Recently purchased third vehicle from them. Just like new. No problems with any of them and all costing much less than competitors. Extremely easy to work with. In addition for repeat customers they make it easy to trade in a prior purchase for an upgrade. We will be back.

Breauna and Reeves of Koster's Car Korner have a found an awesome niche within the car selling industry that allow vehicles that have had an "oops" to come back to life with a little bit of plastic surgery and some TLC in order to make a diamond in the rough even more affordable. They top it off with trust, integrity, and respect to the customer. I would recommend them to anyone.

I called in to verify they still had the vehicle I was looking for before I made the long drive down to take a look. Once I identified which car I was looking for, I was immediately told about the history of the car. I was explained what it meant to have a prior salvage title. This gave me peace of mind before I even left the house. Everyone was super friendly, no pressure at all and willing to answer all of our questions (even go the low down on a great pizza place to eat at). GREAT JOB!!!! Its nice to know that there are still dealerships that care about you as a person and are not just looking for the sale. We will be back when we look for our next car.

I bought a car for my wife sight unseen. Kelsey and Breauna were quick to respond, very friendly, and gave a complete history of the vehicle. I had the vehicle shipped, and when it arrived it was exactly as described. They followed up to make sure we were happy with the car, and even sent us a tin of fresh baked cookies. We are very pleased with the car and would definitely buy from Koster's again.

I bought a 2012 Ford F-150 from Koster's Car Korner in Sept. 2020 and have never been happier! I made a 640 mile round trip to seal the deal. I spoke with Kelsey on the phone before I left and she assured me that they would have the vehicle washed and detailed when I got there! The transaction went VERY smoothly, and Reeves treated me fairly on my trade in. The whole staff made me feel right at home and were a pleasure to deal with! My title was send to me ASAP and I am really enjoying my new truck! They have gained my trust as a new customer!

We have now bought 2 cars from Koster's and love them both! The staff is incredible to work with! We were pretty picky with what we wanted in a car, and they were more than happy to contact us as soon as something that fit what we were looking for would come in so we could have first grabs at it. We also use them to service our vehicles and they have great staff, high quality of work, and a really quick turnaround time. Awesome dealership and highly recommend looking here for your next car!

Had a good experience! I bought a really nice Audi Q5. These guys are very up front that they sell repaired vehicles and I was told exactly what was damaged and fixed per state inspection guidelines. I dealt with Kelsey first on a couple of emails, she was very responsive and helpful, then I worked with Jenny for the purchase, and she was great too. I did not feel pressured or intimidated as I have in the past at large dealers. Totally normal, casual people here and that's what I like. It was also really nice to work with women in an industry that has traditionally been run by guys.

Bought a truck here this year. It was a "prior salvage" that they repaired. Truck looks like new, very happy with that. The buying experience was outstanding and mostly online. Made arrangement to visit, drove there from the Cities, and checked it out. After lining up financing, called and told Breauna I wanted it. She then seamlessly handled all the paperwork and I picked up the truck in short order. Everything worked smoothly, Breauna was very friendly and helpful, and I'd recommend the shop to anyone.

First time buying a repairable car and we were nervous. The car was just as described and Breanna took the time to explain the process to us. We feel like we got an incredible deal on a car that will last us a long time. Great small town family owned feel to the business. Don't hesitate to buy from Koster's, you won't be disappointed. My family and I love our VW Gulf from Koster's Car Korner! Not only is the car great, but the customer service at this dealership is amazing. They really uphold their values, especially integrity. We had an issue beyond the warranty period, and when we contacted them, they resolved it immediately. I highly recommend this business to anyone.

Dad purchased a 2007 Chevrolet Silverado about 5 years ago. Has been a great truck. Very honest and upfront about everything. Great family run business! Will buy another vehicle from them again. A+++++

I felt it was a little risky to buy a repaired vehicle such a long distance away, but I would do it again. The body work was excellent and the car drove just like new. Their reviews as a repair shop exceeds what you will find from new and used car dealers selling clear titles. I am clearly not speaking on behalf of all of their vehicles, but my vehicle was nearly $8k below average KBB retail and I'm very pleased. If and when my other vehicle dies, I will likely shop for another great deal and take another flight and make the 8+ hour drive home again. Quality work and honest people are hard to find in auto sales. Thanks!

Breauna was great when I went and looked at the car I wanted to buy. I called about the car a few days before and she told me that it was in an accident, but they repaired it and looks like nothing has happened to the car.It was a great deal and I am loving my new car.They even sent me some cookies after I bought the car - which most places wouldn't do! I would recommend Koster's for sure!

I have had two business dealings with Breauna at Kosters. One was a truck purchase, and also a truck sale 2 years later... hands down the best car buying experience I have ever had in 27 years of driving. Honest, sincere, understanding, and just really " GOOD" people!! . This company deserves more then 5 stars, they accommodate to make the customer 100% satisfied. Breauna is great, what a great person...thanks Kosters, I will be back for my Silverado in the near future!

This review is long overdue. Last year, I went to KCK for my first time. It was truly an excellent experience. They were not at all pushy. They did not ride with me in the car to try to talk me into it during the ride. The website description of the car was accurate. They sold me a really excellent car for a really cheap price. I got a 2011 Blue Toyota Camry in excellent condition for around 10,000. The team is a really helpful, and quite patient. The other thing they were kind enough to do for me was to hold my crappy used car (which I was donating to MPR) so I could just drive home with the new Toyota and not have to worry about getting rid of the older car (we were poor, and had no driveway space, and no street parking allowed). The old car was supposed to be picked up in a week. It actually took over a month, and they were kind enough to let me take up space on their lot until the car was picked up by MPR, and they never asked me to come pick it up or complained. I really appreciate a business like this exists.

After seeing the exact car I wanted listed on their website I was very excited with the price and options it provided me. I knew the car had been in an accident but since they have been in the business of repairables for 20 years I assumed they knew how to fix a car. But lets be honest, I didn't know much of anything about cars so I hired a mechanic to come down with me for the day since it was a long drive. Got there and took the car for a drive and it was a blast to drive! Very excited until the mechanic looked into the car, the engine was totally fine but when the mechanic checked out all the trim it was not installed correctly and they had obviously taken shortcuts. We told them we were not interested and the lady was persistent as to why we weren't. We told her and showed her the trim was barely being held on and that it obviously wasn't repaired correctly. She got upset and raised her voice with us telling the mechanic he didn't know anything (which wasn't the case). After we left she called back and apologized for raising her voice with us which was nice of her. They make the car look nice to the average consumer who doesn't know about cars. I would definitely take a mechanic with you and have them check everything out. I dodged a bullet on this one.

We were there on February 27th on Saturday looked at a Chevy Traverse took it for a spin nice car and all I put it in all-wheel drive and it made some noise told the lady about it she says okay I'll have my mechanic look at it on Monday and I go okay I'm very interested give me a call on Monday and see what you find out and my wife called them that day too and said that we are very interested in it I went to work on Monday and they sold it out from underneath me without telling me what was going on they said they sold it to a family friend that's pretty sad how they work with customers like that

I was very pleased with the car I purchased from Koster's, as well as the service I received from them both before and after the sale. Breauna was very patient and answered all of the questions I had before I ever even arrived at the dealership. Once I got there, there was no pressure and it was an enjoyable experience. This was the first stress free car buying experience I have ever had. Breauna and Reeves were extremely honest, helpful, and open about the vehicle. I drove over two hours to get there and I'd do it again. Highly recommend them. Great experience

I am absolutely loving my new Lexus ES 350 that Breauna sold to me this weekend. Everything I asked her to do for me, she did above and beyond and my visit was as pleasant as it was uncomplicated. Being in a different state, I was a bit apprehensive about purchasing a car I wasn't easily able to see. However, Breauna walked me through every little detail and silly question I had and made me feel like the car was right down the road. Such great service and incredibly helpful in every aspect!
