Discussed my project thoroughly with the service writer, 8 months later was told they didn't want to work on my 2001 mack rd,, but I had to call them to find out they weren't planning to follow through with the project, so in essence I lost 8 months to the countless delays and excuses when I called to check the status of my truck, if I were anyone looking for bodywork, I'd look elsewhere for sure, I even made several calls to speak to the owner Gregg Nuss, he has yet to return my calls more than a month later, after spending money at the mack dealership for more than 35 years, I am very disappointed and dissatisfied...
