Corey, Matt, and the rest of the crew at the Big Lake Motor Works are a fantastic bunch! I needed to check the alignment on my new vehicle and they were able to get me in right away. They worked with me, explained their process and what they needed to do, how long it would take, and they didn't rush to get it done. They were courteous, professional, and kind. I won't hesitate to go back to them should I need work done on my vehicle in the future. Will gladly recommend them to anyone as well!

We were out of town for work when our company vehicle had issues. The team at MotorWorks were more than AMAZING ! I can not thank them enough for their fast service and expertise! You guys are the best! Definitely recommend this shop for all your needs! Thanks again!

The team at MotorWorks is outstanding! I ended up there when my vehicle suddenly became undrivable about 1/2 mile from their Big Lake shop. They were SO amazing! They got me right in and started investigating the issue. They asked great questions to drill into what was happening, and then resolved the problem quickly. Their pricing was very competitive too, and they didn't pressure me with unnecessary repair work. 10 out of 10!

I went in today for a simple oil change. The staff was very friendly and had the job completed in the time promised. They found a few issues that needed attention. They explained the issues and were not pushy about purchasing items that weren t needed right away. I will definitely be returning to have needed repairs completed.They are honest and again very friendly!! I would absolutely recommend them.

I've been bringing my vehicles here for a couple years now. For both oil changes and vehicle repairs. They are always honest when it comes to your vehicles needs and they have always given me the best price around. It's nice having a reliable mechanic close to home that can get the job done without emptying the pocket.

These guys are great and Dan always gets me in when it's convenient for me. Had issues with brakes and initial diagnosis was going to cost me $1,300. At the end of the day is was an adjustment they made and ended up only $75. Hard to find honest people these days. I trust all my vehicles with MotorWorks!

I had filled up with gas then a few miles down the road my car was not idling right and chugging so bad. Pulled into Motor Works to ask them some questions and advice as I had about a 3 hour drive left to go. They immediately took a look at the car and discovered the problem talked it over with me and we were back on the road in a couple hours. They have also called to check if I made it home. Thanks so much Mike and Matt for the great customer service and great car repair. Also the waiting area was so nice and bathroom. Who ever designed and decorated this shop did an outstanding job. The environment of this business was very welcoming . I felt like I was informed about the work that needed to be done on my vehicle but the choices were mine and respected. These folks put time into finding the best deals for the parts I needed and their technicians were very skilled and efficient. I absolutely recommend this business for any and all of your vehicular needs.

I brought my truck into Motorworks on 2-7-24 for a service airbag light. dropped off over night and Corey the service advisor called me right away in the morning to verify my concern and talk to me about diagnostic and what could be the common problem from experience. Corey gave me the estimate and I said to do it. Roughly 600$, sadly the parts didn t work(different connectors)but Corey was able to get the parts same day little more in cost 200$-300$ more because of OEM parts and still finish my truck. Outstanding service considering I wasn t expecting my truck until the 9th and it was done on the 8th. Corey was very detailed and through while my truck was getting serviced such as keeping me updated. Have been going to Motorworks since the business change over and when it was Accurate Automotive. Corey has always gotten any concern or complaints of mine figured out over the 6 years I ve been going to this shop. 10/10 service and will always go there.

We always bring our vehicles here when they need work, whether it's an oil change, new tires, or something serious, we know we'll be taken care of for a fair price. Everyone is incredibly knowledgeable and Corey gives excellent customer service, every time.

I got a flat tire as I was driving on 10W to Saint Cloud then to Hanchinson close to motor works. I called them and they said come in and they helped me and got my tire and they helped me get to my family. They communicated with me about the status and the process which I liked them. These skillful professionals sealed a tire leak and replaced wheel bearing in less than 2 hours.They also offer a shuttle incase you need to leave your vehicle at the shop which was my case the second time. Again, most pleased experience.Honest, efficient, hard working, communicative technicians and front desk personnel had my vehicle back to me within 24 hours. They had to drain old transmission fluid, replace starter motor, spark plugs, a couple ball joints, and 4 wheel alignment! Highly recommended!

Have been here several times with great service. Most recently, came in for an oil change and knew I needed new tires soon. Dan recommended and gave me options for a couple different sets of tires, gave me honest quotes up front and told me about a rebate that was being offered on the tires. The following week had the tires put on and couldn t be happier with their look and performance. Definitely would recommend MotorWorks if you are in the Big Lake area.

Great customer service, squeezed me in last minute same day that I called to see if they had any time for a inspection/ oil check an rotate. Took a bit longer then expected but they were busy working hard, short staffed. Still managed to keep there cool, and the flow of work going. Fixed a coolant leak caused by a bad clamp they found. Really great management. Will be back for sure.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Tire rotations, Vehicle Inspection, Oil change

Dan and his tech were great! Took care of a burning smell on our 2016 Expedition, replaced the vacuum pump, cleaned up a mess under the engine left by a different auto shop and hooked us up with much needed new tires. Quick and painless! Thank you!

They communicate very well! They give you an estimate prior to completing any work on the vehicle. We have started taking all of our vehicles to them. Efficient, knowledgeable, and kind staff.

We brought our car in for an oil change and tire repair. We have always been happy with the service we receive and Corey is always great about explaining all needed repairs to us. I had a nail in my tire causing a leak. I called about 45 minutes before closing and they fit me in. They made it a quick and painless experience leaving me extremely satisfied. Windshield wiper broke while driving through town. Happened right before they closed and were very nice about fixing it. They were very kind. Would highly recommend them. Excellent service.

Motor works is hands down the best auto shop around! They ve checked out my car multiple times when I thought there was an issue and when there was no issues they didn t charge me for checking it out! I drive a far way to get to Motor works but it is so worth it. Staff are very nice and honest. I will keep coming back!
