Traveling from NJ to Oregon with my son, his truck broke down and was towed to Hansons. They quickly fixed his problem, charged us a fair price, and sent us on our way. They turned a stressful situation into a minor inconvenience. The people there were really nice, can't thank them enough!

An amazing place. We were on our way out west when a tray on our vehicle broke and was dragging on the interstate. We stopped here in the morning and they were able to fit us in right away and fix it. They were super friendly. Wished I lived closer, but I'll have to settle for a heartfelt recommendation. Seriously, if you need your car fixed, come here.

My husband and I were on a road trip from Washington state all the way to Maryland. We were driving a Honda Civic and our car broke down about a mile down the road on Highway 90. We called maybe three other mechanics in the area and they all told us they didn t work on Honda Civic s. When we called these guys and they heard a story, and they were more than happy to help us. They came and picked our car up from the hotel we towed it to and brought it to their shop. They found out it was just a pipe that lost screw to the coolant and they fixed it for us. We were strangers stranded in the middle of nowhere, and they were kind enough to help us. We really appreciated them. Thank you so much for your help.

Had overheating issue on my RV and limped off I-90. Without appointment Terry was wonderful!!! Denise and Rusty (shop dog) kept us company while we waited. Some of the nicest and professional people I've met. Terry had a sensor ordered to fix issue and guided me to a local campground to stay the night. Next day Terry, Denise, and Rusty had us back on the road by noon the next day. If you have issue on I-90 and your near Blue Earth, I highly recommend!! If not having an issue it's worth it to meet nice folks and Rusty the dog to greet you.

After two calls I brought my pick up over as was told they'd get right after it, after driving by 3 & 4 days later it was still sitting in a gravel lot. Frustrated I attempted to contact them to just take it back after no calls returned I left for a trip. I had asked them to change oil and investigate and engine noise and contact me about it, they never called. After multiple calls and 12 days I finally got ahold of them to find out it was torn apart and hadn't been put back together, said I'm done I'll come get it. Put it back together I come to get it and it cost me $500 to run a compression test and they never changed my oil. Instead they sent me home with it not even touching the dipstick. So after all that I drove my previously clean truck home covered in gravel from a gravel road test? First time last time

Last winter I paid him 260 fo repairs only to have them reoccur less than a week later and be chArged 700 some . Fine . I paid. Then another 300 . When I demanded my car be fixed at no chRge I never got a call back and almost lost my job . Now he s at it again and I have a step daughter who needs a good safe vehicle . This is bogus

Great, fast service! We've been going to Hanson auto for years and they treat the costumer great! Most places your vehicle will sit at Hanson's they get!
