i was about an hour and a half from home when I got a flat tire, I called triple a and they said leaf towing would be out to my location within 45 minutes to tow me the 100 miles home. As soon as I hung up with triple a, one of their drivers called to tell me he was just getting dressed and would be out to my location in half hour.... Well an hour went by and I called the driver, no response.. Fifteen minutes after that I called again, worrying that maybe they had been in an accident or something, still no response. So I've been sitting on the side of a 70mph freeway for an hour and 45 minutes when the driver finally calls me back to tell me they would not be coming at all, when I asked why he said no one wanted to take the tow and that his boss said they couldn't anyway because she didn't want anyone falling asleep driving. WHY would they tell me they were on the way and then Literally wait an HOUR AND 45 minutes to call me back to tell me they weren't coming at all. Then he told me that someone would come but it would be at least 6 hours and that if I wanted someone sooner I better call triple a and have them send someone else out. THIS TOWING COMPANY IS A JOKE. Customer care is something they obviously don't practice. I really wouldn't have cared as much if they would have let me know way earlier. But no they let me sit for almost 2 hours late at night before calling me back to let me know, they never even informed triple a, so it was at least 3 hours I had to wait before someone came out to me. Thanks for nothing.

Last week I had locked my keys in my trunk, the man that came to help me knew my keys were in my trunk and also seemed to know that as soon as the door was open it would trip the security system so I couldn t get into my trunk. As soon as he opened my door he was more concerned with charging me and then helping me get into my trunk.(which is the whole reason I called for help) If you are ever locked out of your car I would call a locksmith before I call leafs. I was very disappointed that they really didn t help me and I was stuck for almost 3 hours before I got real help!!

One hour away from home, I hit an 8 pointer on 95 just outside of Cambridge. 3 people stopped to make sure I was ok and had a phone. I asked one guy if he was local and who I could call that I could trust. His reply, "Leaf Towing, hands down." So I called. The dispatcher was polite; I asked her if the driver would be able to drive me home too, as we had the crash towed home. She said "Of course!" The truck came in nearly no time at all. The driver was very kind and he and his partner got my totaled Vue loaded up quickly and safely. Once I got into the truck, I instantly felt at ease. The young men were both perfect gentlemen and I felt very safe with them. The truck was very clean and well maintained. They even made a stop in North Branch so I could use the bathroom. I have their card, and if I ever have trouble on the road, locally, I know who I'll call! Thanks Leaf Towing, and the man who recommended it. Six stars ;0)

Service was friendly and I was able to get my car back on the road without too much hassle. Plus they had a nice puppy to visit with when I was in the office.

Seem to be great guys, very helpful after a friend totaled his vehicle and allowed us to come in and collect his belongings

The price i was given to begin with was ridiculous. Didn't show up and had a terrible attitude. Use someone else if you can.
