Second time I have ordered parts online and went to pick up my parts when online said order ready in 30 minutes just to be told they don't have the parts and they can't refund my money.

Really bad service on Thursday the 11th of March wen in to grab some oil but the oil was behind the counter. So I stand in front of the counter for service. No one was there but me and 2 more gentleman they been helped already but they were to busy talking to each other that I was there for more then 5 minutes till I decided to walk out. Felt that my color of my skin made them not help me. The reason I'm saying this because everyone in that auto store was white. Not going there again

Worst customer service at a parts store that I've ever dealt with. Will be taking my parts needs out of town from now on.
