I had my truck in at Transworks. Transworks fixed everything and kept me updated and explained EVERYTHING until I understood it and made sure I was ok with the repairs. Very very nice people and comfortable environment. They are transparent about each repair and aren t just out for your money and I don t feel viewed as just another customer I have two young boys and the people at transworks always talk to them and acknowledge them. I will be taking all of my vehicles here from now on!Service: Auto maintenance

They are really good people there. They will let you know upfront what's wrong with your car and work with you to get it taken care of.

We will be using Transworks Plus for all of our automotive repairs for life! When my wife was in a car accident we were forced to purchase a new/used automobile at which time we were sold a fraudulent warranty, and proceeded to have one catastrophic failure after another. We put in over 3 times what we paid for the car and essentially ended up rebuilding the whole thing. We went through hell and back with different mechanics, the Better Business Bureau, and the Attorney General. As consecutive problems occurred, each auto shop had different opinions on what was wrong, needed to be fixed, and would even blame each other. Meanwhile, we were getting nowhere but bankrupt, resulting in a 3 year, stress filled ordeal. Then we found Joe and Brian at Transworks Plus. When our "lemon" started overheating and making loud creaking noises, we were convinced we needed a new radiator, fan, or thermostat, and that our rear suspension was shot. I was ready for the usual news that we needed thousands in repairs. Joe gave the car a thorough inspection, and the verdict was that I was low on antifreeze and oil! And the creak wasn't a safety hazard and was likely a simple bushing that didn't require immediate attention, if any. These people are honest professionals that take pride in their work and actually care about the people that they serve. I can't say enough about this place. Give them a call. They rebuilt my transmission in my Ford explorer and did a great job and tried to keep the cost as low as possible which he did for me.its been 2 years or so and still running strong. They did the work very fast and was back on the road.

Waiting presently in the waiting room as my truck has spun the alternator, although the staff is pretty friendly and we re prompt to get me into the shop with minimal notice.Unfortunately That s where the good review stops. I have to say, maybe it s just me but $600+ dollars for an alternator replacement is highway robbery at its best. I was told it was because of the high price of the part. Through minimal glassing of the desk I noticed that they order from the auto zone and oreilly right down the street. Being one who likes to do his research I checked. Needless to say they had them at both stores, in stock, the part was $165 dollars. Unfortunately I have no other way of getting it in there in the rain and a tow somewhere else cost even more out of pocket. And though I appreciate their promptness, I would have to say if you can avoid this place, you will probably find much more reasonable prices.

I have been using Transworks for about a year now. They are a great shop to go to. They are very informative, quick, and reasonably priced. Each time I have brought any of my vehicles or my families vehicles there for work I have been pleased with their services. If you are looking for a good shop with many knowledgeable mechanics, then Nick and his team at Transworks Transmission and Auto Repair are the right ones to see.

I would like to rewrite the review I did on Transworks Transmission & Auto Shop. When, I first wrote the review for Transworks Transmission & Auto Shop I was very upset with how long it took them to fix my car. However, What I did not realize was the dealership I bought my car from partners with Transworks and it was NOT Transworks problem/fault for being slow. The problem was MY fault because, I had not communicated with my dealership. So, because of my lack of communication things were miss communicated. This was brought to my attention and I wanted to apologize. Transworks did do a GREAT job on my car. My car is still running in excellent condition! Thank you :)

They have been friendly, fix only what needs work, flexible, call me with what needs to be done, costs and get it done on a timely basis. I have brought multiple vehicles there.

Went there to get my clutch done ended up getting the full clutch kit done, rear main seal , and driveshaft done very friendly place and great price will be going back to them for more work in the future

Horrible I had a tranny done in my 03 super duty it made it 5000 miles or so now after I pulled it out again the next one they rebuilt got only 10000 miles never again would I use them so pissed off no warranty on this one going to go somewhere else
