. Thankfully they sent us the bolts so we can put the panel on ourselves. What was a good experience turned into a poor one very quickly

Really bad customer serviceCan t give a person a radio unlock code unless you bring car in then they wanna charge you $200 but can get the unlock code off eBay for $6My family has brought a few cars there and spend thousands in parts but they can t give you a easy unlock code.

Stopped in today to have a key programmed and the staff went above and beyond to help solve my issue. It ended up that my remote start was interfering with the programming. They could have easily gave up and told me to go have someone else figure it out, regarding the remote start but thankfully they spent a few extra minutes to figure it out. Great group of guys, willing to help out and solve the issue.

Great customer service and they were extremely quick with the service. It would be nice if they would run it through a car wash or at least a vacuum cleaner through it which has happened at other VW dealerships but overall it was a good experience.

Bought a 2020 tigwan in April 2023. First they messed up on my registration when I was buying the vehicle and now a couple months later a lot of issues have been coming up with the vehicle that was never told about.

My car was here for five and a half weeks. They couldn't fix it and sent me to a vw dealership in st cloud. Charged me over $750, which is only slightly more than parking at the airport in Minneapolis for the same length of time

Can't ask for better service from Jim, Max, CJ, Chris, and the rest of the staff. They do their best to make sure that when you walk out the door you are happy. The car I just purchased from them is great. When I was looking at it Jim handed me the keys and said "take it for a test drive and see if it makes you smile." This is now the third vehicle I have purchased from them.

Jared is the man! If you need repairs to your vw call and talk to Jared. Honesty is huge and Follow threw is great. I had another vw dealer tell me the timing was off on my vw and brought it in and asked for a quote on fixing my timing chain. He called me back and said it s dead on why do you want me to do it. Wow $1100 repair and he was honest about it not needing to be done. Wish I could give both the mechanic and Jared 10 stars.

Last summer we bought a Ford Escape from Auto Import, very smooth buying experience. The owner was our salesman, and had that old fashion genuine personality, he let us drive the car for the weekend before purchasing that Monday to really test drive it before making the final decision on it. I would recommend buying from Auto Import and I would buy there myself again.

They great! Ive been doing business with them for over 30 years. They have always treated me right. If couldn't pay the full bill jim would carry for it as payments until I could. Great man. Great service!

Nice small town Volkswagen dealership. They had as many cars as most of the large dealerships currently, and were friendly and helpful. Got to drive a 2022 Tiguan, which is a really nice vehicle. I hope to be able to get one soon.

My son took my wife s car in for an hour change today. It took 1.5 hours. He was told it would take 30 minutes. After an hour, he was told they were looking for oil leaks. Thirty minutes after that, it was finally ready. They gave him some cheap VW 3D glasses for the inconvenience. Really? Customer service could use some help.

Just bought my second new car from them and my experience with both was wonderful. I always can get in quickly for service and maintenance has been done quickly and professionally. Everyone has always been friendly as well.

Haven't bought a new car anywhere else in over 25 years. Jim, Max, CJ, Jim, and Mabel are the best! I send people there from the Cities and beyond. The service and personal touch make the drive worth it!

Best place in town to buy or fix a car. They've been there for sixty years and have a long list of loyal customers. Jim Vandeputte is the GM with his loyal buddy Max Crider and grandson CJ the helpful salesman.

I didn't buy my vehicle from here but wish I would have. The service center has always treated me well and always taken care of any issue's that my vehicle has had. I know that if I decide to buy another VW that it will be through Auto Import Inc in Brainerd because of their service department.
